U Federaciji BiH od srijede stupa na snagu mjera ograničavanja kretanja u noćnim satima te zabrana okupljanja više od 30 osoba kako bi se pokušalo spriječiti širenje zaraze koronavirusom, potvrdio je u utorak krizni stožer entitetskog Ministarstva zdravstva.

Pomoćnik ministra Goran Čerkez kazao je na konferenciji za novinstvo u Sarajevu kako se za ovom mjerom moralo posegnuti jer stanje postaje sve ozbiljnije, a do sada propisane mjere ograničenja se ne poštuju, dok lokalne vlasti, uključujući policiju, ne poduzimaju ništa da bi to sankcionirale.

"Situacija je vrlo ozbiljna, a nitko ništa ne radi", kazao je Čerkez dodajući kako su županije unutar tog entiteta "apsolutno pasivne" te kako županijske vlasti očekuju da sav posao za njih radi Federacija BiH.

Kazao je kako jedino u Sarajevskoj i Hercegovačko-neretvanskoj županiji rade svoj posao i nabavljaju potrebnu opremu za medicinske ustanove, a ostalih osam županija naprosto čeka da im to osigura entitetska razina vlasti iako po zakonu imaju punu samostalnost na tom planu.

U Federaciji BiH trenutačno je aktivno više od 17 tisuća slučajeva zaraze. Čerkez je pojasnio kako je jedini izlaz prekinuti lanac infekcije, što nije moguće dok se održavaju koncerti s po tisuću posjetitelja, noćni klubovi su puni, a političke stranke nastavljaju s kampanjom uoči lokalnih izbora 15. studenoga, uključujući tu predizborne skupove, kao da se ništa ne zbiva. U protekla dva tjedna zabilježeni su brojni predizborni skupovi sa stotinama sudionika, a policija i inspekcije niti u jednom takvom slučaju nisu intervenirale zbog kršenja mjera ograničenja.

"Mi sami nećemo uvesti lockdown. Tu priču treba ostaviti po strani jer kao zdravstvo nikada ne možemo posegnuti za tom mjerom bez dogovora s vladom", kazao je Čerkez.

Mjera ograničavanja kretanja odnosi se na razdoblje od 23 do 5 sati ujutro, no Čerkez ističe kako to nije policijski sat. Njegovo je pojašnjenje kako se u tom razdoblju mogu kretati svi oni koji to moraju radi posla, dok će ostali morati ostati u kućama.

Uputio je poziv svima da se u idućih dvadeset dana discipliniraju i da kretanje svedu na minimum, a taj apel posebice je upućen osobama starije životne dobi.

U Republici Srpskoj za sada nema ograničenja kretanja, a entiteti u BiH imaju potpunu autonomiju pri donošenju restriktivnih mjera. Državna razina ima samo ovlasti utvrđivati režim graničnog prijelaza, u kojemu za sada nema promjena, što znači da osobe s hrvatskim državljanstvom u susjednu zemlju mogu ulaziti bez ikakvih ograničenja.

U Federaciji BiH od srijede stupa na snagu mjera ograničavanja kretanja u noćnim satima te zabrana okupljanja više od 30 osoba kako bi se pokušalo spriječiti širenje zaraze koronavirusom, potvrdio je u utorak krizni stožer entitetskog Ministarstva zdravstva.

Pomoćnik ministra Goran Čerkez kazao je na konferenciji za novinstvo u Sarajevu kako se za ovom mjerom moralo posegnuti jer stanje postaje sve ozbiljnije, a do sada propisane mjere ograničenja se ne poštuju, dok lokalne vlasti, uključujući policiju, ne poduzimaju ništa da bi to sankcionirale.

"Situacija je vrlo ozbiljna, a nitko ništa ne radi", kazao je Čerkez dodajući kako su županije unutar tog entiteta "apsolutno pasivne" te kako županijske vlasti očekuju da sav posao za njih radi Federacija BiH.

Kazao je kako jedino u Sarajevskoj i Hercegovačko-neretvanskoj županiji rade svoj posao i nabavljaju potrebnu opremu za medicinske ustanove, a ostalih osam županija naprosto čeka da im to osigura entitetska razina vlasti iako po zakonu imaju punu samostalnost na tom planu.

U Federaciji BiH trenutačno je aktivno više od 17 tisuća slučajeva zaraze. Čerkez je pojasnio kako je jedini izlaz prekinuti lanac infekcije, što nije moguće dok se održavaju koncerti s po tisuću posjetitelja, noćni klubovi su puni, a političke stranke nastavljaju s kampanjom uoči lokalnih izbora 15. studenoga, uključujući tu predizborne skupove, kao da se ništa ne zbiva. U protekla dva tjedna zabilježeni su brojni predizborni skupovi sa stotinama sudionika, a policija i inspekcije niti u jednom takvom slučaju nisu intervenirale zbog kršenja mjera ograničenja.

"Mi sami nećemo uvesti lockdown. Tu priču treba ostaviti po strani jer kao zdravstvo nikada ne možemo posegnuti za tom mjerom bez dogovora s vladom", kazao je Čerkez.

Mjera ograničavanja kretanja odnosi se na razdoblje od 23 do 5 sati ujutro, no Čerkez ističe kako to nije policijski sat. Njegovo je pojašnjenje kako se u tom razdoblju mogu kretati svi oni koji to moraju radi posla, dok će ostali morati ostati u kućama.

Uputio je poziv svima da se u idućih dvadeset dana discipliniraju i da kretanje svedu na minimum, a taj apel posebice je upućen osobama starije životne dobi.

U Republici Srpskoj za sada nema ograničenja kretanja, a entiteti u BiH imaju potpunu autonomiju pri donošenju restriktivnih mjera. Državna razina ima samo ovlasti utvrđivati režim graničnog prijelaza, u kojemu za sada nema promjena, što znači da osobe s hrvatskim državljanstvom u susjednu zemlju mogu ulaziti bez ikakvih ograničenja.

U Federaciji BiH od srijede stupa na snagu mjera ograničavanja kretanja u noćnim satima te zabrana okupljanja više od 30 osoba kako bi se pokušalo spriječiti širenje zaraze koronavirusom, potvrdio je u utorak krizni stožer entitetskog Ministarstva zdravstva.

Pomoćnik ministra Goran Čerkez kazao je na konferenciji za novinstvo u Sarajevu kako se za ovom mjerom moralo posegnuti jer stanje postaje sve ozbiljnije, a do sada propisane mjere ograničenja se ne poštuju, dok lokalne vlasti, uključujući policiju, ne poduzimaju ništa da bi to sankcionirale.

"Situacija je vrlo ozbiljna, a nitko ništa ne radi", kazao je Čerkez dodajući kako su županije unutar tog entiteta "apsolutno pasivne" te kako županijske vlasti očekuju da sav posao za njih radi Federacija BiH.
