Nad pelješkim mostom, i prije negoli se počeo graditi, bdjela su dva "Stepinčeva anđela". Postavila ih je udruga "Pelješki most", koja je pokrenula i ostvarila ideju da budući most dobije svoje anđele zagovaratelje, a kada bude gotov, anđele čuvare znakovita imena Duje u Komarnoj i Vlaho u Brijesti.

Tako petmetarske brončane replike baroknih anđela s vrha oltara crkve sv. Marije u Lepoglavi (s druge strane zida zatvora u kojem je bio zatočen blaženik Alojzije Stepinac) od 2015. godine čuvaju Neretvanski kanal i pelješki most.

A uz anđele pelješki most čuva i domovinska krunica, koju su u pilon mosta još prošle godine spustila dvojica hrvatskih inženjera na mostu Ivica Granić i Franko Berović. No to su tek sada, kada je most pri samom završetku, odlučili podijeliti sa širom javnosti.

Objava na društvenim mrežama izazvala je poprilično veliko zanimanje, toliko veliko da je i sam akter priče Ivica Granić iznenađen. Kaže da svojom objavom nije želio izazvati nikakav senzacionalizam, nego jednostavno pokazati da je Božja prisutnost u svemu što mi jesmo i što mi radimo, pa tako i u gradnji pelješkog mosta.

Domovinsku krunicu, koju je ugradio u most, dobio je od prijateljice. Na njoj je križ kneza Branimira, ima crveno-bijela zrnca koja podsjećaju na hrvatsku šahovnicu i na njoj se nalaze Gospine slike iz svih većih marijanskih svetišta u Hrvatskoj i Bosni i Hercegovini. A da bi postavio krunicu u most, Ivici je pomogao kolega Franko Berović.

Za Hrvatski katolički radio, Granić je "otkrio" kako su se popeli na stotinjak metara visok pilon S7, pomolili se i stavili u njega krunicu kao "jedan mali znak Božje prisutnosti u tome što mi radimo".

Granić se još prisjetio da je toga dana bilo jako hladno, puhalo je, te su se on i kolega Berović gotovo smrznuli penjući se na najvišu točku pelješkog mosta.

Ivica Granić i Franko Berović su na pelješkom mostu od samih početaka radova. Radili su na kontroli kvalitete, da bi poslije Ivica bio imenovan voditeljem radova na montaži čelične rasponske konstrukcije mosta.

Točnije, Ivica Granić je od listopada 2018. godine, kao voditelj radova, često kontaktirao s novinarima i uvijek bio pri ruci za tražene informacije, koliko su mu to dopuštale ovlasti i odnosi unutar tvrtke CRBC. Često je isticao da je u početku bilo teško upoznati se i prihvatiti kulturološke razlike s radnicima koji su na most stigli iz daleke Kine.

"Od mostova, važniji su ljudi. Od ljudi, važniji je On, Stvoritelj svega. A Njemu je važno da svi mi, u malim i jedinstvenim okolnostima vlastitih života, radimo na proslavi Njegova kraljevstva na zemlji. Danas sam sretan zbog svih divnih ljudi kojima me okružio u zadnje tri i pol godine kroz koje smo skupa spajali Hrvatsku. I još ćemo to činiti sljedećih nekoliko mjeseci. Za vas putnike i za ovo malo trenutaka u povijesti, koji su nam darovani", napisao je Ivica Granić u svojoj Facebook objavi kojom je obznanio da je domovinsku krunicu ugradio u pelješki most, koji je izgrađen po izumu slavnog Fausta Vrančića i spaja Komarnu i Brijestu, hrvatski sjever i jug.

Nad pelješkim mostom, i prije negoli se počeo graditi, bdjela su dva "Stepinčeva anđela". Postavila ih je udruga "Pelješki most", koja je pokrenula i ostvarila ideju da budući most dobije svoje anđele zagovaratelje, a kada bude gotov, anđele čuvare znakovita imena Duje u Komarnoj i Vlaho u Brijesti.

Tako petmetarske brončane replike baroknih anđela s vrha oltara crkve sv. Marije u Lepoglavi (s druge strane zida zatvora u kojem je bio zatočen blaženik Alojzije Stepinac) od 2015. godine čuvaju Neretvanski kanal i pelješki most.

A uz anđele pelješki most čuva i domovinska krunica, koju su u pilon mosta još prošle godine spustila dvojica hrvatskih inženjera na mostu Ivica Granić i Franko Berović. No to su tek sada, kada je most pri samom završetku, odlučili podijeliti sa širom javnosti.

Objava na društvenim mrežama izazvala je poprilično veliko zanimanje, toliko veliko da je i sam akter priče Ivica Granić iznenađen. Kaže da svojom objavom nije želio izazvati nikakav senzacionalizam, nego jednostavno pokazati da je Božja prisutnost u svemu što mi jesmo i što mi radimo, pa tako i u gradnji pelješkog mosta.

Domovinsku krunicu, koju je ugradio u most, dobio je od prijateljice. Na njoj je križ kneza Branimira, ima crveno-bijela zrnca koja podsjećaju na hrvatsku šahovnicu i na njoj se nalaze Gospine slike iz svih većih marijanskih svetišta u Hrvatskoj i Bosni i Hercegovini. A da bi postavio krunicu u most, Ivici je pomogao kolega Franko Berović.

Za Hrvatski katolički radio, Granić je "otkrio" kako su se popeli na stotinjak metara visok pilon S7, pomolili se i stavili u njega krunicu kao "jedan mali znak Božje prisutnosti u tome što mi radimo".

Granić se još prisjetio da je toga dana bilo jako hladno, puhalo je, te su se on i kolega Berović gotovo smrznuli penjući se na najvišu točku pelješkog mosta.

Ivica Granić i Franko Berović su na pelješkom mostu od samih početaka radova. Radili su na kontroli kvalitete, da bi poslije Ivica bio imenovan voditeljem radova na montaži čelične rasponske konstrukcije mosta.

Točnije, Ivica Granić je od listopada 2018. godine, kao voditelj radova, često kontaktirao s novinarima i uvijek bio pri ruci za tražene informacije, koliko su mu to dopuštale ovlasti i odnosi unutar tvrtke CRBC. Često je isticao da je u početku bilo teško upoznati se i prihvatiti kulturološke razlike s radnicima koji su na most stigli iz daleke Kine.

"Od mostova, važniji su ljudi. Od ljudi, važniji je On, Stvoritelj svega. A Njemu je važno da svi mi, u malim i jedinstvenim okolnostima vlastitih života, radimo na proslavi Njegova kraljevstva na zemlji. Danas sam sretan zbog svih divnih ljudi kojima me okružio u zadnje tri i pol godine kroz koje smo skupa spajali Hrvatsku. I još ćemo to činiti sljedećih nekoliko mjeseci. Za vas putnike i za ovo malo trenutaka u povijesti, koji su nam darovani", napisao je Ivica Granić u svojoj Facebook objavi kojom je obznanio da je domovinsku krunicu ugradio u pelješki most, koji je izgrađen po izumu slavnog Fausta Vrančića i spaja Komarnu i Brijestu, hrvatski sjever i jug.
