Virusni imunolog Luka Čičin Šain rekao je u emisiji Hrvatskog radija "U mreži Prvog" kako znanstvenici još uvijek proučavaju cjepivo AstraZenece, ali da nuspojave od tog cjepiva su u vrlo rijetke. 

- Te nuspojave se ne događaju slučajno, već se događaju jer su ljudi primili cjepivo. Dolazi do problema zbog imuno odgovora. Protutijela prepoznaju naše trombocite, stanice koje stvaraju ugruške, na koje se vezao heparin. Radi se o problemu koji se u klinici događa rijetko, ali ljudima koji su cijepljeni AstraZenecom događa se nešto češće. Posebice kod mlađih žena, kazao je.

Čičin Šain je naglasio da su zbog toga u Njemačkoj donijeli odluku da će AstraZenecu preporučiti osobama starijim od 60 godina. Dodao je da EMA zastupa i dalje stajalište da se ljudi cijepe AstraZenecom, ali ljude ta različita stajališta zbunjuju. 

Jelena Krajačić Bucić iz HALMED-a istaknula je da EMA podupire primjenu cjepiva AstraZenece, ali da svaka država može donijeti svoje nacionalne smjernice za primjenu tog cjepiva, a sve ovisi o epidemiološkoj situaciji.

Kazala je da još uvijek nije moguće sa sigurnošću potvrditi na koji način se mehanizam odvija, odnosno još se ne mogu dati specifične preporuke za uzimanje cjepiva AstraZenece. No EMA će i dalje pratiti reakcije ljudi na to cjepivo.

Krajačić Bucić dodala je da su na cjepiva protiv Covida prijavljena 2300 slučaja sumnje na nuspojave, od toga je 1200 prijava bilo na cjepivo Pfizer, 900 na cjepivo AstraZenece, te oko 150 na cjepivo Moderne.

- Taj broj zaprimljenih prijava prati broj primljenih doza pojedinog cjepiva, rekla je.

Naglasila je da najveći dio nuspojava nisu opasne.  No, rekla je ako se primijete bilo kakvi simptomi da se odmah potraži liječnička pomoć. 

Voditeljica ureda Svjetske zdravstvene organizacije u Hrvatskoj Iva Pejnović Franelić kazala je da se sastao savjetodavni odbor za sigurnost cjepiva Svjetske zdravstvene organizacije i na temelju trenutnih podataka zaključili su da nuspojave s krvnim ugrušcima odnosno trombocitima smatraju se vjerojatnim, ali nisu potvrđene.

- Potrebne su specijalizirane studije kako bi se utvrdilo potencijalni odnos između cijepljenja i mogućih čimbenika rizika, poručila je.

Naglasila je da će taj odbor nastaviti prikupljati i davati daljnje podatke, ali on to čini cijelo vrijeme od pojave pandemije. Dodala je da je potrebno više podataka iz Europe, te da podaci svakodnevno pristižu. 

Čičin Šain je istaknuo kako su u Velikoj Britaniji, koja je najviše cijepila ljude s cjepivom AstraZenece nuspojave s trombocitima vrlo rijetke. Dodao je kako je i to jedno od pitanja koje zbunjuje znanstvenike.

- Kako je to moguće da u Velikoj Britaniji cjepivo djeluje drugačije nego u kontinentalnoj Europi, gdje vidimo nekakav sitan signal. U Velikoj Britaniji je to na razini jednog šuma, rekao je.

Krajačić Bucić naglasila je da sva cjepiva imaju iste upute, te kontraindikacije. Pejnović Franelić rekla je da je normalno da zemlje identificiraju neželjene događaje nakon cijepljenja, no to ne znači da su ti događaji nužno povezani sa samim cijepljenjem.

- No, isto tako moraju se nastaviti daljnja istraživanja. Svjetska zdravstvena organizacija i dalje poziva zemlje da prate lokalnu epidemiološku situaciju, poručila je.

Virusni imunolog Luka Čičin Šain rekao je u emisiji Hrvatskog radija "U mreži Prvog" kako znanstvenici još uvijek proučavaju cjepivo AstraZenece, ali da nuspojave od tog cjepiva su u vrlo rijetke. 

- Te nuspojave se ne događaju slučajno, već se događaju jer su ljudi primili cjepivo. Dolazi do problema zbog imuno odgovora. Protutijela prepoznaju naše trombocite, stanice koje stvaraju ugruške, na koje se vezao heparin. Radi se o problemu koji se u klinici događa rijetko, ali ljudima koji su cijepljeni AstraZenecom događa se nešto češće. Posebice kod mlađih žena, kazao je.

Čičin Šain je naglasio da su zbog toga u Njemačkoj donijeli odluku da će AstraZenecu preporučiti osobama starijim od 60 godina. Dodao je da EMA zastupa i dalje stajalište da se ljudi cijepe AstraZenecom, ali ljude ta različita stajališta zbunjuju. 

Jelena Krajačić Bucić iz HALMED-a istaknula je da EMA podupire primjenu cjepiva AstraZenece, ali da svaka država može donijeti svoje nacionalne smjernice za primjenu tog cjepiva, a sve ovisi o epidemiološkoj situaciji.

Kazala je da još uvijek nije moguće sa sigurnošću potvrditi na koji način se mehanizam odvija, odnosno još se ne mogu dati specifične preporuke za uzimanje cjepiva AstraZenece. No EMA će i dalje pratiti reakcije ljudi na to cjepivo.

Krajačić Bucić dodala je da su na cjepiva protiv Covida prijavljena 2300 slučaja sumnje na nuspojave, od toga je 1200 prijava bilo na cjepivo Pfizer, 900 na cjepivo AstraZenece, te oko 150 na cjepivo Moderne.

- Taj broj zaprimljenih prijava prati broj primljenih doza pojedinog cjepiva, rekla je.

Naglasila je da najveći dio nuspojava nisu opasne.  No, rekla je ako se primijete bilo kakvi simptomi da se odmah potraži liječnička pomoć. 

Voditeljica ureda Svjetske zdravstvene organizacije u Hrvatskoj Iva Pejnović Franelić kazala je da se sastao savjetodavni odbor za sigurnost cjepiva Svjetske zdravstvene organizacije i na temelju trenutnih podataka zaključili su da nuspojave s krvnim ugrušcima odnosno trombocitima smatraju se vjerojatnim, ali nisu potvrđene.

- Potrebne su specijalizirane studije kako bi se utvrdilo potencijalni odnos između cijepljenja i mogućih čimbenika rizika, poručila je.

Naglasila je da će taj odbor nastaviti prikupljati i davati daljnje podatke, ali on to čini cijelo vrijeme od pojave pandemije. Dodala je da je potrebno više podataka iz Europe, te da podaci svakodnevno pristižu. 

Čičin Šain je istaknuo kako su u Velikoj Britaniji, koja je najviše cijepila ljude s cjepivom AstraZenece nuspojave s trombocitima vrlo rijetke. Dodao je kako je i to jedno od pitanja koje zbunjuje znanstvenike.

- Kako je to moguće da u Velikoj Britaniji cjepivo djeluje drugačije nego u kontinentalnoj Europi, gdje vidimo nekakav sitan signal. U Velikoj Britaniji je to na razini jednog šuma, rekao je.

Krajačić Bucić naglasila je da sva cjepiva imaju iste upute, te kontraindikacije. Pejnović Franelić rekla je da je normalno da zemlje identificiraju neželjene događaje nakon cijepljenja, no to ne znači da su ti događaji nužno povezani sa samim cijepljenjem.

- No, isto tako moraju se nastaviti daljnja istraživanja. Svjetska zdravstvena organizacija i dalje poziva zemlje da prate lokalnu epidemiološku situaciju, poručila je.

Virusni imunolog Luka Čičin Šain rekao je u emisiji Hrvatskog radija "U mreži Prvog" kako znanstvenici još uvijek proučavaju cjepivo AstraZenece, ali da nuspojave od tog cjepiva su u vrlo rijetke. 

- Te nuspojave se ne događaju slučajno, već se događaju jer su ljudi primili cjepivo. Dolazi do problema zbog imuno odgovora. Protutijela prepoznaju naše trombocite, stanice koje stvaraju ugruške, na koje se vezao heparin. Radi se o problemu koji se u klinici događa rijetko, ali ljudima koji su cijepljeni AstraZenecom događa se nešto češće. Posebice kod mlađih žena, kazao je.

Čičin Šain je naglasio da su zbog toga u Njemačkoj donijeli odluku da će AstraZenecu preporučiti osobama starijim od 60 godina. Dodao je da EMA zastupa i dalje stajalište da se ljudi cijepe...
