Rezolucija kojom se priznaje i osuđuje genocid u Srebrenici, koju je crnogorska oporba na čelu s Bošnjačkom strankom uputila crnogorskom parlamentu na usvajanje, imat će većinu, nakon što su zastupnici vladajuće koalicije „Crno na bijelo“, Dritana Abazovića, u ponedjeljak priopćili da će je podržati.

Istu rezoluciju Bonjačka stranka pokušala je na dnevni red crnogorskog parlamenta uvrstiti krajem prošle godine, ali tada nije dobila većinu da se o njoj raspravlja.

Rezulucija najoštrije osuđuje genocid u Srebrenici, potvrđuje da je genocidu stradalo preko osam tisuća civila bošnjačke nacionalnosti, zabranjuje javno negiranje postojanja ili umanjenje genocida u Srebrenici, te se njome proglašava 11. srpanj Danom sjećanja na žrtve Srebrenice.

Četvoro zastupnika Abazovićeve koalicije „Crno na bijelo“ potvrdili su na konferenciji za novinare da će podržati rezoluciju o Srebrenici, čime će, s 40 zastupnika oporbe, imati dovoljnu većinu za njeno usvajanje.  

„To je obaveza za nas same. Naravno da ćemo glasati 'za' “, priopćila je Božena Jelušić, zastupnica koalicije „Crno na bijelo“.

Skupština Crne Gore 2009. godine također je usvojila Deklaraciju o Srebrenici, ali se u njoj ne spominje da se tamo dogodio genocid. Rezolucija o Srebrenici je pretposljednja točka proljetnog zasjedanja i očekuje se da poslanici o njoj počnu raspravu u srijedu.

Prethodno će vladajuća koalicija biti na svojevrsnom testu, jer će odlučivati o prijedlogu premijera Zdravka Krivokapića za smjenu ministra pravosuđa i ljudskih i manjinskih prava Vladimira Leposavića, zbog njegovog negiranja genocida u Srebrenici i osporavanja legitimiteta Suda za ratne zločine u Haagu.  

Krivokapićev prijedlog za smjenu Leposavića odbija podržati velika većina zastupnika vlasti. Tako je prosrpski Demokratski front ustvrdio da Leposavić „nije rekao ništa što nije stajalište svakog Srbina u Crnoj Gori“, te su kazali da bi zbog njegove eventualne smjene, moglo doći do pada crnogorske vlade. „Demokrati“ predsjednika Skupštine Alekse Bečića najavili su da će ostati sudržani, jer, kako su priopćili, neće smjenjivati ministra uz podršku oporbe.

Smjenu ministra Leposavića, od zastupnika vlasti, izvjesno je, podržat će jedino oni iz Abazovićeve koalicije „Crno na bijelo“.

S druge strane, oporbena Demokratska partija socijalista, Mila Đukanovića, odlučila je bojkotirati jedan dio proljetnog zasjedanja parlamenta, čime su, ocjena je analitičara, ostavili „vruć krompir“ u rukama vladajuće koalicije, ne želeći da oni kao oporba sudjeluju u smjeni ministra, čija je stajališta osudila kompletna međunarodna javnost i veći dio crnogorske.      

Predsjednik crnogorske vlade Zdravko Krivokapić kazao je u ponedjeljak u Sarajevu kako osobno žali zbog svih žrtava u Srebrenici i inzistira na tome da se one poštuju pa je stoga i zatražio razrješenje svog ministra pravosuđa, koji je doveo u pitanje genocid počinjen nad Bošnjacima 1995. godine.

"Moj odnos prema Srebrenici je jasan, ja sam zbog Srebrenice krenuo u proces razrješenja jednog ministra iako sam znao da to može biti pokušaj rušenja vlade", kazao je Krivokapić na konferenciji za novinare održanoj nakon njegova susreta s predsjedateljem Vijeća ministara BiH Zoranom Tegeltijom.

Rezolucija kojom se priznaje i osuđuje genocid u Srebrenici, koju je crnogorska oporba na čelu s Bošnjačkom strankom uputila crnogorskom parlamentu na usvajanje, imat će većinu, nakon što su zastupnici vladajuće koalicije „Crno na bijelo“, Dritana Abazovića, u ponedjeljak priopćili da će je podržati.

Istu rezoluciju Bonjačka stranka pokušala je na dnevni red crnogorskog parlamenta uvrstiti krajem prošle godine, ali tada nije dobila većinu da se o njoj raspravlja.

Rezulucija najoštrije osuđuje genocid u Srebrenici, potvrđuje da je genocidu stradalo preko osam tisuća civila bošnjačke nacionalnosti, zabranjuje javno negiranje postojanja ili umanjenje genocida u Srebrenici, te se njome proglašava 11. srpanj Danom sjećanja na žrtve Srebrenice.

Četvoro zastupnika Abazovićeve koalicije „Crno na bijelo“ potvrdili su na konferenciji za novinare da će podržati rezoluciju o Srebrenici, čime će, s 40 zastupnika oporbe, imati dovoljnu većinu za njeno usvajanje.  

„To je obaveza za nas same. Naravno da ćemo glasati 'za' “, priopćila je Božena Jelušić, zastupnica koalicije „Crno na bijelo“.

Skupština Crne Gore 2009. godine također je usvojila Deklaraciju o Srebrenici, ali se u njoj ne spominje da se tamo dogodio genocid. Rezolucija o Srebrenici je pretposljednja točka proljetnog zasjedanja i očekuje se da poslanici o njoj počnu raspravu u srijedu.

Prethodno će vladajuća koalicija biti na svojevrsnom testu, jer će odlučivati o prijedlogu premijera Zdravka Krivokapića za smjenu ministra pravosuđa i ljudskih i manjinskih prava Vladimira Leposavića, zbog njegovog negiranja genocida u Srebrenici i osporavanja legitimiteta Suda za ratne zločine u Haagu.  

Krivokapićev prijedlog za smjenu Leposavića odbija podržati velika većina zastupnika vlasti. Tako je prosrpski Demokratski front ustvrdio da Leposavić „nije rekao ništa što nije stajalište svakog Srbina u Crnoj Gori“, te su kazali da bi zbog njegove eventualne smjene, moglo doći do pada crnogorske vlade. „Demokrati“ predsjednika Skupštine Alekse Bečića najavili su da će ostati sudržani, jer, kako su priopćili, neće smjenjivati ministra uz podršku oporbe.

Smjenu ministra Leposavića, od zastupnika vlasti, izvjesno je, podržat će jedino oni iz Abazovićeve koalicije „Crno na bijelo“.

S druge strane, oporbena Demokratska partija socijalista, Mila Đukanovića, odlučila je bojkotirati jedan dio proljetnog zasjedanja parlamenta, čime su, ocjena je analitičara, ostavili „vruć krompir“ u rukama vladajuće koalicije, ne želeći da oni kao oporba sudjeluju u smjeni ministra, čija je stajališta osudila kompletna međunarodna javnost i veći dio crnogorske.      

Predsjednik crnogorske vlade Zdravko Krivokapić kazao je u ponedjeljak u Sarajevu kako osobno žali zbog svih žrtava u Srebrenici i inzistira na tome da se one poštuju pa je stoga i zatražio razrješenje svog ministra pravosuđa, koji je doveo u pitanje genocid počinjen nad Bošnjacima 1995. godine.

"Moj odnos prema Srebrenici je jasan, ja sam zbog Srebrenice krenuo u proces razrješenja jednog ministra iako sam znao da to može biti pokušaj rušenja vlade", kazao je Krivokapić na konferenciji za novinare održanoj nakon njegova susreta s predsjedateljem Vijeća ministara BiH Zoranom Tegeltijom.

Crnogorski parlament izglasat će rezoluciju kojom se priznaje i osuđuje genocid u Srebrenici, podržat će ga i vladajući

Rezolucija kojom se priznaje i osuđuje genocid u Srebrenici, koju je crnogorska oporba na čelu s Bošnjačkom strankom uputila crnogorskom parlamentu na usvajanje, imat će većinu, nakon što su zastupnici vladajuće koalicije „Crno na bijelo“, Dritana Abazovića, u ponedjeljak priopćili da će je podržati.

Istu rezoluciju Bonjačka stranka pokušala je na dnevni red crnogorskog parlamenta uvrstiti krajem prošle godine, ali tada nije dobila većinu da se o njoj raspravlja.

Rezulucija najoštrije osuđuje genocid u Srebrenici, potvrđuje da je genocidu stradalo preko osam tisuća civila bošnjačke nacionalnosti, zabranjuje javno negiranje postojanja ili umanjenje genocida u Srebrenici, te se njome proglašava 11. srpanj Danom sjećanja na žrtve Srebrenice.
