Najam ili kupnja stanova nisu samo problem kojeg imamo mi Hrvati već se s istom glavoboljom nose i susjedi Srbi. Lokalni mediji nerijetko izvještavaju o slabim uvjetima najma i rastu cijena koji se posebno odražavaju na životni standard, a prije koji dan tom popisu se pridružio i još jedan stan. 

Oglas za njega pojavio se na internetu, a riječ je o malom stanu u Novom Beogradu.

Na prvi pogled, stanu ništa ne fali iako je iznos od 400 eura možda ipak malo previsok za ono što pruža. No, na drugi pogled situacija postaje zanimljivija. Kuhinja se ne nalazi u stanu nego na terasi!

Ako u obzir uzmemo hrvatske cijene, 400 eura najamnine možda i ne zvuči toliko mnogo, ali u Srbiji je to iznos minimalc zbog čega potraga za normalnih stanom može trajati mjesecima.

Najam ili kupnja stanova nisu samo problem kojeg imamo mi Hrvati već se s istom glavoboljom nose i susjedi Srbi. Lokalni mediji nerijetko izvještavaju o slabim uvjetima najma i rastu cijena koji se posebno odražavaju na životni standard, a prije koji dan tom popisu se pridružio i još jedan stan. 

Oglas za njega pojavio se na internetu, a riječ je o malom stanu u Novom Beogradu.

Na prvi pogled, stanu ništa ne fali iako je iznos od 400 eura možda ipak malo previsok za ono što pruža. No, na drugi pogled situacija postaje zanimljivija. Kuhinja se ne nalazi u stanu nego na terasi!

Ako u obzir uzmemo hrvatske cijene, 400 eura najamnine možda i ne zvuči toliko mnogo, ali u Srbiji je to iznos minimalc zbog čega potraga za normalnih stanom može trajati mjesecima.

Molim, gdje se to nalazi kuhinja? Podstanarima u susjednoj zemlji nije lako, za ovaj neobičan jednosobni stan morat će izdvojiti vrtoglavih 400 eura

Najam ili kupnja stanova nisu samo problem kojeg imamo mi Hrvati već se s istom glavoboljom nose i susjedi Srbi. Lokalni mediji nerijetko izvještavaju o slabim uvjetima najma i rastu cijena koji se posebno odražavaju na životni standard, a prije koji dan tom popisu se pridružio i još jedan stan. 

Oglas za njega pojavio se na internetu, a riječ je o malom stanu u Novom Beogradu. 

Na prvi pogled, stanu ništa ne fali iako je iznos od 400 eura možda ipak malo previsok za ono što pruža. No, na drugi pogled situacija postaje zanimljivija. Kuhinja se ne nalazi u stanu nego na terasi! 

Ako u obzir uzmemo hrvatske cijene, 400 eura najamnine možda i ne zvuči toliko mnogo, ali u Srbiji je to iznos minimalc zbog čega potraga za normalnih stanom može trajati m...
