Veleposlanik Srbije u Crnoj Gori Vladimir Božović proglašen je nepoželjnom osobom i od njega je zatraženo da napusti Crnu Goru, objavili su u subotu beogradski i i podgorički mediji pozivajući se na priopćenje crnogorskog Ministarstva vanjskih poslova (MVP).

Navodi se da je srbijanski veleposlanik "omalovažio državu koja mu je dala diplomatsko gostoprimstvo", te da je njegovo ponašanje "nespojivo s uobičajenim i prihvatljivim standardima obavljanja diplomatske dužnosti".

"Jučer je veleposlanik Božović nelegalnu i nelegitimnu Podgoričku skupštinu 1918. nazvao 'oslobođenjem' i 'slobodnom voljom' crnogorskog naroda, čime je još jednom, na najizravniji način, omalovažio državu koja mu je dala diplomatsko gostoprimstvo", navodi portal podgoričkih Vijesti, pozivajući se na priopćenje Ministarsva vanjskih poslova (MVP) Crne Gore.

Vijesti prenose kako se MVP pozvao na članke 9. i 41. Bečke konvencije o diplomatskim privilegijama i imunitetima, temeljem kojih je u subotu veleposlanika Republike Srbije u Crnoj Gori Vladimira Božovića proglasilo nepoželjnim i zatražilo da napusti Crnu Goru.

Crnogorski MVP to priopćenje još nije službeno objavio na svojoj internetskoj stranici, dok državna televizija (RTCG) citira priopćenje navodeći da je ponašanje srbijanskog veleposlanika "nespojivo s uobičajenim i prihvatljivim standardima obavljanja diplomatske dužnosti".

Navodi se kako je "nakon dužeg i kontinuiranog miješanja u unutarnje stvari Crne Gore, ponašanja i izjava nespojivih s uobičajenim i prihvatljivim standardima obavljanja diplomatske funkcije, nakon više usmenih i pisanih upozorenja na neprihvatljivost takvog ponašanja", ponovno "omalovažio državu koja mu je dala diplomatsko gostoprimstvo".

Time je, kako RTCG citira prioćenje MVP-a, "ponizio i najviše zakonodavno i predstavničko tijelo - Skupštinu Crne Gore, koja je 29. studenog 2018. godine usvojila Rezoluciju o poništenju odluka Podgoričke skupštine kojima je ukinut dotadašnji suverenitet Crne Gore, njezin teritorij pripojen Kraljevini Srbiji i nasilno detroniziran kralj Nikola Petrović Njegoš".

"Ministarstvo vanjskih poslova Crne Gore je o ovome na uobičajeni način, notom, obavijestilo Ministarstvo vanjskih poslova Srbije, a nota će biti uručena i veleposlaniku Božoviću", prenosi RTCG.

U Beogradu za sada nema službenih reagiranja.

Veleposlanik Srbije u Crnoj Gori Vladimir Božović proglašen je nepoželjnom osobom i od njega je zatraženo da napusti Crnu Goru, objavili su u subotu beogradski i i podgorički mediji pozivajući se na priopćenje crnogorskog Ministarstva vanjskih poslova (MVP).

Navodi se da je srbijanski veleposlanik "omalovažio državu koja mu je dala diplomatsko gostoprimstvo", te da je njegovo ponašanje "nespojivo s uobičajenim i prihvatljivim standardima obavljanja diplomatske dužnosti".

"Jučer je veleposlanik Božović nelegalnu i nelegitimnu Podgoričku skupštinu 1918. nazvao 'oslobođenjem' i 'slobodnom voljom' crnogorskog naroda, čime je još jednom, na najizravniji način, omalovažio državu koja mu je dala diplomatsko gostoprimstvo", navodi portal podgoričkih Vijesti, pozivajući se na priopćenje Ministarsva vanjskih poslova (MVP) Crne Gore.

Vijesti prenose kako se MVP pozvao na članke 9. i 41. Bečke konvencije o diplomatskim privilegijama i imunitetima, temeljem kojih je u subotu veleposlanika Republike Srbije u Crnoj Gori Vladimira Božovića proglasilo nepoželjnim i zatražilo da napusti Crnu Goru.

Crnogorski MVP to priopćenje još nije službeno objavio na svojoj internetskoj stranici, dok državna televizija (RTCG) citira priopćenje navodeći da je ponašanje srbijanskog veleposlanika "nespojivo s uobičajenim i prihvatljivim standardima obavljanja diplomatske dužnosti".

Navodi se kako je "nakon dužeg i kontinuiranog miješanja u unutarnje stvari Crne Gore, ponašanja i izjava nespojivih s uobičajenim i prihvatljivim standardima obavljanja diplomatske funkcije, nakon više usmenih i pisanih upozorenja na neprihvatljivost takvog ponašanja", ponovno "omalovažio državu koja mu je dala diplomatsko gostoprimstvo".

Time je, kako RTCG citira prioćenje MVP-a, "ponizio i najviše zakonodavno i predstavničko tijelo - Skupštinu Crne Gore, koja je 29. studenog 2018. godine usvojila Rezoluciju o poništenju odluka Podgoričke skupštine kojima je ukinut dotadašnji suverenitet Crne Gore, njezin teritorij pripojen Kraljevini Srbiji i nasilno detroniziran kralj Nikola Petrović Njegoš".

"Ministarstvo vanjskih poslova Crne Gore je o ovome na uobičajeni način, notom, obavijestilo Ministarstvo vanjskih poslova Srbije, a nota će biti uručena i veleposlaniku Božoviću", prenosi RTCG.

U Beogradu za sada nema službenih reagiranja.

Veleposlanik Srbije u Crnoj Gori Vladimir Božović proglašen je nepoželjnom osobom i od njega je zatraženo da napusti Crnu Goru, objavili su u subotu beogradski i i podgorički mediji pozivajući se na priopćenje crnogorskog Ministarstva vanjskih poslova (MVP).

Navodi se da je srbijanski veleposlanik "omalovažio državu koja mu je dala diplomatsko gostoprimstvo", te da je njegovo ponašanje "nespojivo s uobičajenim i prihvatljivim standardima obavljanja diplomatske dužnosti".

"Jučer je veleposlanik Božović nelegalnu i nelegitimnu Podgoričku skupštinu 1918. nazvao 'oslobođenjem' i 'slobodnom voljom' crnogorskog naroda, čime je još jednom, na najizravniji način, omalovažio državu koja mu je dala diplomatsko gostoprimstvo", navodi portal podgoričkih Vijesti, pozivajući se na priopće...
