Hrvatsko ratno zrakoplovstvo ima nove probleme. Umjesto u zraku, helikopteri HRZ-a su u rukama velikogoričkih tehničara. Ako je suditi prema broju reklamacija zbog kojih su češće prizemljeni, nego u zraku, vojni helikopteri koji su se lani vratili s remonta u Rusiji, čini se, nisu dobro servisirani, otkriva večeras Dnevnik Nove TV.

Jedan od helikoptera se s generalnog servisa iz Rusije vratio prije manje od pola godine, ali ne leti.

- Mislim da je bio 20-ak dana, radilo se na otklanjanju neispravnosti hidroservo pokretača - rekao je predsjednik Uprave Zrakoplovno-tehničkog centra Ivica Grebenar.

Šef ratnog zrakoplovstva uvjerava da je riječ o redovnom održavanju nakon 50 sati leta.

- Ovaj primjer s curenjem sustava komandi uočen je pravilno na vrijeme, pokrenut je postupak reklamacije, kvar je otklonjen - rekao je zapovjednik HRZ-a, brigadni general Michael Križanec, i poručio da nije moguće da se kvar ne uoči.

Nije to jedini od ukupno 10 helikoptera koji nije u funkciji.

- Druga dva su isto tako u redu za povremeni pregled i čekamo ruske stručnjake da dođu. Trebali su doći ovaj tjedan, ali iz određenih razloga koji su vam poznati smo odgodili to i možemo čekati jer flota nam je takva da nam omogućuje provedbu svih zadaća - objasnio je Križanec.

A upravo se iz jednog vojnog helikoptera vojni vrh prije nepunih pet mjeseci odlučio uvjeriti je li remont dobro obavljen, i to u društvu ruskog veleposlanika i novinarskih ekipa.

- Letjeli ste 20 minuta, iznad Zagreba, što vam ja mogu reći? Helikopter nije imao problema niti prije niti poslije, taj isti dan je vraćen na Lučko - rekao je zapovjednik HRZ-a.

Na Lučko su često odlazili i aviomehaničari zbog različitih tehničkih nepravilnosti. O tome svjedoči i dokumentacija kojom raspolaže Dnevnik Nove TV, a iz koje je vidljiv velik broj reklamacija. Za neke, priznaju, nemaju dijelove.

- Reklamacije idu od najbanalnijih, da nije pravilno zacrtan položaj određenog vijka, nije postavljeno crijevo na način na koji je previđeno dokumentacijom, do toga da imamo nesukladnost u radu motora. To je sve očekivano - kaže Michael Križanec. Na pitanje o curenju goriva iz helikoptera na Kosovu kaže da s tim slučajem nije upoznat.

Niz godina te su leteće zvjerke bile na Kosovu, a sada njihove zadaće u misiji rade stariji, zamjenski helikopteri iz Divulja.

Predsjednik uprave ZTC-a kaže da nepredividih situacija uvijek ima.

- Kad se oni vrate nazad, kad se sklope, to se u teoriji pouzdanosti zove dječja bolest. Ovo su dječje bolesti - kaže Grebenar za Dnevnik Nove TV.

U vojnoj bazi jamče za sigurnost vojnih pilota.

- Ni jedanput u helikopter ne ulazi posada ako nije bilo mnoštvo mrava od tehničara i svatko je pogledao svoj dio. I svatko od nas svojim potpisom i pozicijom jamči za to da se ništa neće dogoditi - poručuje zapovjednik Hrvatskog ratnog zrakoplovstva. Dogoditi se ne bi trebalo sljedećih 10 godina, koliko država na njih računa.

Rusima je za ovaj posao plaćeno više od 207 milijuna kuna. Svi kvarovi, kažu, otklanjaju se na ruski račun.

Hrvatsko ratno zrakoplovstvo ima nove probleme. Umjesto u zraku, helikopteri HRZ-a su u rukama velikogoričkih tehničara. Ako je suditi prema broju reklamacija zbog kojih su češće prizemljeni, nego u zraku, vojni helikopteri koji su se lani vratili s remonta u Rusiji, čini se, nisu dobro servisirani, otkriva večeras Dnevnik Nove TV.

Jedan od helikoptera se s generalnog servisa iz Rusije vratio prije manje od pola godine, ali ne leti.

- Mislim da je bio 20-ak dana, radilo se na otklanjanju neispravnosti hidroservo pokretača - rekao je predsjednik Uprave Zrakoplovno-tehničkog centra Ivica Grebenar.

Šef ratnog zrakoplovstva uvjerava da je riječ o redovnom održavanju nakon 50 sati leta.

- Ovaj primjer s curenjem sustava komandi uočen je pravilno na vrijeme, pokrenut je postupak reklamacije, kvar je otklonjen - rekao je zapovjednik HRZ-a, brigadni general Michael Križanec, i poručio da nije moguće da se kvar ne uoči.

Nije to jedini od ukupno 10 helikoptera koji nije u funkciji.

- Druga dva su isto tako u redu za povremeni pregled i čekamo ruske stručnjake da dođu. Trebali su doći ovaj tjedan, ali iz određenih razloga koji su vam poznati smo odgodili to i možemo čekati jer flota nam je takva da nam omogućuje provedbu svih zadaća - objasnio je Križanec.

A upravo se iz jednog vojnog helikoptera vojni vrh prije nepunih pet mjeseci odlučio uvjeriti je li remont dobro obavljen, i to u društvu ruskog veleposlanika i novinarskih ekipa.

- Letjeli ste 20 minuta, iznad Zagreba, što vam ja mogu reći? Helikopter nije imao problema niti prije niti poslije, taj isti dan je vraćen na Lučko - rekao je zapovjednik HRZ-a.

Na Lučko su često odlazili i aviomehaničari zbog različitih tehničkih nepravilnosti. O tome svjedoči i dokumentacija kojom raspolaže Dnevnik Nove TV, a iz koje je vidljiv velik broj reklamacija. Za neke, priznaju, nemaju dijelove.

- Reklamacije idu od najbanalnijih, da nije pravilno zacrtan položaj određenog vijka, nije postavljeno crijevo na način na koji je previđeno dokumentacijom, do toga da imamo nesukladnost u radu motora. To je sve očekivano - kaže Michael Križanec. Na pitanje o curenju goriva iz helikoptera na Kosovu kaže da s tim slučajem nije upoznat.

Niz godina te su leteće zvjerke bile na Kosovu, a sada njihove zadaće u misiji rade stariji, zamjenski helikopteri iz Divulja.

Predsjednik uprave ZTC-a kaže da nepredividih situacija uvijek ima.

- Kad se oni vrate nazad, kad se sklope, to se u teoriji pouzdanosti zove dječja bolest. Ovo su dječje bolesti - kaže Grebenar za Dnevnik Nove TV.

U vojnoj bazi jamče za sigurnost vojnih pilota.

- Ni jedanput u helikopter ne ulazi posada ako nije bilo mnoštvo mrava od tehničara i svatko je pogledao svoj dio. I svatko od nas svojim potpisom i pozicijom jamči za to da se ništa neće dogoditi - poručuje zapovjednik Hrvatskog ratnog zrakoplovstva. Dogoditi se ne bi trebalo sljedećih 10 godina, koliko država na njih računa.

Rusima je za ovaj posao plaćeno više od 207 milijuna kuna. Svi kvarovi, kažu, otklanjaju se na ruski račun.

Hrvatsko ratno zrakoplovstvo ima nove probleme. Umjesto u zraku, helikopteri HRZ-a su u rukama velikogoričkih tehničara. Ako je suditi prema broju reklamacija zbog kojih su češće prizemljeni, nego u zraku, vojni helikopteri koji su se lani vratili s remonta u Rusiji, čini se, nisu dobro servisirani, otkriva večeras Dnevnik Nove TV.

Jedan od helikoptera se s generalnog servisa iz Rusije vratio prije manje od pola godine, ali ne leti.

- Mislim da je bio 20-ak dana, radilo se na otklanjanju neispravnosti hidroservo pokretača - rekao je predsjednik Uprave Zrakoplovno-tehničkog centra Ivica Grebenar.

Šef ratnog zrakoplovstva uvjerava da je riječ o redovnom održavanju nakon 50 sati leta.

- Ovaj primjer s curenjem sustava komandi uočen je pravilno na vrijeme, pokrenut je postupak...
