Antitijela nastala nakon primljenog kineskog cjepiva Sinovac Biotecha protiv covida-19 smanjila su se ispod ključnog praga otprilike šest mjeseci nakon druge doze kod većine primatelja, iako je treća doza imala snažan poticajni učinak, prema laboratorijskoj studiji.

Kineski su istraživači izvijestili o nalazima studije uzoraka krvi zdravih odraslih osoba u dobi od 18 do 59 godina u radu objavljenom u nedjelju, koji nije recenziran.

Među sudionicima koji su primili dvije doze, u razmaku od dva ili četiri tjedna, samo je 16,9 posto, odnosno 35,2 posto, imalo neutralizirajuća antitijela iznad onog što istraživači smatraju prepoznatljivom razinom praga šest mjeseci nakon druge doze, navodi list.

Ta se očitanja temelje na podacima iz dviju skupina s više od 50 sudionika u svakoj, dok je u istraživanju dana treća doza cjepiva ili placebo za ukupno 540 sudionika.

Istraživači su rekli da nije jasno kako će smanjenje protutijela utjecati na učinkovitost cjepiva, budući da znanstvenici još nisu precizno utvrdili prag razine protutijela za cjepivo da se bolest spriječi.

"Kratkoročno i srednjoročno, najvažnije bi bilo osigurati da se što više ljudi potpuno cijepi s dvije doze cjepiva CoronaVac", piše list.

U studiji je također navedeno da su sudionici nekih skupina koji su primili treću dozu cjepiva Sinovac otprilike šest mjeseci nakon druge, pokazali oko 3-5 puta povećanje razine antitijela nakon daljnjih 28 dana, u usporedbi s razinama viđenim četiri tjedna nakon druge doze.

Istraživači su upozorili da studija nije testirala učinak antitijela na transmisivne varijante te da su potrebna daljnja istraživanja kako bi se procijenilo trajanje antitijela nakon treće doze.

Studiju su proveli istraživači u tijelima za kontrolu bolesti u pokrajini Jiangsu, Sinovacu i drugim kineskim institucijama.

Antitijela nastala nakon primljenog kineskog cjepiva Sinovac Biotecha protiv covida-19 smanjila su se ispod ključnog praga otprilike šest mjeseci nakon druge doze kod većine primatelja, iako je treća doza imala snažan poticajni učinak, prema laboratorijskoj studiji.

Kineski su istraživači izvijestili o nalazima studije uzoraka krvi zdravih odraslih osoba u dobi od 18 do 59 godina u radu objavljenom u nedjelju, koji nije recenziran.

Među sudionicima koji su primili dvije doze, u razmaku od dva ili četiri tjedna, samo je 16,9 posto, odnosno 35,2 posto, imalo neutralizirajuća antitijela iznad onog što istraživači smatraju prepoznatljivom razinom praga šest mjeseci nakon druge doze, navodi list.

Ta se očitanja temelje na podacima iz dviju skupina s više od 50 sudionika u svakoj, dok je u istraživanju dana treća doza cjepiva ili placebo za ukupno 540 sudionika.

Istraživači su rekli da nije jasno kako će smanjenje protutijela utjecati na učinkovitost cjepiva, budući da znanstvenici još nisu precizno utvrdili prag razine protutijela za cjepivo da se bolest spriječi.

"Kratkoročno i srednjoročno, najvažnije bi bilo osigurati da se što više ljudi potpuno cijepi s dvije doze cjepiva CoronaVac", piše list.

U studiji je također navedeno da su sudionici nekih skupina koji su primili treću dozu cjepiva Sinovac otprilike šest mjeseci nakon druge, pokazali oko 3-5 puta povećanje razine antitijela nakon daljnjih 28 dana, u usporedbi s razinama viđenim četiri tjedna nakon druge doze.

Istraživači su upozorili da studija nije testirala učinak antitijela na transmisivne varijante te da su potrebna daljnja istraživanja kako bi se procijenilo trajanje antitijela nakon treće doze.

Studiju su proveli istraživači u tijelima za kontrolu bolesti u pokrajini Jiangsu, Sinovacu i drugim kineskim institucijama.

Antitijela nakon druge doze Sinovaca slabe već nakon šest mjeseci, treća doza imala snažan poticajni učinak

Antitijela nastala nakon primljenog kineskog cjepiva Sinovac Biotecha protiv covida-19 smanjila su se ispod ključnog praga otprilike šest mjeseci nakon druge doze kod većine primatelja, iako je treća doza imala snažan poticajni učinak, prema laboratorijskoj studiji.

Kineski su istraživači izvijestili o nalazima studije uzoraka krvi zdravih odraslih osoba u dobi od 18 do 59 godina u radu objavljenom u nedjelju, koji nije recenziran.

Među sudionicima koji su primili dvije doze, u razmaku od dva ili četiri tjedna, samo je 16,9 posto, odnosno 35,2 posto, imalo neutralizirajuća antitijela iznad onog što istraživači smatraju prepoznatljivom razinom praga šest mjeseci nakon druge doze, navodi list.

Ta se očitanja temelje na podacima iz dviju skupina s više od 50 sudionika...
