Znanstvenica s Imperial Collegea u Londonu Vjera Magdalenić-Moussavi govorila je u Newsroomu N1 televizije o potpunom ukidanju mjera u Engleskoj.

“Mislim da su potpuno krivo procijenili kako se ljudi osjećaju što se tiče trenutne situacije. Ne znam pratite li situacije ovdje, više-manje jednak je broj oboljelih kao zimi, kada je bio vrhunac vala. Velika razlika je da je puno manji broj hospitaliziranih i puno manji broj ljudi umire i nadamo se da je to zbog cjepiva. No ono što se sad počelo događati je da ljudi, koji su dvostruko cijepljeni, su pozitivni, dapače, neki su i bolesni i završavaju u bolnicama”, rekla je.

“Ne možemo biti potpuno otvoreni urslijed 40.000 pozitivnih dnevno. To je na državnom nivou. Slične su mjere i u Škotskoj, ali su dozvolili da sve institucije imaju pravo imati svoja pravila. Na Imperial Collegeu se moraju nositi maske. Bile su neke fotke jutros, ljudi na velikim željezničkim stanicama imaju maske. Mislim da je atmosfera brige i većina ljudi će se ipak držati nekih mjera i upravo na to Johnson računa. Mada, vidjeli smo što se događalo na Wembleyju, više od 5.000 je ušlo bez kontrole i sada se javlja tzv. wembleyjski soj, ljudi su masovno pozitivni”, komentira.

Misli kako je ovo veliki eksperiment “jer je ljeto i puno je manji broj ljudi u bolnicama i žele vidjeti hoće li ljudi masovno završiti na hospitalizaciji”.

“Ja se duboko nadam da neće. Vrlo velik broj ljudi će ostati unutar Velike Britanije zbog nedavnih strogih mjera putovanja i povrataka, ali mislim da Hrvatska može očekivati veliki val britanskih tuista jer je Hrvatska na zelenoj listi. Hoćemo li mi ostati na hrvatskoj zelenoj listi, to je pitanje”, kaže.

Rezultati isti kao u ožujku

Kazala je kako broj hospitalizacija raste te sada imaju iste brojke kao i u ožujku ove godine.

“Oko 4000 ljudi je u bolnicama. Veliki problem koji se ignorira je činjenica da je zdravstveni sustav izuzetno rastegnut. Hrpa rutinskih i nerutinskih procedura bilo je odgođeno i mislim da se ne mogu predugo igrati. Imaju neki termin da vide što će se dogoditi. Mogli smo imati neke manje restrikrcije da ne uđemo opet u potpunu hibernaciju u zimi. Ja i mnogi moji poznanici bojimo se da će nas ponovno potjerati u potpunu hibernaciju jer sada eksperimentiraju s tim hoće li se povećati broj mrtvih i bolesnih”, veli.

Rekla je i kako je 1200 međunarodnih stručnjaka u pismu izjavio da se Britanija igra sa svijetom, a da ni domaći znanstvenici ne reagiraju dobro na potpuno ukidanje mjera.

“Ono što se mora shvatiti i što mislim da je generalno problem je da ljudi ne shvaćaju da cjepivo sprječava bolest, a ne zarazu i prenošenje. Cjepiva koja sada imamo smanjuju simptome, ali netko tko je cijepljen još uvijek može prenijeti bolest nekom necijepljenom. I zato je bitno cijepiti se. Mislim da je to veliki problem, da ljudi nisu svjesni da i dalje mogu prenijeti bolest iako su cijepljeni

Imam osjećaj da znanstvenici viču da je cjepivo tu da smanji bolest, a ne da spriječi prenošenje. Moramo zatvoriti krug, svi se cijepiti i virus će prije ili kasnije zamrjeti. Mislim da je teško od svih kolektivno tražiti da shvate prvo brzinu kojom se ovo cjepivo razvilo, brzinu kojom su morali pristati na potpuno novi lijek, da im to pomaže da ne budu bolesni, a ne da ne prenose bolest. Ako je u Hrvatskoj poruka da je to način da se spriječi prenošenje, to nije istina. Sva cjepiva koja imamo samo sprječavaju razvijanje bolesti”, objašnjava.

Nada se da će zima proći bez karantene

Vjeruje da će se virus i dalje širiti sve dok cijelo društvo ili ne preboli koronavirus, ili se ne cijepi.

“Ja se duboko nadam da nećemo još jednu zimu morati u karantenu, a ako ćemo ići da će to ipak biti nešto malo manje. Dok potpuno ne prođe kroz cijelo društvo i dok se svi ne razbole i ne cijepe to neće stati. Ono što je meni vrlo pozitivno oko cjepiva je da sve najveće firme i dalje surađuju i rade se programi za sljedeći red cjepiva, za boostere, da bi se tijekom sljedećih 4-5 godina napravile nove verzije cjepiva da se može zaštititi cijelo društvo na svjetskom nivou”, tvrdi te dodaje kako je deset dana samoizolacije jako dugo, a da se događa da u školama svaki drugi dan cijeli razred mora u samoizolaciju, a s njima i roditelji.

“Ako se pravila potpuno maknu bit će još veći broj ljudi koji će morati u samoizolaciju. Mora biti ili jedno ili drugo”, zaključuje.

Znanstvenica s Imperial Collegea u Londonu Vjera Magdalenić-Moussavi govorila je u Newsroomu N1 televizije o potpunom ukidanju mjera u Engleskoj.

“Mislim da su potpuno krivo procijenili kako se ljudi osjećaju što se tiče trenutne situacije. Ne znam pratite li situacije ovdje, više-manje jednak je broj oboljelih kao zimi, kada je bio vrhunac vala. Velika razlika je da je puno manji broj hospitaliziranih i puno manji broj ljudi umire i nadamo se da je to zbog cjepiva. No ono što se sad počelo događati je da ljudi, koji su dvostruko cijepljeni, su pozitivni, dapače, neki su i bolesni i završavaju u bolnicama”, rekla je.

“Ne možemo biti potpuno otvoreni urslijed 40.000 pozitivnih dnevno. To je na državnom nivou. Slične su mjere i u Škotskoj, ali su dozvolili da sve institucije imaju pravo imati svoja pravila. Mada, vidjeli smo što se događalo na Wembleyju, više od 5.000 je ušlo bez kontrole i sada se javlja tzv. wembleyjski soj, ljudi su masovno pozitivni”, komentira.

Misli kako je ovo veliki eksperiment “jer je ljeto i puno je manji broj ljudi u bolnicama i žele vidjeti hoće li ljudi masovno završiti na hospitalizaciji”.

“Ja se duboko nadam da neće. Vrlo velik broj ljudi će ostati unutar Velike Britanije zbog nedavnih strogih mjera putovanja i povrataka, ali mislim da Hrvatska može očekivati veliki val britanskih tuista jer je Hrvatska na zelenoj listi. Hoćemo li mi ostati na hrvatskoj zelenoj listi, to je pitanje”, kaže.

Rezultati isti kao u ožujku

Kazala je kako broj hospitalizacija raste te sada imaju iste brojke kao i u ožujku ove godine.

“Oko 4000 ljudi je u bolnicama. Veliki problem koji se ignorira je činjenica da je zdravstveni sustav izuzetno rastegnut. Hrpa rutinskih i nerutinskih procedura bilo je odgođeno i mislim da se ne mogu predugo igrati. Imaju neki termin da vide što će se dogoditi. Mogli smo imati neke manje restrikrcije da ne uđemo opet u potpunu hibernaciju u zimi. Ja i mnogi moji poznanici bojimo se da će nas ponovno potjerati u potpunu hibernaciju jer sada eksperimentiraju s tim hoće li se povećati broj mrtvih i bolesnih”, veli.

Rekla je i kako je 1200 međunarodnih stručnjaka u pismu izjavio da se Britanija igra sa svijetom, a da ni domaći znanstvenici ne reagiraju dobro na potpuno ukidanje mjera.

“Ono što se mora shvatiti i što mislim da je generalno problem je da ljudi ne shvaćaju da cjepivo sprječava bolest, a ne zarazu i prenošenje. Cjepiva koja sada imamo smanjuju simptome, ali netko tko je cijepljen još uvijek može prenijeti bolest nekom necijepljenom. I zato je bitno cijepiti se. Mislim da je to veliki problem, da ljudi nisu svjesni da i dalje mogu prenijeti bolest iako su cijepljeni

Imam osjećaj da znanstvenici viču da je cjepivo tu da smanji bolest, a ne da spriječi prenošenje. Moramo zatvoriti krug, svi se cijepiti i virus će prije ili kasnije zamrjeti. Mislim da je teško od svih kolektivno tražiti da shvate prvo brzinu kojom se ovo cjepivo razvilo, brzinu kojom su morali pristati na potpuno novi lijek, da im to pomaže da ne budu bolesni, a ne da ne prenose bolest. Ako je u Hrvatskoj poruka da je to način da se spriječi prenošenje, to nije istina. Sva cjepiva koja imamo samo sprječavaju razvijanje bolesti”, objašnjava.

Nada se da će zima proći bez karantene

Vjeruje da će se virus i dalje širiti sve dok cijelo društvo ili ne preboli koronavirus, ili se ne cijepi.

“Ja se duboko nadam da nećemo još jednu zimu morati u karantenu, a ako ćemo ići da će to ipak biti nešto malo manje. Dok potpuno ne prođe kroz cijelo društvo i dok se svi ne razbole i ne cijepe to neće stati. Ono što je meni vrlo pozitivno oko cjepiva je da sve najveće firme i dalje surađuju i rade se programi za sljedeći red cjepiva, za boostere, da bi se tijekom sljedećih 4-5 godina napravile nove verzije cjepiva da se može zaštititi cijelo društvo na svjetskom nivou”, tvrdi te dodaje kako je deset dana samoizolacije jako dugo, a da se događa da u školama svaki drugi dan cijeli razred mora u samoizolaciju, a s njima i roditelji.

“Ako se pravila potpuno maknu bit će još veći broj ljudi koji će morati u samoizolaciju. Mora biti ili jedno ili drugo”, zaključuje.

Znanstvenica s Imperial Collegea u Londonu Vjera Magdalenić-Moussavi govorila je u Newsroomu N1 televizije o potpunom ukidanju mjera u Engleskoj.

“Mislim da su potpuno krivo procijenili kako se ljudi osjećaju što se tiče trenutne situacije. Ne znam pratite li situacije ovdje, više-manje jednak je broj oboljelih kao zimi, kada je bio vrhunac vala. Velika razlika je da je puno manji broj hospitaliziranih i puno manji broj ljudi umire i nadamo se da je to zbog cjepiva. No ono što se sad počelo događati je da ljudi, koji su dvostruko cijepljeni, su pozitivni, dapače, neki su i bolesni i završavaju u bolnicama”, rekla je.
