Prebrojavanje glasova na nedavnim izborima u BiH još uvijek traje, a najveći problem u tome je činjenica da ih broje pripadnici političkih stranaka te što nisu uvedena tehnička rješenja koja bi cijeli proces ubrzala, potvrdilo je u petak Središnje izborno povjerenstvo BiH (SIP).

Još nema cjelovitih rezultata parlamentarnih izbora, provedenih u nedjelju, iako je jasno da su na njima najveći broj glasova dobile tri velike nacionalne stranke, HDZ BiH, Stranka demokratske akcije (SDA) i Savez nezavisnih socialdemokrata (SNSD) Milorada Dodima koje su i do sada bile na vlasti. Jedina značajnija promjena dogodila se u Predsjedništvu BiH, gdje je za bošnjačkog člana, umjesto favoriziranog Bakira Izetbegovića, izabran SDP-ov Denis Bećirović.

Prema odredbama izbornog zakona BiH izborno povjerenstvo bi cjelovite rezultate trebao objaviti 20 dana nakon izbora, a konačne i potvrđene u roku od 30 dana.

Članovi SIP-a vjeruju kako će te rokove moći poštovati, ali upozoravaju kako je previše problema koji usporavaju proces prebrojavanja glasova.

Predsjednik SIP-a Suad Arnautović kazao je na konferenciji za medije kako SIP 24 sata nakon provedenog glasanja nije imao podatke o rezultatima s više od tisuću biračkih mjesta, što smatra nedopustivim, a krivnju pripisuje članovima biračkih odbora.

"Problem je to što su ih imenovali politički subjekti. Najvažnije im je bilo o rezultatima izvijestiti stranku koja ih je postavila", kazao je Arnautović.

S tim je suglasan i hrvatski član SIP-a Vlado Rogić, koji je kazao kako stranke za članove biračkih odbora predlažu ljude koji ne raspolažu ni osnovnim informacijama o političko-državnom ustroju BiH.

"Od političkih stranke dobivamo članove biračkih odbora koji nikada nisu shvatili da postoji parlament BiH i parlament Federacije BiH, a da ne govorimo o ostalim razinama vlasti. Mi bismo ih onda trebalo poučiti o najosnovnijim političkim informacijama", kazao je Rogić dodajući kako je krajnje vrijeme za temeljito preispitivanje načina biranja članova biračkih odbora.

Predstavnici SIP-a priznaju kako im, uz konačnu objavu izbornih rezultata, poseban izazov predstavlja provedba odluke visokog predstavnika Christiana Schmidta o izmjenama izbornog zakona, odnosno o novom ustroju Doma naroda parlamenta Federacije BiH. Tom su odlukom klubovi konstitutivnih naroda povećani sa 17 na 23, no još nema precizne formule po kojoj bi se oni delegirali iz županijskih skupština.

Član SIP-a  Ahmed Šantić je kazao kako nedostaje objašnjenje koliko i kojih pripadnika nekog naroda se bira iz županija.

"Nije utvrđen broj, struktura i način na koji se biraju zastupnici", kazao je Šantić pojašnjavajući kako je sada sva ta zadaća na SIP-u, o čemu se članovi tog tijela tek trebaju konzultirati i odlučiti kako dalje.

Član SIP-a Željko Bakalar najavio je kako će se tražiti dodatna pojašnjenja OHR-a, a očekuje se kako će se do dogoditi do objave potvrđenih rezultata izbora.

Predsjednik SIP-a Arnautović je kazao kako osobno nije zadovoljan Schmidtovom odlukom niti trenutkom u kojemu je objavljena.

"To je za mene potpuno neprihvatljivo", kazao je Arnautović.

Prebrojavanje glasova na nedavnim izborima u BiH još uvijek traje, a najveći problem u tome je činjenica da ih broje pripadnici političkih stranaka te što nisu uvedena tehnička rješenja koja bi cijeli proces ubrzala, potvrdilo je u petak Središnje izborno povjerenstvo BiH (SIP).

Još nema cjelovitih rezultata parlamentarnih izbora, provedenih u nedjelju, iako je jasno da su na njima najveći broj glasova dobile tri velike nacionalne stranke, HDZ BiH, Stranka demokratske akcije (SDA) i Savez nezavisnih socialdemokrata (SNSD) Milorada Dodima koje su i do sada bile na vlasti. Jedina značajnija promjena dogodila se u Predsjedništvu BiH, gdje je za bošnjačkog člana, umjesto favoriziranog Bakira Izetbegovića, izabran SDP-ov Denis Bećirović.

Prema odredbama izbornog zakona BiH izborno povjerenstvo bi cjelovite rezultate trebao objaviti 20 dana nakon izbora, a konačne i potvrđene u roku od 30 dana.

Članovi SIP-a vjeruju kako će te rokove moći poštovati, ali upozoravaju kako je previše problema koji usporavaju proces prebrojavanja glasova.

Predsjednik SIP-a Suad Arnautović kazao je na konferenciji za medije kako SIP 24 sata nakon provedenog glasanja nije imao podatke o rezultatima s više od tisuću biračkih mjesta, što smatra nedopustivim, a krivnju pripisuje članovima biračkih odbora.

"Problem je to što su ih imenovali politički subjekti. Najvažnije im je bilo o rezultatima izvijestiti stranku koja ih je postavila", kazao je Arnautović.

S tim je suglasan i hrvatski član SIP-a Vlado Rogić, koji je kazao kako stranke za članove biračkih odbora predlažu ljude koji ne raspolažu ni osnovnim informacijama o političko-državnom ustroju BiH.

"Od političkih stranke dobivamo članove biračkih odbora koji nikada nisu shvatili da postoji parlament BiH i parlament Federacije BiH, a da ne govorimo o ostalim razinama vlasti. Mi bismo ih onda trebalo poučiti o najosnovnijim političkim informacijama", kazao je Rogić dodajući kako je krajnje vrijeme za temeljito preispitivanje načina biranja članova biračkih odbora.

Predstavnici SIP-a priznaju kako im, uz konačnu objavu izbornih rezultata, poseban izazov predstavlja provedba odluke visokog predstavnika Christiana Schmidta o izmjenama izbornog zakona, odnosno o novom ustroju Doma naroda parlamenta Federacije BiH. Tom su odlukom klubovi konstitutivnih naroda povećani sa 17 na 23, no još nema precizne formule po kojoj bi se oni delegirali iz županijskih skupština.

Član SIP-a  Ahmed Šantić je kazao kako nedostaje objašnjenje koliko i kojih pripadnika nekog naroda se bira iz županija.

"Nije utvrđen broj, struktura i način na koji se biraju zastupnici", kazao je Šantić pojašnjavajući kako je sada sva ta zadaća na SIP-u, o čemu se članovi tog tijela tek trebaju konzultirati i odlučiti kako dalje.

Član SIP-a Željko Bakalar najavio je kako će se tražiti dodatna pojašnjenja OHR-a, a očekuje se kako će se do dogoditi do objave potvrđenih rezultata izbora.

Predsjednik SIP-a Arnautović je kazao kako osobno nije zadovoljan Schmidtovom odlukom niti trenutkom u kojemu je objavljena.

"To je za mene potpuno neprihvatljivo", kazao je Arnautović.

Prebrojavanje glasova na nedavnim izborima u BiH još uvijek traje, a najveći problem u tome je činjenica da ih broje pripadnici političkih stranaka te što nisu uvedena tehnička rješenja koja bi cijeli proces ubrzala, potvrdilo je u petak Središnje izborno povjerenstvo BiH (SIP).

Još nema cjelovitih rezultata parlamentarnih izbora, provedenih u nedjelju, iako je jasno da su na njima najveći broj glasova dobile tri velike nacionalne stranke, HDZ BiH, Stranka demokratske akcije (SDA) i Savez nezavisnih socialdemokrata (SNSD) Milorada Dodima koje su i do sada bile na vlasti. Jedina značajnija promjena dogodila se u Predsjedništvu BiH, gdje je za bošnjačkog člana, umjesto favoriziranog Bakira Izetbegovića, izabran SDP-ov Denis Bećirović.
