Bosni i Hercegovini prijete nestašice osnovnih prehrambenih namirnica ulja i brašna. Građani su ispraznili police u trgovinama na kojima je stajalo brašno, a uskoro će im ponestati i ulja.

Trgovci su uz boce ulja istaknuli natpis kojim mole građane da "zbog poznate situacije kupuju najviše četiri litre ulja". Kupiti pet ili šest litara nije zabranjeno, ali apelira se na savjest građana da smanje potrošnju kako bi ulja bilo dovoljno za sve.

Jesu li građani ispraznili police u iracionalnom strahu kao na početku korone prije dvije godine ili Bosni i Hercegovini realno prijete nestašice, vrijeme će pokazati.

Ono što zanima hrvatske građane jest može li se takav scenarij dogoditi u Hrvatskoj pa da u dućanima dobijemo ograničenje koliko možemo kupiti određenih artikala (kilogram brašna, litra ulja, litra mlijeka, čašicu jogurta). Stariji se sjećaju da je nešto slično bilo početkom osamdesetih godina, kada je ondašnja Jugoslavija uvela ograničenja kupnje osnovnih namirnica po broju članova obitelji.

Međutim, do takva scenarija zasigurno neće doći. Ograničenja kupnje i nestašice nisu realna opcija bez obzira na ratna događanja u Ukrajini, ali povećanje cijena i inflacija neće nas mimoići.

Ulje je još početkom ove godine poskupjelo za oko pet kuna po litri, no to ne znači da Hrvatska nema samodostatnu proizvodnju uljarica, suncokreta, soje, uljane repice, već je razlog povećanja cijena bila nestabilnost na tržištu energenata i sirovina.

Hrvatska ima dvije velike tvornice ulja te uz dobru sirovinsku osnovu ne bi trebalo doći do poremećaja u opskrbi stanovništva uljem i biljnim mastima. Trenutačno je u nekim trgovačkim centrima ulje na akcijskim cijenama od 12,49 kuna, što potvrđuje da nema poremećaja na hrvatskom tržištu.

Naime, proizvodnja suncokreta u Hrvatskoj premašuje potrebe domaćeg stanovništva pa se dio i izvozi. Prosječno ostvareni prinosi na hrvatskim poljima iznad su prosjeka EU-a, s tim da su se posljednjih godina ozbiljno povećavale i površine zasijane suncokretom, pa nismo toliko ovisni o uvozu sirovine za proizvodnju ulja čije je tokove poremetio rat u Ukrajini.

Iznimno su dobri i prinosi soje, i to "non-GMO", koja daje prinose i do pet tona po hektaru, što je izjednačeno s proizvodnjom, primjerice, soje u Austriji. Ali tu Hrvatska ima jedan veliki problem. Nemamo preradbene kapacitete pa se kompletan urod soje izvozi uglavnom u Austriju. Na to su više puta upozoravali stručnjaci konzultantske tvrtke "Smarter".

"Nažalost, za razliku od Austrije, Hrvatska nema pogon za preradu soje, ona se gotovo sva izvozi, i to baš u Austriju, osim manjih količina koje se tostiraju. Izgradnja sojare na Dunavu sigurno bi pridonijela podizanju domaćih količina proizvodnje soje, poglavito jer će cijena ove kulture i u budućnosti biti stimulativna u okviru Europske zelene politike", procjena je stručnjaka Smartera.

Zbog rata u Ukrajini poremećeni su tokovi uvoza uljarica iz te zemlje. Stoga zemlje EU-a strahuju od nestašica ulja. Međutim, suncokretovo ulje bi moglo zamijeniti ono palmino.

Zbog jeftine proizvodnje i jednostavne prerade, palmino ulje postalo je vrlo popularno u svijetu. Palmino drvo i plod iz kojeg se radi ulje rađa tijekom cijele godine i nije zahtjevno u uzgojnom smislu. Jeftinije je i dugoročno bi iz upotrebe moglo potisnuti suncokretovo ulje.

Bosni i Hercegovini prijete nestašice osnovnih prehrambenih namirnica ulja i brašna. Građani su ispraznili police u trgovinama na kojima je stajalo brašno, a uskoro će im ponestati i ulja.

Trgovci su uz boce ulja istaknuli natpis kojim mole građane da "zbog poznate situacije kupuju najviše četiri litre ulja". Kupiti pet ili šest litara nije zabranjeno, ali apelira se na savjest građana da smanje potrošnju kako bi ulja bilo dovoljno za sve.

Jesu li građani ispraznili police u iracionalnom strahu kao na početku korone prije dvije godine ili Bosni i Hercegovini realno prijete nestašice, vrijeme će pokazati.

Ono što zanima hrvatske građane jest može li se takav scenarij dogoditi u Hrvatskoj pa da u dućanima dobijemo ograničenje koliko možemo kupiti određenih artikala (kilogram brašna, litra ulja, litra mlijeka, čašicu jogurta). Stariji se sjećaju da je nešto slično bilo početkom osamdesetih godina, kada je ondašnja Jugoslavija uvela ograničenja kupnje osnovnih namirnica po broju članova obitelji.

Međutim, do takva scenarija zasigurno neće doći. Ograničenja kupnje i nestašice nisu realna opcija bez obzira na ratna događanja u Ukrajini, ali povećanje cijena i inflacija neće nas mimoići.

Ulje je još početkom ove godine poskupjelo za oko pet kuna po litri, no to ne znači da Hrvatska nema samodostatnu proizvodnju uljarica, suncokreta, soje, uljane repice, već je razlog povećanja cijena bila nestabilnost na tržištu energenata i sirovina.

Hrvatska ima dvije velike tvornice ulja te uz dobru sirovinsku osnovu ne bi trebalo doći do poremećaja u opskrbi stanovništva uljem i biljnim mastima. Trenutačno je u nekim trgovačkim centrima ulje na akcijskim cijenama od 12,49 kuna, što potvrđuje da nema poremećaja na hrvatskom tržištu.

Naime, proizvodnja suncokreta u Hrvatskoj premašuje potrebe domaćeg stanovništva pa se dio i izvozi. Prosječno ostvareni prinosi na hrvatskim poljima iznad su prosjeka EU-a, s tim da su se posljednjih godina ozbiljno povećavale i površine zasijane suncokretom, pa nismo toliko ovisni o uvozu sirovine za proizvodnju ulja čije je tokove poremetio rat u Ukrajini.

Iznimno su dobri i prinosi soje, i to "non-GMO", koja daje prinose i do pet tona po hektaru, što je izjednačeno s proizvodnjom, primjerice, soje u Austriji. Ali tu Hrvatska ima jedan veliki problem. Nemamo preradbene kapacitete pa se kompletan urod soje izvozi uglavnom u Austriju. Na to su više puta upozoravali stručnjaci konzultantske tvrtke "Smarter".

"Nažalost, za razliku od Austrije, Hrvatska nema pogon za preradu soje, ona se gotovo sva izvozi, i to baš u Austriju, osim manjih količina koje se tostiraju. Izgradnja sojare na Dunavu sigurno bi pridonijela podizanju domaćih količina proizvodnje soje, poglavito jer će cijena ove kulture i u budućnosti biti stimulativna u okviru Europske zelene politike", procjena je stručnjaka Smartera.

Zbog rata u Ukrajini poremećeni su tokovi uvoza uljarica iz te zemlje. Stoga zemlje EU-a strahuju od nestašica ulja. Međutim, suncokretovo ulje bi moglo zamijeniti ono palmino.

Zbog jeftine proizvodnje i jednostavne prerade, palmino ulje postalo je vrlo popularno u svijetu. Palmino drvo i plod iz kojeg se radi ulje rađa tijekom cijele godine i nije zahtjevno u uzgojnom smislu. Jeftinije je i dugoročno bi iz upotrebe moglo potisnuti suncokretovo ulje.
