Šefica Koordinacije hrvatske obiteljske medicine (KoHOM) Nataša Ban Toskić gostovala je u Novom danu N1 televizije gdje je komentirala situaciju s koronavirusom u Hrvatskoj. Rekla je da je rat prebrzo maknuo fokus javnosti s te teme i da pandemija nije gotova.
Komentirajući situaciju s koronavirusom Nataša Ban Toskić je rekla: “U posljednja dva tjedna opažamo porast oboljelih od covida, obolijevaju svi, i cijepljeni i oni koji nisu. Uglavnom su to blaže kliničke slike i pacijenti dolaze nesvjesni da se radi o koroni. Ljudi dolaze iz raznih razloga, a onda usput spomenu da ih malo grebe grlo ili da šrmcaju i iznenade se da su pozitivni, a već danima imaju simptome. Zato je važno ne popuštati u svakodnevnim mjerama – distanca i maske – jer kraj epidemije je još daleko, nitko ne zna kad će biti.
Jasno je i da je počela epidemija gripa, a ima i drugih respiratornih virusa. Nemoguće je razlikovati o čemu se radi. Doduše, gripa počinje naglo, visokom temperaturom, jakim bolovima u mišićima, kašljem, ali i tu oblik bolesti može varirati. Ne postoje specifični simptomi da jasno razlikujemo o čemu se radi pa se vodimo kliničkom slikom. Virusne bolesti se liječe u kući, simptomatski.”
Ističe da pritisak na ordinacije obiteljskih lliječnika nikad nije popustio:
“Pritisak na ordinacije nikad nije popustio, to je nevjerojatan broj kontakata iako se sad primjećuje veći broj dolazaka uživo. Apeliramo na pacijente da se i dalje samotestiraju kod kuće kad god je moguće u slučaju pojave respiratornih simtpoma. Uspjeli smo se dosad nositi sa svime. Nove radne zadatke ćemo teško moći preuzimati, a dolaskom izbjeglica očekujemo veće radno opterećenje.”
Mnogi u početku skrivaju simptome:
“Događa se od prvog dana epidemije da ljudi skrivaju simptome. Osim što mogu širiti bolest, nastupaju problemi kad su im potrebne potvrde, a nemaju dokaz o preboljenju.”
Ban Toskić otkriva i da je posve popustio interes za cijepljenjem: “U dva tjedna nisam imala nikoga tko se došao cijepiti. Docjepljivala sam trećom dozom nepokretne osobe u kućama, ali interes je gotovo nikakav, nema upita ni za nova cjepiva.”
“Izbjeglice imaju pravo na zdravstvenu zaštitu kao naši građani”
Govoreći o zdravstvenoj zaštiti izbjeglica pojasnila je: “Ministar je dao naputak da će sve izbjeglice imati pravo na zdravstvenu zaštitu kao naši građani i da će ih obiteljski liječnici primati uobičajeno. To se i radi, rješavamo probleme kao i kod drugih pacijenata. Još je taj broj pacijenata nizak.”
O eventualnom ukidanju mjera kaže:
“Čovjek se na sve navikne. Ako se epidemiološka situacija bude pogoršavala, već se najavljuje šesti val, i dalje mislimo da se testna mjesta moraju izdvojiti izvan zdravstvenih ustanova i raditi tako da je slobodan pristup svakoj osobi bez ograničenja koja osjeti simptome korone. To je jedini način da se svi nosimo s pandemijom koja može trajati tko zna koliko dugo.”
Dodaje da se kontakti oboljelih od covida ne prate već dulje vrijeme, otkad su te brojke postale toliko visoke da je postalo nemoguće pratiti kontakte:
“Otkad se pandemija jako razmahala, kontakti se u praksi nisu pratili. Službeno prema posljednjim napucima apelira se na oboljele da sami obavijeste svoje kontakte, što im je bila dužnost od početka i da se onda svatko sam obrati liječniku. Nema tog kadra koji bi mogao pratiti toliki broj kontakata. Previše smo se opustili. Ovaj rat nam je malo prenaglo maknuo fokus s epidemije, nadam se da će se ljudi sjetiti da treba nositi masku, prati ruke, držati distancu…”, kazala je Ban Toskić za N1.

Šefica Koordinacije hrvatske obiteljske medicine (KoHOM) Nataša Ban Toskić gostovala je u Novom danu N1 televizije gdje je komentirala situaciju s koronavirusom u Hrvatskoj. Rekla je da je rat prebrzo maknuo fokus javnosti s te teme i da pandemija nije gotova.
Komentirajući situaciju s koronavirusom Nataša Ban Toskić je rekla: “U posljednja dva tjedna opažamo porast oboljelih od covida, obolijevaju svi, i cijepljeni i oni koji nisu. Uglavnom su to blaže kliničke slike i pacijenti dolaze nesvjesni da se radi o koroni. Ljudi dolaze iz raznih razloga, a onda usput spomenu da ih malo grebe grlo ili da šrmcaju i iznenade se da su pozitivni, a već danima imaju simptome. Zato je važno ne popuštati u svakodnevnim mjerama – distanca i maske – jer kraj epidemije je još daleko, nitko ne zna kad će biti.
Jasno je i da je počela epidemija gripa, a ima i drugih respiratornih virusa. Nemoguće je razlikovati o čemu se radi. Doduše, gripa počinje naglo, visokom temperaturom, jakim bolovima u mišićima, kašljem, ali i tu oblik bolesti može varirati. Ne postoje specifični simptomi da jasno razlikujemo o čemu se radi pa se vodimo kliničkom slikom. Virusne bolesti se liječe u kući, simptomatski.”
Ističe da pritisak na ordinacije obiteljskih lliječnika nikad nije popustio:
“Pritisak na ordinacije nikad nije popustio, to je nevjerojatan broj kontakata iako se sad primjećuje veći broj dolazaka uživo. Apeliramo na pacijente da se i dalje samotestiraju kod kuće kad god je moguće u slučaju pojave respiratornih simtpoma. Uspjeli smo se dosad nositi sa svime. Nove radne zadatke ćemo teško moći preuzimati, a dolaskom izbjeglica očekujemo veće radno opterećenje.”
Mnogi u početku skrivaju simptome:
“Događa se od prvog dana epidemije da ljudi skrivaju simptome. Osim što mogu širiti bolest, nastupaju problemi kad su im potrebne potvrde, a nemaju dokaz o preboljenju.”
Ban Toskić otkriva i da je posve popustio interes za cijepljenjem: “U dva tjedna nisam imala nikoga tko se došao cijepiti. Docjepljivala sam trećom dozom nepokretne osobe u kućama, ali interes je gotovo nikakav, nema upita ni za nova cjepiva.”
“Izbjeglice imaju pravo na zdravstvenu zaštitu kao naši građani”
Govoreći o zdravstvenoj zaštiti izbjeglica pojasnila je: “Ministar je dao naputak da će sve izbjeglice imati pravo na zdravstvenu zaštitu kao naši građani i da će ih obiteljski liječnici primati uobičajeno. To se i radi, rješavamo probleme kao i kod drugih pacijenata. Još je taj broj pacijenata nizak.”
O eventualnom ukidanju mjera kaže:
“Čovjek se na sve navikne. Ako se epidemiološka situacija bude pogoršavala, već se najavljuje šesti val, i dalje mislimo da se testna mjesta moraju izdvojiti izvan zdravstvenih ustanova i raditi tako da je slobodan pristup svakoj osobi bez ograničenja koja osjeti simptome korone. To je jedini način da se svi nosimo s pandemijom koja može trajati tko zna koliko dugo.”
Dodaje da se kontakti oboljelih od covida ne prate već dulje vrijeme, otkad su te brojke postale toliko visoke da je postalo nemoguće pratiti kontakte:
“Otkad se pandemija jako razmahala, kontakti se u praksi nisu pratili. Službeno prema posljednjim napucima apelira se na oboljele da sami obavijeste svoje kontakte, što im je bila dužnost od početka i da se onda svatko sam obrati liječniku. Nema tog kadra koji bi mogao pratiti toliki broj kontakata. Previše smo se opustili. Ovaj rat nam je malo prenaglo maknuo fokus s epidemije, nadam se da će se ljudi sjetiti da treba nositi masku, prati ruke, držati distancu…”, kazala je Ban Toskić za N1.
