Bivši pripadnik policije bosanskih Srba Ivan Đurić uhićen je u srijedu po nalogu Tužiteljstva BiH pod sumnjom da je počinio ratne zločine nad žrtvama hrvatske i bošnjačke nacionalnosti na području Brčkog.

Tužiteljstvo BiH priopćilo je kako je Đurić (49) osumnjičen da je zajedno s drugim osobama koje su ranije procesuirane pred Međunarodnim kaznenim sudom za bivšu Jugoslaviju (ICTY) sudjelovao u počinjenju ratnih zločina na području Brčkog.

Izravno je osumnjičen za ubojstvo najmanje dva civila bošnjačke nacionalnosti te jednog hrvatske.

Istragom je također utvrđeno kako je Đurić kao pripadnik tzv. interventnog voda srpske policije zajedno s Goranom Jelisićem zvanim "Adolf", kojega je ICTY 2001. godine pravomoćno osudio na 40 godina zatvora, sudjelovao u zlostavljanju civila zatočenih u logoru "Luka" u Brčkom 1992.

Đurić je zatočene civile hrvatske, bošnjačke i albanske nacionalnosti tukao palicama, ozljeđivao hladnim oružjem te ih je pljačkao i ponižavao.

Bivši pripadnik policije bosanskih Srba Ivan Đurić uhićen je u srijedu po nalogu Tužiteljstva BiH pod sumnjom da je počinio ratne zločine nad žrtvama hrvatske i bošnjačke nacionalnosti na području Brčkog.

Tužiteljstvo BiH priopćilo je kako je Đurić (49) osumnjičen da je zajedno s drugim osobama koje su ranije procesuirane pred Međunarodnim kaznenim sudom za bivšu Jugoslaviju (ICTY) sudjelovao u počinjenju ratnih zločina na području Brčkog.

Izravno je osumnjičen za ubojstvo najmanje dva civila bošnjačke nacionalnosti te jednog hrvatske.

Istragom je također utvrđeno kako je Đurić kao pripadnik tzv. interventnog voda srpske policije zajedno s Goranom Jelisićem zvanim "Adolf", kojega je ICTY 2001. godine pravomoćno osudio na 40 godina zatvora, sudjelovao u zlostavljanju civila zatočenih u logoru "Luka" u Brčkom 1992.

Đurić je zatočene civile hrvatske, bošnjačke i albanske nacionalnosti tukao palicama, ozljeđivao hladnim oružjem te ih je pljačkao i ponižavao.

Bivši pripadnik policije bosanskih Srba uhićen zbog sumnje na ubojstvo najmanje dva civila bošnjačke nacionalnosti te jednog hrvatske

Bivši pripadnik policije bosanskih Srba Ivan Đurić uhićen je u srijedu po nalogu Tužiteljstva BiH pod sumnjom da je počinio ratne zločine nad žrtvama hrvatske i bošnjačke nacionalnosti na području Brčkog.

Tužiteljstvo BiH priopćilo je kako je Đurić (49) osumnjičen da je zajedno s drugim osobama koje su ranije procesuirane pred Međunarodnim kaznenim sudom za bivšu Jugoslaviju (ICTY) sudjelovao u počinjenju ratnih zločina na području Brčkog.

Izravno je osumnjičen za ubojstvo najmanje dva civila bošnjačke nacionalnosti te jednog hrvatske.

Istragom je također utvrđeno kako je Đurić kao pripadnik tzv. interventnog voda srpske policije zajedno s Goranom Jelisićem zvanim "Adolf", kojega je ICTY 2001. godine pravomoćno osudio na 40 godina zatvora, sudjelovao u...
