Danas u Hrvatskoj imamo crni rekord - 6310 oboljelih od koronavirusa u posljednja 24 sata. Velik broj zaraženih prokomentirao je za 24 sata virusni imunolog Luka Čičin Šain iz Centra za infektološka istraživanja Helmholtz u Njemačkoj.

- Sad više uopće ne možemo pratiti virusno širenje. Kapaciteti testiranja su oko 10-12 tisuća PCR-a dnevno. Na to možemo nadodati oko 10-20 % zbog antigenskih testova u bolničkim uvjetima (kućni testovi ne ulaze u statistike). Preko šest tisuća detektiranih nam govori da imamo jos tisuće novozaraženih koji nisu došli na red za testiranje. Epidemiološke službe su sada u mraku. Daljnje praćenje pandemije ovisi o broju hospitalizacija i umrlih, jer su se brojevi novodijagnosticiranih odvojili od realnog broja novozaraženih. Žalosno je da smo već dva puta bili u ovoj istoj situaciji i da nismo nista naučili, naprotiv – ljudi se još manje pridržavaju mjera sad nego kad su drugi i treći val bili pred vrhuncem, a vlada je nesigurna sto učiniti, kaže Čičin Šain za 24sata.

Strahovit porast novozaraženih prokomentirao je i prof.dr. Ozren Polašek, člna Vladinog Znanstvenog savjeta i voditelj Katedre za javno zdravstvo Medicinskog fakulteta u Splitu.

- Ovo je jedan od nepovoljnijih scenarija o kojima smo do sada na sreću samo razmišljali, a sada nam se nažalost i dogodio. Stvarni broj zaraženih je sigurno veći, jer nam je postotak pozitivnih testova jako visok, no najveći je problem ograničeni kapacitet zdravstvenog sustava. Jučer je KBC Split najavio zatvaranje aktivnosti koje nisu hitne, a bojim se da slično možemo očekivati i iz drugih bolnica. Sada je sve jasnije da nam treba neki oblik zaustavljanja ili smanjenja širenja, jer više samo apelima i pozivima na cijepljenje ne možemo dalje...,  kazao je prof. Polašek.

Danas u Hrvatskoj imamo crni rekord - 6310 oboljelih od koronavirusa u posljednja 24 sata. Velik broj zaraženih prokomentirao je za 24 sata virusni imunolog Luka Čičin Šain iz Centra za infektološka istraživanja Helmholtz u Njemačkoj.

- Sad više uopće ne možemo pratiti virusno širenje. Kapaciteti testiranja su oko 10-12 tisuća PCR-a dnevno. Na to možemo nadodati oko 10-20 % zbog antigenskih testova u bolničkim uvjetima (kućni testovi ne ulaze u statistike). Preko šest tisuća detektiranih nam govori da imamo jos tisuće novozaraženih koji nisu došli na red za testiranje. Epidemiološke službe su sada u mraku. Daljnje praćenje pandemije ovisi o broju hospitalizacija i umrlih, jer su se brojevi novodijagnosticiranih odvojili od realnog broja novozaraženih. Žalosno je da smo već dva puta bili u ovoj istoj situaciji i da nismo nista naučili, naprotiv – ljudi se još manje pridržavaju mjera sad nego kad su drugi i treći val bili pred vrhuncem, a vlada je nesigurna sto učiniti, kaže Čičin Šain za 24sata.

Strahovit porast novozaraženih prokomentirao je i prof.dr. Ozren Polašek, člna Vladinog Znanstvenog savjeta i voditelj Katedre za javno zdravstvo Medicinskog fakulteta u Splitu.

- Ovo je jedan od nepovoljnijih scenarija o kojima smo do sada na sreću samo razmišljali, a sada nam se nažalost i dogodio. Stvarni broj zaraženih je sigurno veći, jer nam je postotak pozitivnih testova jako visok, no najveći je problem ograničeni kapacitet zdravstvenog sustava. Jučer je KBC Split najavio zatvaranje aktivnosti koje nisu hitne, a bojim se da slično možemo očekivati i iz drugih bolnica. Sada je sve jasnije da nam treba neki oblik zaustavljanja ili smanjenja širenja, jer više samo apelima i pozivima na cijepljenje ne možemo dalje...,  kazao je prof. Polašek.

Danas u Hrvatskoj imamo crni rekord - 6310 oboljelih od koronavirusa u posljednja 24 sata. Velik broj zaraženih prokomentirao je za 24 sata virusni imunolog Luka Čičin Šain iz Centra za infektološka istraživanja Helmholtz u Njemačkoj.

- Sad više uopće ne možemo pratiti virusno širenje. Kapaciteti testiranja su oko 10-12 tisuća PCR-a dnevno. Na to možemo nadodati oko 10-20 % zbog antigenskih testova u bolničkim uvjetima (kućni testovi ne ulaze u statistike). Preko šest tisuća detektiranih nam govori da imamo jos tisuće novozaraženih koji nisu došli na red za testiranje. Epidemiološke službe su sada u mraku. Daljnje praćenje pandemije ovisi o broju hospitalizacija i umrlih, jer su se brojevi novodijagnosticiranih odvojili od realnog broja novozaraženih. Žalosno...
