Zračni promet koji se poremetio zbog pandemije koronavirusa neće se tako brzo vratiti u normalu, rekao je u ponedjeljak izvršni direktor Lufthansa Carsten Spohr u online raspravi koju je organizirao London School of Economics.

Dosad, rekao je, nije došlo do popuštanja mjera koje su jako otežale putovanja avionima otkad je počela pandemija. Nasuprot tome, rekao je, svjedočili smo samo dodatnim restrikcijama.

To znači da će mali broj putnika nastaviti letjeti i u nadolazećim tjednima.

Čak i kasnije ove godine, tijekom vrhunca ljetne sezone, rekao je da očekuje da će kapaciteti biti popunjeni samo 40 do 60 posto od onoga što je bilo normalno ranijih godina, prije zdravstvene krize.

Možda će trebati i pet godina da se broj putnika u Europi i u SAD-u u potpunosti vrati na razine iz 2019., istaknuo je Spohr.

On smatra da bi testiranje prije letova moglo biti ključno, ali je istaknuo da dosad nije bilo jasnih smjernica kako bi se to trebalo provoditi.

Drži da će, prije ili kasnije, postati standard da se putnici moraju ili testirati prije ukrcaja u zrakoplov ili biti cijepljeni.

Spor također misli da će se kompanija morati osloniti na turizam jer je vrlo neizvjesno hoće li se poslovna putovanja ikad vratiti na staro.

To bi primjerice moglo značiti i smanjivanje prostora u poslovnoj klasi aviona.

Zračni promet koji se poremetio zbog pandemije koronavirusa neće se tako brzo vratiti u normalu, rekao je u ponedjeljak izvršni direktor Lufthansa Carsten Spohr u online raspravi koju je organizirao London School of Economics.

Dosad, rekao je, nije došlo do popuštanja mjera koje su jako otežale putovanja avionima otkad je počela pandemija. Nasuprot tome, rekao je, svjedočili smo samo dodatnim restrikcijama.

To znači da će mali broj putnika nastaviti letjeti i u nadolazećim tjednima.

Čak i kasnije ove godine, tijekom vrhunca ljetne sezone, rekao je da očekuje da će kapaciteti biti popunjeni samo 40 do 60 posto od onoga što je bilo normalno ranijih godina, prije zdravstvene krize.

Možda će trebati i pet godina da se broj putnika u Europi i u SAD-u u potpunosti vrati na razine iz 2019., istaknuo je Spohr.

On smatra da bi testiranje prije letova moglo biti ključno, ali je istaknuo da dosad nije bilo jasnih smjernica kako bi se to trebalo provoditi.

Drži da će, prije ili kasnije, postati standard da se putnici moraju ili testirati prije ukrcaja u zrakoplov ili biti cijepljeni.

Spor također misli da će se kompanija morati osloniti na turizam jer je vrlo neizvjesno hoće li se poslovna putovanja ikad vratiti na staro.

To bi primjerice moglo značiti i smanjivanje prostora u poslovnoj klasi aviona.

Direktor Lufthanse pesimističan: Trebat će najmanje pet godina da se broj putnika vrati na situaciju iz 2019. godine

Zračni promet koji se poremetio zbog pandemije koronavirusa neće se tako brzo vratiti u normalu, rekao je u ponedjeljak izvršni direktor Lufthansa Carsten Spohr u online raspravi koju je organizirao London School of Economics.

Dosad, rekao je, nije došlo do popuštanja mjera koje su jako otežale putovanja avionima otkad je počela pandemija. Nasuprot tome, rekao je, svjedočili smo samo dodatnim restrikcijama.

To znači da će mali broj putnika nastaviti letjeti i u nadolazećim tjednima.

Čak i kasnije ove godine, tijekom vrhunca ljetne sezone, rekao je da očekuje da će kapaciteti biti popunjeni samo 40 do 60 posto od onoga što je bilo normalno ranijih godina, prije zdravstvene krize.

Možda će trebati i pet godina da se broj putnika u Europi i u SAD-u u potpunosti vrati na...
