Predstojnica Zavoda za molekularnu biologiju Instituta Ruđer Bošković u Zagrebu i članica Vladina Znanstvenog savjeta Andreja Ambriović Ristov izjavila je za HTV kako je dolazak cjepiva u Hrvatsku 'početak kraja nenormalnog stanja u kojem živimo već deset mjeseci'.
U Hrvatski zavod za javno zdravstvo (HZJZ) jutros je stiglo prvih 9750 doza cjepiva protiv koronavirusa tvrtke Pfizer-BioNTech, a cijepljenje počinje u nedjelju, 27. prosinca.
Ambriović Ristov je istaknula da kraj nenormalnog stanja neće biti tako brz, već će ljudi morati još malo pričekati, jer dinamika cijepljenja će odrediti koliko brzo će doći do kolektivnog imuniteta.
Pretpostavlja se da bi taj imunitet mogao biti 70 posto, ali postoji mogućnost da će se morati procijepiti i veći broj populacije, dodala je.
Predstojnica Zavoda za molekularnu biologiju Instituta Ruđer Bošković također je poručila kako se ljudi još uvijek ne mogu opustiti i trebaju poštovati mjere koje su na snazi.
"Ne možemo popustiti ove mjere. Mjere su dobre, Vlada je dobro odlučila, jer prije dva tjedna kada su mjere uvedene, počeo je padati broj novooboljelih. Nažalost vidimo mali pad kod onih koji su primljeni u bolnice, međutim, pad umrlih se još uvijek, nažalost, ne vidi", naglasila je Ambriović Ristov.
Dodala je kako ćemo morati živjeti s mjerama sve dok se većina stanovništva ne procijepi i dok se ne vidi da je virus počeo manje cirkulirati u populaciji. Rekla je i da ćemo teško skinuti maske na jesen, ali će se ipak vidjeti kraj koji se nazire.
Poručila je da je cjepivo sigurno, te se cijepljenjem ništa neće promijeniti u našem genomu. "Mi ćemo ostati i dalje takvi kakvi jesmo, cjepivo je potpuno sigurno", rekla je Ambriović Ristov.
istaknula je da oprezni trebaju biti samo oni koji imaju povijest težih alergijskih reakcija.
"Protokol cijepljenja je takav da svaki pacijent treba pričekati 30 minuta nakon što se cijepi. To je uobičajeni protokol za sva cjepiva i za mnoge lijekove koji se primaju intravenozno", pojasnila je. Ako se i dogodi reakcija, dodala je, postoji način na koji se čovjeku može pomoći.
Podsjetila je i kako ne postoji kontraindikacije za osobe koje su alergične, primjerice, na penicilin, jaja te orašaste plodove.
"Eventualno postoji kontraindikacija za osobe koje uvijek reagiraju na bilo što strano težom alergijskom reakcijom. Međutim, to je vrlo, vrlo rijetko", rekla je Ambriović Ristov.

Predstojnica Zavoda za molekularnu biologiju Instituta Ruđer Bošković u Zagrebu i članica Vladina Znanstvenog savjeta Andreja Ambriović Ristov izjavila je za HTV kako je dolazak cjepiva u Hrvatsku 'početak kraja nenormalnog stanja u kojem živimo već deset mjeseci'.
U Hrvatski zavod za javno zdravstvo (HZJZ) jutros je stiglo prvih 9750 doza cjepiva protiv koronavirusa tvrtke Pfizer-BioNTech, a cijepljenje počinje u nedjelju, 27. prosinca.
Ambriović Ristov je istaknula da kraj nenormalnog stanja neće biti tako brz, već će ljudi morati još malo pričekati, jer dinamika cijepljenja će odrediti koliko brzo će doći do kolektivnog imuniteta.
Pretpostavlja se da bi taj imunitet mogao biti 70 posto, ali postoji mogućnost da će se morati procijepiti i veći broj populacije, dodala je.
Predstojnica Zavoda za molekularnu biologiju Instituta Ruđer Bošković također je poručila kako se ljudi još uvijek ne mogu opustiti i trebaju poštovati mjere koje su na snazi.
"Ne možemo popustiti ove mjere. Mjere su dobre, Vlada je dobro odlučila, jer prije dva tjedna kada su mjere uvedene, počeo je padati broj novooboljelih. Nažalost vidimo mali pad kod onih koji su primljeni u bolnice, međutim, pad umrlih se još uvijek, nažalost, ne vidi", naglasila je Ambriović Ristov.
Dodala je kako ćemo morati živjeti s mjerama sve dok se većina stanovništva ne procijepi i dok se ne vidi da je virus počeo manje cirkulirati u populaciji. Rekla je i da ćemo teško skinuti maske na jesen, ali će se ipak vidjeti kraj koji se nazire.
Poručila je da je cjepivo sigurno, te se cijepljenjem ništa neće promijeniti u našem genomu. "Mi ćemo ostati i dalje takvi kakvi jesmo, cjepivo je potpuno sigurno", rekla je Ambriović Ristov.
istaknula je da oprezni trebaju biti samo oni koji imaju povijest težih alergijskih reakcija.
"Protokol cijepljenja je takav da svaki pacijent treba pričekati 30 minuta nakon što se cijepi. To je uobičajeni protokol za sva cjepiva i za mnoge lijekove koji se primaju intravenozno", pojasnila je. Ako se i dogodi reakcija, dodala je, postoji način na koji se čovjeku može pomoći.
Podsjetila je i kako ne postoji kontraindikacije za osobe koje su alergične, primjerice, na penicilin, jaja te orašaste plodove.
