Prošlog tjedna u Slavonskom Brodu uhićena je Olgica Lončar (47) iz Srbije koja je pružala ilegalno estetske korekcije, javlja Blic.

Puštena je iz pritvora i oduzeti su joj svi medicinski preparati i instrumenti za koje nije imala dokumentaciju koja je potrebna. 

Državni inspektorat potvrdio je Dalmaciji Danas da ju je zatekao kako obavlja usluge injektiranja dermalnih filera pacijenticama bez potvrde o prijavi rada za strance. Kozmetičkom salonu je privremeno zabranjeno obavljanje djelatnosti mjesec dana, a Državni inspektorat je poručio da poduzima i "druge propisane mjera protiv poslodavca".

Naime, prema pravilniku Ministarstva zdravstva, postupci u estetskoj medicini mogu se odvijati samo u registriranim zdravstvenim ustanovama. U njemu su definirani uvjeti pod kojima se u RH smiju obavljati minimalno invazivni i nekirurški zahvati primjene hijaluronskih punila, botulinum toksina tipa A. Ostali nekirurški injekcijski i antiaging zahvati moraju imati doktora medicine ili dentalne medicine specijalista koji je kompetencije za navedene zahvate stekao u okviru ili specijalističkog usavršavanja ili ima odgovarajući dokaz o završenoj edukaciji propisanoj od strane stručnog društva Hrvatskog liječničkog zbora nadležnog za estetsku medicinu.

Obavljen inspekcijski nadzor

"“Inspekcija rada Državnog inspektorata obavila je inspekcijski nadzor kod poslodavca u Slavonskom Brodu na okolnost zakonitosti rada državljanke treće zemlje, za koju je utvrđeno da je u tijeku nadzora obavljala poslove kozmetičarke kod poslodavca protivno odredbama Zakona o strancima kojima je utvrđena obveza ishođenja dozvole za boravak i rad ili potvrde o prijavi rada. Slijedom utvrđenog činjeničnog stanja izdan je prekršajni nalog zbog prekršaja iz članka 88. stavka 1. ZS-a, kažnjivog po članku 250. stavku 1. toga Zakona te je o nezakonitom radu državljanke treće zemlje obaviještena nadležna policijska postaj. Nadalje, poslodavcu je u skladu s odredbama čl. 240. ZS-a usmenim rješenjem u zapisniku privremeno zabranjeno obavljanje djelatnosti u nadziranom poslovnom prostoru (kozmetičkom salonu), u trajanju od 30 dana te je u tijeku poduzimanje drugih propisanih mjera protiv poslodavca. Budući da je inspekcijski nadzor još u tijeku, daljnje postupanje inspektora ne možemo komentirati", naveli su iz Državnog inspektorata.

Predsjednik Hrvatskog društva za estetsku medicinu (HDEM) Hrvatskog lijecnickog zbora dr.sc. Željko Rotim rekao je kako je ovo prvi put da je Državni inspektorat učinkovito reagirao na raširenu pojavu nelegalnog “uvoza” estetskih usluga iz Srbije.

– Reklamirala se preko društvenih mreža, Instagrama. Tako je došla do hrvatskih pacijentica diljem Hrvatske i sada u Slavonskom Brodu. Prije se o takvim stvarima nitko nije brinuo. A sad je nakon inicijative Hrvatskog Društva za estetsku medicinu Državni inspektorat odlučio uvesti reda u tu cijelu priču. I u nas postoji taj srednji kadar koji se bavi liječničkim poslom, estetskom medicinom. Tada je šansa za komplikacije vrlo velika. A zašto je sad uopće cijela inicijativa pokrenuta i krenule su kontrole? Zato što su komplikacije nakon nestručnih zahvata koji se izvode tajno i u iznajmljenim prostorima postale svakodnevne pa se postavilo pitanje otkud ih je toliko. One su najviše posljedica nestručnog rada neliječničkog kadra. Nije to samo kad neka žena otekne pa prođe za 15 dana. To su ozbiljne komplikacije koje završavaju s teškim posljedicama koje nagrde izgled pacijenta. Osim asimetrija i stvaranja neprirodnih izbočina i udubina na licu žena, sve je više slučajeva i nekroze koju je tesko liječiti. I onda se obraćaju nama, mi ih liječimo na naš trošak, a one koje završe u bolnicama plaća hrvatski zdravstveni sustav – rekao je Rotim, a prenosi Dalmacija Danas.

Prošlog tjedna u Slavonskom Brodu uhićena je Olgica Lončar (47) iz Srbije koja je pružala ilegalno estetske korekcije, javlja Blic.

Puštena je iz pritvora i oduzeti su joj svi medicinski preparati i instrumenti za koje nije imala dokumentaciju koja je potrebna. 

Državni inspektorat potvrdio je Dalmaciji Danas da ju je zatekao kako obavlja usluge injektiranja dermalnih filera pacijenticama bez potvrde o prijavi rada za strance. Kozmetičkom salonu je privremeno zabranjeno obavljanje djelatnosti mjesec dana, a Državni inspektorat je poručio da poduzima i "druge propisane mjera protiv poslodavca".

Naime, prema pravilniku Ministarstva zdravstva, postupci u estetskoj medicini mogu se odvijati samo u registriranim zdravstvenim ustanovama. U njemu su definirani uvjeti pod kojima se u RH smiju obavljati minimalno invazivni i nekirurški zahvati primjene hijaluronskih punila, botulinum toksina tipa A. Ostali nekirurški injekcijski i antiaging zahvati moraju imati doktora medicine ili dentalne medicine specijalista koji je kompetencije za navedene zahvate stekao u okviru ili specijalističkog usavršavanja ili ima odgovarajući dokaz o završenoj edukaciji propisanoj od strane stručnog društva Hrvatskog liječničkog zbora nadležnog za estetsku medicinu.

Obavljen inspekcijski nadzor

"“Inspekcija rada Državnog inspektorata obavila je inspekcijski nadzor kod poslodavca u Slavonskom Brodu na okolnost zakonitosti rada državljanke treće zemlje, za koju je utvrđeno da je u tijeku nadzora obavljala poslove kozmetičarke kod poslodavca protivno odredbama Zakona o strancima kojima je utvrđena obveza ishođenja dozvole za boravak i rad ili potvrde o prijavi rada. Slijedom utvrđenog činjeničnog stanja izdan je prekršajni nalog zbog prekršaja iz članka 88. stavka 1. ZS-a, kažnjivog po članku 250. stavku 1. toga Zakona te je o nezakonitom radu državljanke treće zemlje obaviještena nadležna policijska postaj. Nadalje, poslodavcu je u skladu s odredbama čl. 240. ZS-a usmenim rješenjem u zapisniku privremeno zabranjeno obavljanje djelatnosti u nadziranom poslovnom prostoru (kozmetičkom salonu), u trajanju od 30 dana te je u tijeku poduzimanje drugih propisanih mjera protiv poslodavca. Predsjednik Hrvatskog društva za estetsku medicinu (HDEM) Hrvatskog lijecnickog zbora dr.sc. Željko Rotim rekao je kako je ovo prvi put da je Državni inspektorat učinkovito reagirao na raširenu pojavu nelegalnog “uvoza” estetskih usluga iz Srbije.

– Reklamirala se preko društvenih mreža, Instagrama. Tako je došla do hrvatskih pacijentica diljem Hrvatske i sada u Slavonskom Brodu. Prije se o takvim stvarima nitko nije brinuo. A sad je nakon inicijative Hrvatskog Društva za estetsku medicinu Državni inspektorat odlučio uvesti reda u tu cijelu priču. I u nas postoji taj srednji kadar koji se bavi liječničkim poslom, estetskom medicinom. Tada je šansa za komplikacije vrlo velika. A zašto je sad uopće cijela inicijativa pokrenuta i krenule su kontrole? Zato što su komplikacije nakon nestručnih zahvata koji se izvode tajno i u iznajmljenim prostorima postale svakodnevne pa se postavilo pitanje otkud ih je toliko. One su najviše posljedica nestručnog rada neliječničkog kadra. Nije to samo kad neka žena otekne pa prođe za 15 dana. To su ozbiljne komplikacije koje završavaju s teškim posljedicama koje nagrde izgled pacijenta. Osim asimetrija i stvaranja neprirodnih izbočina i udubina na licu žena, sve je više slučajeva i nekroze koju je tesko liječiti. I onda se obraćaju nama, mi ih liječimo na naš trošak, a one koje završe u bolnicama plaća hrvatski zdravstveni sustav – rekao je Rotim, a prenosi Dalmacija Danas.

Prošlog tjedna u Slavonskom Brodu uhićena je Olgica Lončar (47) iz Srbije koja je pružala ilegalno estetske korekcije, javlja Blic.

Puštena je iz pritvora i oduzeti su joj svi medicinski preparati i instrumenti za koje nije imala dokumentaciju koja je potrebna. 

Državni inspektorat potvrdio je Dalmaciji Danas da ju je zatekao kako obavlja usluge injektiranja dermalnih filera pacijenticama bez potvrde o prijavi rada za strance. Kozmetičkom salonu je privremeno zabranjeno obavljanje djelatnosti mjesec dana, a Državni inspektorat je poručio da poduzima i "druge propisane mjera protiv poslodavca".

Naime, prema pravilniku Ministarstva zdravstva, postupci u estetskoj medicini mogu se odvijati samo u registriranim zdravstvenim ustanovama. U njemu su definirani uvjeti pod...
