Prema riječima dr. Arona Grubešića, voditelja covid-odjela u KBC-u Rijeka, unatoč velikom rastu dnevnih brojki kad je riječ o novim slučajevima zaraze, rast hospitaliziranih pacijenata s covidom-19 u riječkoj bolnici postoji, ali on zasad nije eksponencijalan.

Ono što se konstantno primjećuje jest sve niža dob bolesnika pa više nije rijetkost bolničko liječenje pacijenta mlađeg od 30 godina, dok se prosječna dob hospitaliziranih s dijagnozom covida-19 u riječkom KBC-u trenutačno kreće oko 60 godina.

“Očekivano, kao i ostatak Hrvatske, i mi posljednjih tjedan do dva bilježimo porast brojki hospitaliziranih pacijenata, no on nije eksponencijalan porast kojeg smo se bojali. Dijelom je to povezano i s dobrim odazivom na cijepljenje građana u Primorsko-goranskoj županiji. Naime, iako prema sekvenciranim slučajevima još uvijek nemamo potvrdu o prevlasti omikrona među zaraženim koronavirusom, mi u bolnici možemo reći da je on počeo prevladavati, što nam dokazuju dva pokazatelja. Prvi je taj da imamo nikad manji broj cijepljenih osoba među hospitaliziranim pacijentima, a čiji se broj sad kreće između deset i 15 posto ukupnog udjela. Činjenica je da se ljudi zaražavaju, ali ne završavaju na bolničkom liječenju”, rekao je za Novi list.

“Drugi je pokazatelj da je među hospitaliziranim bolesnicima populacija sve mlađa, što je posljedica slabijeg obuhvata cijepljenja u toj dobi. Primjerice, nedavno smo zbog covida-19 izgubili mladu ženu koja je bila 1988. godište i koja je u bolnicu došla u jako teškom stanju te preminula na Hitnom traktu”, upozorava Grubešić, koji unatoč ovako ekstremnim slučajevima posebno ističe nisku smrtnost od posljedica covida-19 u riječkoj bolnici, kao i nizak udio pacijenata u ukupnom broj hospitaliziranih koji se liječe uz pomoć respiratora.

“Naši rezultati reflektiraju korištenje neinvazivne ventilacije zbog čega imamo jedan od najmanjih, ako ne i najmanji broj osoba s covidom-19 koji se unutar ukupnog broja hospitaliziranih bolesnika u Hrvatskoj liječe uz pomoć respiratora. Primjerice, trenutačno od 124 hospitalizirana bolesnika, imamo devetero bolesnika koji se liječe na respiratoru, gdje smrtnost u pravilu iznosi između 40 i 50 posto”, ističe Grubešić.

On se nada da će peti val u riječkom KBC-u rezultirati manjim brojem hospitalizacija nego što je to bio slučaj u prethodnim pandemijskim valovima. Sadašnje brojke novozaraženih, kako i sam kaže, na bolnički bi se sustav trebale reflektirati najkasnije za dva tjedna, no Grubešić tu posebno ističe važnost cijepljenja i činjenicu da cijepljene osobe imaju znatno blažu kliničku sliku bolesti i ne trebaju bolničko liječenje. U ovom trenutku u riječkoj bolnici na liječenju nema pacijenata koji su primili tri doze protiv koronavirusa, dok je broj pacijenata koji su primili dvije doze cjepiva upola manji nego u prethodnom valu.

“Mislim da se mi u PGŽ-u možemo usporediti sa zapadnim zemljama koje su postigle visoku cijepljenost. Naime, naša županija ima prilično visoke dnevne brojke, no nema velik broj hospitaliziranih”, smatra Grubešić.

Lijek protiv koronavirusa koji se od konca prošle godine primjenjuje u hrvatskim bolnicama, pa tako i u riječkoj, a koji se temelji na dva monoklonska protutijela i daje se rizičnim pacijentima u ranoj fazi bolesti, dosad je u riječkom KBC-u primilo 15 bolesnika.

“Radi se o imunokompromitiranim bolesnicima i zasad ni u jednom slučaju nismo imali razvoj težih oblika bolesti. Ovaj lijek dajemo u ranoj fazi bolesti, no kod teških oblika bolesti dajemo, primjerice, i oblike imunoterapije i mogu slobodno reći da naše pacijente liječimo na način na koji se oni liječe u najrazvijenijim covid-centrima u Europi”, ističe za Novi list dr. Prema riječima dr. Arona Grubešića, voditelja covid-odjela u KBC-u Rijeka, unatoč velikom rastu dnevnih brojki kad je riječ o novim slučajevima zaraze, rast hospitaliziranih pacijenata s covidom-19 u riječkoj bolnici postoji, ali on zasad nije eksponencijalan.

Ono što se konstantno primjećuje jest sve niža dob bolesnika pa više nije rijetkost bolničko liječenje pacijenta mlađeg od 30 godina, dok se prosječna dob hospitaliziranih s dijagnozom covida-19 u riječkom KBC-u trenutačno kreće oko 60 godina.

“Očekivano, kao i ostatak Hrvatske, i mi posljednjih tjedan do dva bilježimo porast brojki hospitaliziranih pacijenata, no on nije eksponencijalan porast kojeg smo se bojali. Dijelom je to povezano i s dobrim odazivom na cijepljenje građana u Primorsko-goranskoj županiji. Naime, iako prema sekvenciranim slučajevima još uvijek nemamo potvrdu o prevlasti omikrona među zaraženim koronavirusom, mi u bolnici možemo reći da je on počeo prevladavati, što nam dokazuju dva pokazatelja. Prvi je taj da imamo nikad manji broj cijepljenih osoba među hospitaliziranim pacijentima, a čiji se broj sad kreće između deset i 15 posto ukupnog udjela. Činjenica je da se ljudi zaražavaju, ali ne završavaju na bolničkom liječenju”, rekao je za Novi list.

“Drugi je pokazatelj da je među hospitaliziranim bolesnicima populacija sve mlađa, što je posljedica slabijeg obuhvata cijepljenja u toj dobi. Primjerice, nedavno smo zbog covida-19 izgubili mladu ženu koja je bila 1988. godište i koja je u bolnicu došla u jako teškom stanju te preminula na Hitnom traktu”, upozorava Grubešić, koji unatoč ovako ekstremnim slučajevima posebno ističe nisku smrtnost od posljedica covida-19 u riječkoj bolnici, kao i nizak udio pacijenata u ukupnom broj hospitaliziranih koji se liječe uz pomoć respiratora.

“Naši rezultati reflektiraju korištenje neinvazivne ventilacije zbog čega imamo jedan od najmanjih, ako ne i najmanji broj osoba s covidom-19 koji se unutar ukupnog broja hospitaliziranih bolesnika u Hrvatskoj liječe uz pomoć respiratora. Primjerice, trenutačno od 124 hospitalizirana bolesnika, imamo devetero bolesnika koji se liječe na respiratoru, gdje smrtnost u pravilu iznosi između 40 i 50 posto”, ističe Grubešić.

On se nada da će peti val u riječkom KBC-u rezultirati manjim brojem hospitalizacija nego što je to bio slučaj u prethodnim pandemijskim valovima. Sadašnje brojke novozaraženih, kako i sam kaže, na bolnički bi se sustav trebale reflektirati najkasnije za dva tjedna, no Grubešić tu posebno ističe važnost cijepljenja i činjenicu da cijepljene osobe imaju znatno blažu kliničku sliku bolesti i ne trebaju bolničko liječenje. U ovom trenutku u riječkoj bolnici na liječenju nema pacijenata koji su primili tri doze protiv koronavirusa, dok je broj pacijenata koji su primili dvije doze cjepiva upola manji nego u prethodnom valu.

“Mislim da se mi u PGŽ-u možemo usporediti sa zapadnim zemljama koje su postigle visoku cijepljenost. Naime, naša županija ima prilično visoke dnevne brojke, no nema velik broj hospitaliziranih”, smatra Grubešić.

Lijek protiv koronavirusa koji se od konca prošle godine primjenjuje u hrvatskim bolnicama, pa tako i u riječkoj, a koji se temelji na dva monoklonska protutijela i daje se rizičnim pacijentima u ranoj fazi bolesti, dosad je u riječkom KBC-u primilo 15 bolesnika.

“Radi se o imunokompromitiranim bolesnicima i zasad ni u jednom slučaju nismo imali razvoj težih oblika bolesti. Ovaj lijek dajemo u ranoj fazi bolesti, no kod teških oblika bolesti dajemo, primjerice, i oblike imunoterapije i mogu slobodno reći da naše pacijente liječimo na način na koji se oni liječe u najrazvijenijim covid-centrima u Europi”, ističe za Novi list dr. Aron Grubešić, voditelj covid-odjela u KBC-u Rijeka.

Prema riječima dr. Arona Grubešića, voditelja covid-odjela u KBC-u Rijeka, unatoč velikom rastu dnevnih brojki kad je riječ o novim slučajevima zaraze, rast hospitaliziranih pacijenata s covidom-19 u riječkoj bolnici postoji, ali on zasad nije eksponencijalan.

Ono što se konstantno primjećuje jest sve niža dob bolesnika pa više nije rijetkost bolničko liječenje pacijenta mlađeg od 30 godina, dok se prosječna dob hospitaliziranih s dijagnozom covida-19 u riječkom KBC-u trenutačno kreće oko 60 godina.
