Predsjednik Matice hrvatskih sindikata Vilim Ribić, kao član Nacionalnog vijeća za uvođenje eura, usprotivio se najavljenom uvođenju eura i ulasku Hrvatske u eurozonu, jer smatra kako ne samo da Hrvatska nije spremna za eurozonu, već ni eurozona nije spremna za nju!
Budući da nikada nije obavljena "poštena rasprava" u javnim medijima sa zastupnicima drugačijeg mišljenja o temi uvođenja eura, nužno je upozoriti na moguće katastrofalne posljedice ishitrenog i nepromišljenog srljanja Vlade HDZ-a u eurozonu, ističe Ribić u priopćenju.
Ulaskom u eurozonu nije moguć bezbolni izlazak iz nje za slučaj da naknadnom pameću ustanovimo kako je to bila pogrešna odluka (primjer Grčke). Zbog toga treba imati "prethodnu pamet", kao druge zemlje EU-a koje namjerno koče svoj ulazak u eurozonu - Češka, Poljska, Mađarska, Rumunjska, Švedska, Danska…
Do nedavno su samo dvije najzaostalije zemlje u EU-u intenzivno radile na proceduri uvođenja eura, Hrvatska i Bugarska, a sada je ostala samo Hrvatska jer su i Bugari zakočili, upozorava Ribić.
Sve više hrvatskih stranaka zagovara usporavanje ulaska u eurozonu jer Hrvatska nije spremna za euro, međutim, one još nisu osvijestile puno veću opasnost, tj. da eurozona nije spremna za Hrvatsku.
Upućene politike znaju da euro projekt nije postavljen na zdravim nogama, a to je razlog zašto te zemlje koče ili odustaju od svog pristupanja eurozoni, naglašava Ribić.
EU je suočena s mogućim raspadom u ovoj krizi napustila svoja vlastita pravila, ali nije napustila svoju ekonomsku filozofiju, koja je Europi nanijela toliko štete, a perifernim zemljama najviše jer je bila okidač egzodusa njihovih stanovnika.
Sve mjere koje se sada lansiraju, kao i odluke Europske komisije, posljedica su napuštanja pravila i ograničenja koje inače traži eurozona (ograničenja deficita i javnog duga, fiskalna konsolidacija, proračunske restrikcije i sl). Nakon krize, ta pravila će se ponovno primjenjivati, a upravo su ona uzrok zastoja u rastu i razvoju i povećanju razlika među zemljama, tvrdi Ribić.
Glavni je problem uvođenja eura za Hrvatsku i slične zemlje u tome da eurozona nema mehanizme za intervenciju pomoći zemljama koje upadnu u ekonomsku krizu zbog objektivnih okolnosti (npr. zbog poremećaja cijena na svjetskom tržištu, zbog disbalansa u trgovinskim odnosima ili zbog politike kamatnih stopa koje vodi Europska centralna banka u interesu velikih tržišta, a ne Hrvatske).
Kada je Slavonija u teškoćama može od Vlade dobiti milijardu kuna pomoći, jer je Hrvatska država i solidarnost se predmnijeva. Eurozona nije država, a postoji stalni otpor javnog mnijenja najvećih zemalja spram bespovratnih intervencija u druge ekonomije, uvođenju euroobveznica ili osiguranju depozita na razini EU-a.
HDZ o tome nema pojma, a nije imao niti priliku shvatiti budući je zatvorio putem medija javni dijalog o tome, kaže Ribić.
U zemlji koju pogodi kriza nastupa pad proizvodnje, zatvaraju se firme, raste nezaposlenost, slabo se puni proračun, raste javni i privatni dug i prijeti bankrot. Tada dolaze MMF ili ECB i nameću mjere proračunske štednje, jer drugih mehanizama nemaju, a te mjere samo produbljuju krizu.
Krajnji ishod je pozitivan za najveće zapadne banke i katastrofalan za lokalno stanovništvo, koje se u uvjetima liberalizacije radne snage masovno iseljava.
Zemlje koje imaju svoju valutu takvim pojedinačnim kriznim poremećajima lako pariraju, jer promjenom tečaja potiču svoj izvoz radi spašavanja proizvodnje i radnih mjesta, i destimuliraju svoj uvoz, naglašava Ribić
Radi političkih razloga, interes je EU-a i financijskih krugova da Hrvatska uđe u eurozonu, ali to nije interes Hrvatske. Suicidalno je napustiti svoju valutu kao ruku kojom si možemo pomoći u krizi i razvoju te prihvatiti pravila nedovršenog sustava eurozone, kojom nam imobiliziraju obje ruke.
HDZ takvom politikom nanosi ozbiljnu štetu nacionalnim interesima zemlje i odgovoran je za buduću stagnaciju i iseljavanje, a time i daljnje zaostajanje Hrvatske, poručuje Ribić.

Predsjednik Matice hrvatskih sindikata Vilim Ribić, kao član Nacionalnog vijeća za uvođenje eura, usprotivio se najavljenom uvođenju eura i ulasku Hrvatske u eurozonu, jer smatra kako ne samo da Hrvatska nije spremna za eurozonu, već ni eurozona nije spremna za nju!
Budući da nikada nije obavljena "poštena rasprava" u javnim medijima sa zastupnicima drugačijeg mišljenja o temi uvođenja eura, nužno je upozoriti na moguće katastrofalne posljedice ishitrenog i nepromišljenog srljanja Vlade HDZ-a u eurozonu, ističe Ribić u priopćenju.
Ulaskom u eurozonu nije moguć bezbolni izlazak iz nje za slučaj da naknadnom pameću ustanovimo kako je to bila pogrešna odluka (primjer Grčke). Zbog toga treba imati "prethodnu pamet", kao druge zemlje EU-a koje namjerno koče svoj ulazak u eurozonu - Češka, Poljska, Mađarska, Rumunjska, Švedska, Danska…
Do nedavno su samo dvije najzaostalije zemlje u EU-u intenzivno radile na proceduri uvođenja eura, Hrvatska i Bugarska, a sada je ostala samo Hrvatska jer su i Bugari zakočili, upozorava Ribić.
Sve više hrvatskih stranaka zagovara usporavanje ulaska u eurozonu jer Hrvatska nije spremna za euro, međutim, one još nisu osvijestile puno veću opasnost, tj. da eurozona nije spremna za Hrvatsku.
Upućene politike znaju da euro projekt nije postavljen na zdravim nogama, a to je razlog zašto te zemlje koče ili odustaju od svog pristupanja eurozoni, naglašava Ribić.
EU je suočena s mogućim raspadom u ovoj krizi napustila svoja vlastita pravila, ali nije napustila svoju ekonomsku filozofiju, koja je Europi nanijela toliko štete, a perifernim zemljama najviše jer je bila okidač egzodusa njihovih stanovnika.
Sve mjere koje se sada lansiraju, kao i odluke Europske komisije, posljedica su napuštanja pravila i ograničenja koje inače traži eurozona (ograničenja deficita i javnog duga, fiskalna konsolidacija, proračunske restrikcije i sl). Nakon krize, ta pravila će se ponovno primjenjivati, a upravo su ona uzrok zastoja u rastu i razvoju i povećanju razlika među zemljama, tvrdi Ribić.
Glavni je problem uvođenja eura za Hrvatsku i slične zemlje u tome da eurozona nema mehanizme za intervenciju pomoći zemljama koje upadnu u ekonomsku krizu zbog objektivnih okolnosti (npr. zbog poremećaja cijena na svjetskom tržištu, zbog disbalansa u trgovinskim odnosima ili zbog politike kamatnih stopa koje vodi Europska centralna banka u interesu velikih tržišta, a ne Hrvatske).
Kada je Slavonija u teškoćama može od Vlade dobiti milijardu kuna pomoći, jer je Hrvatska država i solidarnost se predmnijeva. Eurozona nije država, a postoji stalni otpor javnog mnijenja najvećih zemalja spram bespovratnih intervencija u druge ekonomije, uvođenju euroobveznica ili osiguranju depozita na razini EU-a.
HDZ o tome nema pojma, a nije imao niti priliku shvatiti budući je zatvorio putem medija javni dijalog o tome, kaže Ribić.
U zemlji koju pogodi kriza nastupa pad proizvodnje, zatvaraju se firme, raste nezaposlenost, slabo se puni proračun, raste javni i privatni dug i prijeti bankrot. Tada dolaze MMF ili ECB i nameću mjere proračunske štednje, jer drugih mehanizama nemaju, a te mjere samo produbljuju krizu.
Krajnji ishod je pozitivan za najveće zapadne banke i katastrofalan za lokalno stanovništvo, koje se u uvjetima liberalizacije radne snage masovno iseljava.
Zemlje koje imaju svoju valutu takvim pojedinačnim kriznim poremećajima lako pariraju, jer promjenom tečaja potiču svoj izvoz radi spašavanja proizvodnje i radnih mjesta, i destimuliraju svoj uvoz, naglašava Ribić
Radi političkih razloga, interes je EU-a i financijskih krugova da Hrvatska uđe u eurozonu, ali to nije interes Hrvatske. Suicidalno je napustiti svoju valutu kao ruku kojom si možemo pomoći u krizi i razvoju te prihvatiti pravila nedovršenog sustava eurozone, kojom nam imobiliziraju obje ruke.
HDZ takvom politikom nanosi ozbiljnu štetu nacionalnim interesima zemlje i odgovoran je za buduću stagnaciju i iseljavanje, a time i daljnje zaostajanje Hrvatske, poručuje Ribić.
