Tri desetljeća od raspada Jugoslavije, mala Crna Gora životari od turizma, inozemnih doznaka i stranog kapitala. O podrijetlu toga novca – ne pitajte. Vlada Mila Đukanovića, koja je prošle godine izgubila vlast, vedrila je i oblačila Crnom Gorom sve to vrijeme, a u medijima ih se povezivalo sa švercom duhana i talijanskom mafijom. Javna je tajna da je to bio jedini način da Crna Gora preživi devedesete dok je još bila u zajednici sa Srbijom i trpjela posljedice sankcija "odrezanih" Slobodanu Miloševiću.  

S bivšom državom, propala je i gotovo sva crnogorska privreda.

–​ Cetinje je pravi primjer za to. U "Obodinu" je radilo pet hiljada i šesto ljudi, a s drugim preduzećima bilo je i deset hiljada radnih mjesta – kaže Veselin Vujović, rođak nogometaša Zlatka i Zorana, koji danas taksira da bi popravio mizernu mirovinu. Veselin veli da se na Cetinju do 1991. toliko dobro živjelo, da je uvijek nedostajalo radne snage.

– Pravo da ti kažem, morali smo je uvoziti sa strane, a sada sve otišlo za Podgoricu. I ne samo iz Cetinja, nego iz drugih mjesta. Sva se Crna Gora seli u glavni grad. Kažu, svaki Pljevljanin koji dođe na sahranu u Podgoricu da izrazi sućut ucviljenima, tamo i ostane –​ zafrkaje se Veselin.

Prijatelj mu Zoran Adžić domeće da danas Cetinje preživljava zahvaljujući mirovinama, socijali i plaćama koje se zarađuju u primorju. Radna snaga iz zabrđa pronalazi za vrijeme turističke sezone kruh na moru, a kad ista mine, prilike za zaradu u tom su kraju minimalne.

Zato su neki ogrezli i u kriminal. Cetinjem kruži legenda da je svojedobno milanski gradonačelnik posjetio njihov gradić da vidi odakle to u Italiju dolaze junaci podzemlja. Nije se, pričaju, mogao načuditi da tu živi, bez okolnih sela, samo sedam, osam tisuća ljudi.

Da je tomu tako i da je mafija u Crnoj Gori pustila pipke, svjedoče vijesti o zapljenama kokaina koji dolazi u luku Bar i ratu između "škaljaraca" i "kavčana", dva neprijateljska ganga koji su pustili pipke po cijeloj Europi, a na Balkanu im u zlodjelima ravnih nema. Bez obzira što je policija svojedobno uhitila glavešine rivalskih klanova, a nakon što su se u vatrenim obračunima brojili mrtvi, mafijaška mreža brzo reaktivira odsječene krakove i nastavlja se baviti trgovinom droge, reketarenjem, pljačkama... Tako je 2017. godine upravo na Cetinju upucan Vladimir Lekić, pripadnik ozloglašene pljačkaške grupe "Pink Panther", koja opljačkane dragulje prodaje najčešće u Italiji za trećinu cijene.

Strani su mediji tvrdili da je pljačkašku grupu "Pink Panther" štitila bivša crnogorska politička vlast, pa su se zato mnogi godinama uspješno skrivali od policije.     

Lekić je u studenom 2010. osuđen na osam godina zatvora zbog sudjelovanja u krađi nakita i satova vrijednih dva milijuna eura iz jedne zlatarnice u Frankfurtu u prosincu 2003. godine, a u po zlu čuvenoj internacionalnoj bandi, sudjelovala su još dva crnogorska državljanina koja su završila u zatvoru u Francuskoj.

Bandi "Pink Panther" pripisuju i prefiks teroristička, iako su im najčešće na meti dragulji, a odgovorni su za oko 400 oružanih pljački. Operirali su po Parizu, Tokiju, Saint-Tropezu i Monacu. O njima se snimaju filmovi i pišu knjige. Najveći broj ih je sudjelovao u ratovima na prostoru bivše Jugoslavije.

Smatra se da "Pink Panther" broji čak par stotina članova i da se pljačke organiziraju u suradnji s kriminalnim miljeom s područja na kojem banda trenutno operira.   

Policija je otkrila da ukradenu robu na crnom tržištu kupuju zlatari iz Izraela i Nizozemske, opljačkani novac završava na području bivše Jugoslavije, a skupocjeni ukradeni satovi u Rusiji.

Tri desetljeća od raspada Jugoslavije, mala Crna Gora životari od turizma, inozemnih doznaka i stranog kapitala. O podrijetlu toga novca – ne pitajte. Vlada Mila Đukanovića, koja je prošle godine izgubila vlast, vedrila je i oblačila Crnom Gorom sve to vrijeme, a u medijima ih se povezivalo sa švercom duhana i talijanskom mafijom. Javna je tajna da je to bio jedini način da Crna Gora preživi devedesete dok je još bila u zajednici sa Srbijom i trpjela posljedice sankcija "odrezanih" Slobodanu Miloševiću.  

S bivšom državom, propala je i gotovo sva crnogorska privreda.

–​ Cetinje je pravi primjer za to. U "Obodinu" je radilo pet hiljada i šesto ljudi, a s drugim preduzećima bilo je i deset hiljada radnih mjesta – kaže Veselin Vujović, rođak nogometaša Zlatka i Zorana, koji danas taksira da bi popravio mizernu mirovinu. Veselin veli da se na Cetinju do 1991. toliko dobro živjelo, da je uvijek nedostajalo radne snage.

– Pravo da ti kažem, morali smo je uvoziti sa strane, a sada sve otišlo za Podgoricu. I ne samo iz Cetinja, nego iz drugih mjesta. Sva se Crna Gora seli u glavni grad. Kažu, svaki Pljevljanin koji dođe na sahranu u Podgoricu da izrazi sućut ucviljenima, tamo i ostane –​ zafrkaje se Veselin.

Prijatelj mu Zoran Adžić domeće da danas Cetinje preživljava zahvaljujući mirovinama, socijali i plaćama koje se zarađuju u primorju. Radna snaga iz zabrđa pronalazi za vrijeme turističke sezone kruh na moru, a kad ista mine, prilike za zaradu u tom su kraju minimalne.

Zato su neki ogrezli i u kriminal. Cetinjem kruži legenda da je svojedobno milanski gradonačelnik posjetio njihov gradić da vidi odakle to u Italiju dolaze junaci podzemlja. Nije se, pričaju, mogao načuditi da tu živi, bez okolnih sela, samo sedam, osam tisuća ljudi.

Da je tomu tako i da je mafija u Crnoj Gori pustila pipke, svjedoče vijesti o zapljenama kokaina koji dolazi u luku Bar i ratu između "škaljaraca" i "kavčana", dva neprijateljska ganga koji su pustili pipke po cijeloj Europi, a na Balkanu im u zlodjelima ravnih nema. Bez obzira što je policija svojedobno uhitila glavešine rivalskih klanova, a nakon što su se u vatrenim obračunima brojili mrtvi, mafijaška mreža brzo reaktivira odsječene krakove i nastavlja se baviti trgovinom droge, reketarenjem, pljačkama... Tako je 2017. godine upravo na Cetinju upucan Vladimir Lekić, pripadnik ozloglašene pljačkaške grupe "Pink Panther", koja opljačkane dragulje prodaje najčešće u Italiji za trećinu cijene.

Strani su mediji tvrdili da je pljačkašku grupu "Pink Panther" štitila bivša crnogorska politička vlast, pa su se zato mnogi godinama uspješno skrivali od policije.     

Lekić je u studenom 2010. osuđen na osam godina zatvora zbog sudjelovanja u krađi nakita i satova vrijednih dva milijuna eura iz jedne zlatarnice u Frankfurtu u prosincu 2003. godine, a u po zlu čuvenoj internacionalnoj bandi, sudjelovala su još dva crnogorska državljanina koja su završila u zatvoru u Francuskoj.

Bandi "Pink Panther" pripisuju i prefiks teroristička, iako su im najčešće na meti dragulji, a odgovorni su za oko 400 oružanih pljački. Operirali su po Parizu, Tokiju, Saint-Tropezu i Monacu. O njima se snimaju filmovi i pišu knjige. Najveći broj ih je sudjelovao u ratovima na prostoru bivše Jugoslavije.

Smatra se da "Pink Panther" broji čak par stotina članova i da se pljačke organiziraju u suradnji s kriminalnim miljeom s područja na kojem banda trenutno operira.   

Policija je otkrila da ukradenu robu na crnom tržištu kupuju zlatari iz Izraela i Nizozemske, opljačkani novac završava na području bivše Jugoslavije, a skupocjeni ukradeni satovi u Rusiji.
