Trend je uvijek isti. Koliko god ga napadali, koje god afere imali, koje god promašaje napravili, rejting vladajućeg HDZ je stabilan.

Prema IPSOS Pulsu, kreće se oko 30 posto. Prema Promociji Plus, koja je ovih dana objavila svoj najnoviji Crodemoskop za veljaču, oko 26 posto. Fijasko u obnovi Banovine, muljanja u Državnim nekretninama, skandal s Banožićevim stanom, uhićenje Gabrijele Žalac… HDZ, bez obzira na sve, izgleda nedodirljiv.

No posljednje vrijeme cijenu za HDZ-ove afere počeo je plaćati – Andrej Plenković. Dok je HDZ stabilan, predsjednik te stranke pada u pozitivnom dojmu među biračima. Prema podacima Promocije Plus, samo 11,5 posto ispitanika Plenkovića smatra naj-pozitivcem. Što je njegov najlošiji rezultat na ovoj ljestvici u zadnjih godinu dana.

Najlošiji rejting

Za usporedbu, u siječnju je udio onih koji premijera doživljavaju pozitivcem bio 14,7 posto. Pored toga, premijera u veljači negativno ocjenjuje više od 31 posto građana. Što je ponovno njegov najlošiji rejting u zadnjih godinu dana.

Kada je došao na čelo HDZ-a, Plenković je vukao HDZ prema gore. I osigurao im pobjedu na dvjema parlamentarnim izborima. Sada, nakon više od pet godina vlasti, dojam je da danas HDZ njega drži iznad površine.

– HDZ unatoč svim problemima ne ide dolje iz dva razloga. Prvo, nemaju konkurenciju. Birači nemaju kome otići. Domovinski pokret je razbijen. Most kao protestna desna stranka ima svoje limite jer u svojoj komunikaciji vrijeđa birače koji su glasali za HDZ, pa im ovi zbog toga i ne prelaze. A ne postoje ni snažne stranke na centru koje bi potencijalno mogle uzeti dio HDZ-ove publike.

Drugi je razlog što je HDZ, usprkos aferama i zasićenju njihovom vladavinom, i dalje percepcijski najveća garancija stabilnosti u nestabilnom okruženju i okolnostima. Građani možda Nikoli Grmoji, Miru Bulju i Marinu Miletiću i vjeruju da bi taj posao radili poštenije, ali ne i da taj posao uopće znaju, mogu, i na kraju žele obavljati – ističe poznati splitski stručnjak za politički marketing Jerko Trogrlić.

Što se pak tiče Plenkovića, kada je ušao u politiku bio je novo lice, neopterećno aferama, i – kao potpuni kontrast Tomislavu Karamarku – HDZ-u je donio dodatnu vrijednost.

Sigurna situacija

– Na prvim izborima pobijedio je upravo zbog ovih elemenata. Na drugima je nastupio kao državnik koji je izvojevao pobjedu u tri krize: onu s "Agrokorom", s potresom i s pandemijom. No vremenom ta pozlata opada, a ni on ne pomaže svojim nervoznim istupima – ocjenjuje Trogrlić. Plenković, prema njegovoj ocjeni, i dalje zahvaća šire od HDZ-a i ima, bar za sada, relativno sigurnu situaciju.

– U parlamentarnom sportu ne treba mu 51 posto, 30 posto potpore HDZ-u sasvim mu je dovoljno. Do sada se uz njega nisu vezale nikakve optužbe za korupciju ni nečasne radnje.

Sada oporba i predsjednik Zoran Milanović upravo to pokušavaju poljuljati. Zato i napadaju one koji su najbliži njemu, poput Zvonimira Frke Petešića, koji čak nije ni član HDZ-a niti ga je itko doživljavao kao kleptomana. Udar na njega je udar na premijera – pojašnjava ovaj stručnjak.

I pritom ističe jednu zanimljivu tezu.

– Mi smo nacija koja je otupila na afere. Zato rejting HDZ-a i jest stabilan. Birači su navikli da HDZ ima afere, pa ih zbog njih i ne kažnjava. No postoji jedna druga stvar zbog koje Plenković može pasti, a to je obnova Banovine. Ljudi vide jesu li kuće obnovljene ili nisu. To je nešto što svi razumiju. Jesu li se ljudi vratili u obnovljene domove ili su i dalje u kontejnerima. Na tome će pasti ili pobijediti Plenkovićeva Vlada – zaključuje Trogrlić.

Trend je uvijek isti. Koliko god ga napadali, koje god afere imali, koje god promašaje napravili, rejting vladajućeg HDZ je stabilan.

Prema IPSOS Pulsu, kreće se oko 30 posto. Prema Promociji Plus, koja je ovih dana objavila svoj najnoviji Crodemoskop za veljaču, oko 26 posto. Fijasko u obnovi Banovine, muljanja u Državnim nekretninama, skandal s Banožićevim stanom, uhićenje Gabrijele Žalac… HDZ, bez obzira na sve, izgleda nedodirljiv.

No posljednje vrijeme cijenu za HDZ-ove afere počeo je plaćati – Andrej Plenković. Dok je HDZ stabilan, predsjednik te stranke pada u pozitivnom dojmu među biračima. Prema podacima Promocije Plus, samo 11,5 posto ispitanika Plenkovića smatra naj-pozitivcem. Što je njegov najlošiji rezultat na ovoj ljestvici u zadnjih godinu dana.

Najlošiji rejting

Za usporedbu, u siječnju je udio onih koji premijera doživljavaju pozitivcem bio 14,7 posto. Pored toga, premijera u veljači negativno ocjenjuje više od 31 posto građana. Što je ponovno njegov najlošiji rejting u zadnjih godinu dana.

Kada je došao na čelo HDZ-a, Plenković je vukao HDZ prema gore. I osigurao im pobjedu na dvjema parlamentarnim izborima. Sada, nakon više od pet godina vlasti, dojam je da danas HDZ njega drži iznad površine.

– HDZ unatoč svim problemima ne ide dolje iz dva razloga. Prvo, nemaju konkurenciju. Birači nemaju kome otići. Domovinski pokret je razbijen. Most kao protestna desna stranka ima svoje limite jer u svojoj komunikaciji vrijeđa birače koji su glasali za HDZ, pa im ovi zbog toga i ne prelaze. A ne postoje ni snažne stranke na centru koje bi potencijalno mogle uzeti dio HDZ-ove publike.

Drugi je razlog što je HDZ, usprkos aferama i zasićenju njihovom vladavinom, i dalje percepcijski najveća garancija stabilnosti u nestabilnom okruženju i okolnostima. Građani možda Nikoli Grmoji, Miru Bulju i Marinu Miletiću i vjeruju da bi taj posao radili poštenije, ali ne i da taj posao uopće znaju, mogu, i na kraju žele obavljati – ističe poznati splitski stručnjak za politički marketing Jerko Trogrlić.

Što se pak tiče Plenkovića, kada je ušao u politiku bio je novo lice, neopterećno aferama, i – kao potpuni kontrast Tomislavu Karamarku – HDZ-u je donio dodatnu vrijednost.

Sigurna situacija

– Na prvim izborima pobijedio je upravo zbog ovih elemenata. Na drugima je nastupio kao državnik koji je izvojevao pobjedu u tri krize: onu s "Agrokorom", s potresom i s pandemijom. No vremenom ta pozlata opada, a ni on ne pomaže svojim nervoznim istupima – ocjenjuje Trogrlić. Plenković, prema njegovoj ocjeni, i dalje zahvaća šire od HDZ-a i ima, bar za sada, relativno sigurnu situaciju.

– U parlamentarnom sportu ne treba mu 51 posto, 30 posto potpore HDZ-u sasvim mu je dovoljno. Do sada se uz njega nisu vezale nikakve optužbe za korupciju ni nečasne radnje.

Sada oporba i predsjednik Zoran Milanović upravo to pokušavaju poljuljati. Zato i napadaju one koji su najbliži njemu, poput Zvonimira Frke Petešića, koji čak nije ni član HDZ-a niti ga je itko doživljavao kao kleptomana. Udar na njega je udar na premijera – pojašnjava ovaj stručnjak.

I pritom ističe jednu zanimljivu tezu.

– Mi smo nacija koja je otupila na afere. Zato rejting HDZ-a i jest stabilan. Birači su navikli da HDZ ima afere, pa ih zbog njih i ne kažnjava. No postoji jedna druga stvar zbog koje Plenković može pasti, a to je obnova Banovine. Ljudi vide jesu li kuće obnovljene ili nisu. To je nešto što svi razumiju. Jesu li se ljudi vratili u obnovljene domove ili su i dalje u kontejnerima. Na tome će pasti ili pobijediti Plenkovićeva Vlada – zaključuje Trogrlić.
