Obavještajne službe u Skandinaviji raspolažu podacima prema kojima Rusi mapiraju vjetroelektrane, plinovode i električne i internetske kablove u vodama oko Danske, Norveške, Finske i Švedske - javlja Jutarnji list.

Mapiranje obavlja veliki broj ruskih vojnih i civilnih brodova koji plove nordijskim vodama koji pokušavaju otkriti što se nalazi na dnu mora i kako je povezana tamošnja infrastruktura.

U planu su sabotaže protiv nordijskih zemalja, uključujući i mogućnost rezanja energetskih i podatkovnih kabela preko Atlantika i do Europe, otkrili su autori dokumentarne serije "Rat sjena" koju je danski javni servis, DR, napravio u suradnji s televizijskim postajama NRK u Norveškoj, SVT u Švedskoj i Yle u Finskoj, a počeo se emitirati ove srijede.

Osnovna informacija glasi - Rusija ima program sabotaže vjetroelektrana i komunikacijskih kabela u Sjevernom moru, a za to koristi flotu plovila prerušenih u ribarske koće i istraživačke brodove u Sjevernom moru, koji nose opremu za podvodni nadzor i mapiraju ključne lokacije za moguće sabotaže.

Za slučaj totalnog sukoba

Jedan danski protuobavještajni časnik potvrdio je da se sabotažni planovi pripremaju u slučaju potpunog sukoba Rusije sa Zapadom, dok je šef norveške obavještajne službe rekao da se program smatra vrlo važnim za Rusiju i da se kontrolira izravno iz Moskve. Televizijske kuće su analizirale presretnutu rusku komunikaciju koja je ukazala na takozvane "brodove duhove" koji plove nordijskim vodama, a koji su isključili odašiljače kako ne bi otkrili svoje lokacije. Emisija se fokusira na ruski brod Admiral Vladimirski, koji je, službeno, brod za podvodna istraživanja, ali u izvješću se navodi da se zapravo radi o ruskom špijunskom brodu. Kada su se novinari približili brodu, suočili su se s maskiranom osobom koja je nosila vojnu jurišnu pušku.

‘Admiral Vladimirski‘ nije jedini ruski brod koji je odrađivao sumnjive misije u nordijskim vodama. Prošle su godine DR, NRK, SVT i Yle otkrili čak 50 ruskih brodova koji mogu obavljati specifične misije u kojima, na primjer, mogu postavljati morske mine i mapirati cjevovode, komunikacijske kablove i druge relevantne mete za sabotažu. Neki od brodova sustavno su se pojavljivali u blizini zajedničkih NATO vježba, drugi su često prelazili iznad dva važna podmorska kabla u Norveškoj, koji su kasnije iznenada prekinuti, a treći su godinu za godinom uplovljavali duboko u unutrašnje fjordove bez pristajanja u luke.

Isključili odašiljač

Skandinavski dokumentarac sadrži i izjavu anonimnog bivšeg stručnjaka Kraljevske mornarice Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva koji je ispričao da su uočili kretanja plovila u blizini sedam vjetroelektrana uz obalu Britanije i Nizozemske. Nadzor je pokazao da je ruski brod usporavao uvijek kada bi se približio područjima gdje se nalaze vjetroelektrane, i u tim situacijama je plovio s isključenim odašiljačem. Isti je brod uočen kako 10. studenog 2022., ulazi u Moray Firth na obli Škotske, a kasnije je lociran oko 30 nautičkih milja istočno od Lossiemoutha, gdje se nalazi flota RAF-ovih pomorskih patrolnih zrakoplova. BBC je doznao da su dužnosnici Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva svjesni ruske namjere da provede ono što je poznato kao kartiranje podmorja, ali odbili su odgovoriti koje aktivnosti razmatraju.

U veljači je i nizozemska obavještajna služba izdala službeno upozorenje o aktivnostima koje bi mogle ukazivati na pripremu za prekid ili sabotažu pomorske infrastrukture. Šef tamošnje vojne obavještajne službe izjaviio je da je ruski brod otkriven u blizini vjetroelektrane u Sjevernom moru i da kartira lokacije. "Vidjeli smo posljednjih mjeseci kako su ruski akteri pokušali otkriti kako funkcionira energetski sustav u Sjevernom moru. Ovo je prvi put da to vidimo kod nas", rekao je general Jan Swillens.

Napadi na kritičnu infrastrukturu

Jedna od mogućnosti ruskih akcija može biti oštećenje komunikacija ili rušenje elektroenergetskih sustava zemalja kako bi se izazvao kaos. Izvješće skandinavskih medija ukazuje na mogućnost da su takva plovila povezana s incidentom južno od Svalbarda prošle godine kada je presječen podvodni kabel koji je služio najvećoj svjetskoj komercijalnoj zemaljskoj stanici za satelitsku komunikaciju. Norveška policija rekla je kako vjeruje da iza sabotaže stoji "ljudska aktivnost", ali nikoga nije službeno optužila, međutim, 13. travnja ove godine protjerala je 15 ruskih dužnosnika optuživši ih za špijunažu.

Za sada je najpoznatija sabotaža bilo uništenje dijelova plinovoda Sjeverni tok koji je dizajniran za prijenos plina iz Rusije u Europu. U to su vrijeme mnogi optuživali Rusiju da je odgovorna, ali od tada su druga izvješća sugerirala druge mogućnosti, uključujući proukrajinske aktere, a istrage su još uvijek u tijeku.

DR, SVT, NRK i Yle su pitali ruska veleposlanstva u nordijskoj regiji, znaju li da njihovi brodovi mapiraju okolna područja. Jedino je ruski veleposlanik u Norveškoj odgovorio.

"Rad istraživačkih brodova je tražen i odvija se u potpunosti u skladu s međunarodnim pravom. Taj rad se koordinira diplomatskim kanalima", odgovorio je pismenim putem veleposlanik Tejmuraz Ramišvili. DR je također kontaktirao Ministarstvo obrane u Rusiji i, između ostalog, pitao zašto je posada ‘Admirala Vladimirskog‘ bila maskirana i naoružana. Ministarstvo obrane nije odgovorilo.

Obavještajne službe u Skandinaviji raspolažu podacima prema kojima Rusi mapiraju vjetroelektrane, plinovode i električne i internetske kablove u vodama oko Danske, Norveške, Finske i Švedske - javlja Jutarnji list.

Mapiranje obavlja veliki broj ruskih vojnih i civilnih brodova koji plove nordijskim vodama koji pokušavaju otkriti što se nalazi na dnu mora i kako je povezana tamošnja infrastruktura.

U planu su sabotaže protiv nordijskih zemalja, uključujući i mogućnost rezanja energetskih i podatkovnih kabela preko Atlantika i do Europe, otkrili su autori dokumentarne serije "Rat sjena" koju je danski javni servis, DR, napravio u suradnji s televizijskim postajama NRK u Norveškoj, SVT u Švedskoj i Yle u Finskoj, a počeo se emitirati ove srijede.

Osnovna informacija glasi - Rusija ima program sabotaže vjetroelektrana i komunikacijskih kabela u Sjevernom moru, a za to koristi flotu plovila prerušenih u ribarske koće i istraživačke brodove u Sjevernom moru, koji nose opremu za podvodni nadzor i mapiraju ključne lokacije za moguće sabotaže.

Za slučaj totalnog sukoba

Jedan danski protuobavještajni časnik potvrdio je da se sabotažni planovi pripremaju u slučaju potpunog sukoba Rusije sa Zapadom, dok je šef norveške obavještajne službe rekao da se program smatra vrlo važnim za Rusiju i da se kontrolira izravno iz Moskve. Televizijske kuće su analizirale presretnutu rusku komunikaciju koja je ukazala na takozvane "brodove duhove" koji plove nordijskim vodama, a koji su isključili odašiljače kako ne bi otkrili svoje lokacije. Emisija se fokusira na ruski brod Admiral Vladimirski, koji je, službeno, brod za podvodna istraživanja, ali u izvješću se navodi da se zapravo radi o ruskom špijunskom brodu. Kada su se novinari približili brodu, suočili su se s maskiranom osobom koja je nosila vojnu jurišnu pušku.

‘Admiral Vladimirski‘ nije jedini ruski brod koji je odrađivao sumnjive misije u nordijskim vodama. Prošle su godine DR, NRK, SVT i Yle otkrili čak 50 ruskih brodova koji mogu obavljati specifične misije u kojima, na primjer, mogu postavljati morske mine i mapirati cjevovode, komunikacijske kablove i druge relevantne mete za sabotažu. Neki od brodova sustavno su se pojavljivali u blizini zajedničkih NATO vježba, drugi su često prelazili iznad dva važna podmorska kabla u Norveškoj, koji su kasnije iznenada prekinuti, a treći su godinu za godinom uplovljavali duboko u unutrašnje fjordove bez pristajanja u luke.

Isključili odašiljač

Skandinavski dokumentarac sadrži i izjavu anonimnog bivšeg stručnjaka Kraljevske mornarice Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva koji je ispričao da su uočili kretanja plovila u blizini sedam vjetroelektrana uz obalu Britanije i Nizozemske. Nadzor je pokazao da je ruski brod usporavao uvijek kada bi se približio područjima gdje se nalaze vjetroelektrane, i u tim situacijama je plovio s isključenim odašiljačem. Isti je brod uočen kako 10. studenog 2022., ulazi u Moray Firth na obli Škotske, a kasnije je lociran oko 30 nautičkih milja istočno od Lossiemoutha, gdje se nalazi flota RAF-ovih pomorskih patrolnih zrakoplova. BBC je doznao da su dužnosnici Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva svjesni ruske namjere da provede ono što je poznato kao kartiranje podmorja, ali odbili su odgovoriti koje aktivnosti razmatraju.

U veljači je i nizozemska obavještajna služba izdala službeno upozorenje o aktivnostima koje bi mogle ukazivati na pripremu za prekid ili sabotažu pomorske infrastrukture. Šef tamošnje vojne obavještajne službe izjaviio je da je ruski brod otkriven u blizini vjetroelektrane u Sjevernom moru i da kartira lokacije. "Vidjeli smo posljednjih mjeseci kako su ruski akteri pokušali otkriti kako funkcionira energetski sustav u Sjevernom moru. Ovo je prvi put da to vidimo kod nas", rekao je general Jan Swillens.

Napadi na kritičnu infrastrukturu

Jedna od mogućnosti ruskih akcija može biti oštećenje komunikacija ili rušenje elektroenergetskih sustava zemalja kako bi se izazvao kaos. Izvješće skandinavskih medija ukazuje na mogućnost da su takva plovila povezana s incidentom južno od Svalbarda prošle godine kada je presječen podvodni kabel koji je služio najvećoj svjetskoj komercijalnoj zemaljskoj stanici za satelitsku komunikaciju. Norveška policija rekla je kako vjeruje da iza sabotaže stoji "ljudska aktivnost", ali nikoga nije službeno optužila, međutim, 13. travnja ove godine protjerala je 15 ruskih dužnosnika optuživši ih za špijunažu.

Napadi na našu kritičnu infrastrukturu mogu imati velike posljedice, među ostalim, na naše zdravstvo, financijski sektor i naše komunikacije, ocjenjuje stručnjak za pomorsku infrastrukturu Tobias Liebetrau sa Sveučilišta u Kopenhagenu. - Ako uništite velike dijelove energetske ili komunikacijske infrastrukture na morskom dnu, čitavi dijelovi zemlje ili sektori društva mogu odjednom imati poteškoća u održavanju svojih operacija, kaže.

Za sada je najpoznatija sabotaža bilo uništenje dijelova plinovoda Sjeverni tok koji je dizajniran za prijenos plina iz Rusije u Europu. U to su vrijeme mnogi optuživali Rusiju da je odgovorna, ali od tada su druga izvješća sugerirala druge mogućnosti, uključujući proukrajinske aktere, a istrage su još uvijek u tijeku.

DR, SVT, NRK i Yle su pitali ruska veleposlanstva u nordijskoj regiji, znaju li da njihovi brodovi mapiraju okolna područja. Jedino je ruski veleposlanik u Norveškoj odgovorio.

"Rad istraživačkih brodova je tražen i odvija se u potpunosti u skladu s međunarodnim pravom. Taj rad se koordinira diplomatskim kanalima", odgovorio je pismenim putem veleposlanik Tejmuraz Ramišvili. DR je također kontaktirao Ministarstvo obrane u Rusiji i, između ostalog, pitao zašto je posada ‘Admirala Vladimirskog‘ bila maskirana i naoružana. Ministarstvo obrane nije odgovorilo.
