Da se Zagrebom svako malo šire neugodni miris više nije apsolutno nikakva novost. Zrak je često loše kvalitete, ali problem nastane kad građani i njihovi kućni ljubimci počnu osjećati mučninu te povraćati. Upravo to je ustvrdila nekolicina žitelja zagrebačke Ulice Horvatovac od kojih se netko odlučio za pomoć obratiti zagrebačkoj policiji.

Iz PU zagrebačke su za Jutarnji list potvrdili da su dojavu o širenju neugodnih mirisa na prostoru Maksimira i Srebrnjaka zaprimili te da su prostor osigurali i da se provode sve mjere i radnje kako bi se utvrdile sve okolnosti koje su dovele do zagađenja zraka koji je izazvao nelagodu među stanovništvom.

Trenutno su na terenu sve dežurne službe, a najviše posla, čini se, imat će nadležni inspektorat.

Kako se doznaje, inspektorat je dojavu o smradu i možebitnom zagađenju vode dobio putem centra 112.

- Državni inspektorat zaprimio obavijest Županijskog centra 112 o neugodnom mirisu u javnom sustavu odvodnje u Zagrebu, Srebrnjak. Dežurni vodopravni inspektor Državnog inspektorata izišao je na teren te je inspekcijski postupak u tijeku - kazali su za Jutarnji iz Inspektorata.

Odmah su izašli na teren djelatnici Vodoopskrbe i odvodnje Grada Zagreba kao i vodopravna inspekcija te se intenzivno nastoji utvrditi što se dogodilo i odakle smrad čija je uvertira jučer bila u popodnevnim satima kada se, prema tvrdnjama stanara Horvatovca, iznad vode stvorila maglica te je krenuo nesnosan smrad po zraku.

Inicijalne sumnje su, kako doznaju, bačene na kanalizaciju koja ide šumskim dijelom ispod fakulteta između Horvatovca i Srebrnjaka.

Oglasili se i s Ruđera

Povodom tvrdnji nekih građana da se neugodni mirisi šire s Instituta Ruđer Bošković (ORB), oglasili su se iz naše najveće znanstveno-istraživačke kuće.

"Institut Ruđer Bošković sve kemikalije zbrinjava u skladu s internim Pravilnikom o zbrinjavanju svih vrsta otpada iz tehnološkog procesa i mulja iz procesa odvoda te u skladu sa Zakonom o održivom gospodarenju otpadom (NN 94/13, 73/17, 14/19, 98/19). Institut kemikalije ne ispušta u sustav javne odvodnje i kanalizacije, već zbrinjavanje kemikalija za potrebe Instituta provodi ovlaštena pravna osoba", navodi se u priopćenju s IRB-a. S Instituta poručuju da se redovito, četiri puta godišnje, provodi analiza i ispitivanje otpadnih voda koju obavlja neovisni vanjski akreditirani laboratorij Škole narodnog zdravlja dr. Andrija Štampar. "Navedenim redovnim analizama nikada nije ustanovljena povećana koncentracija kemikalija, uključujući organska otapala. Odjel zaštite na radu, zaštite od požara i zaštite od zračenja danas, 2. veljače 2024. godine, proveo je interni nadzor kojim nisu utvrđene okolnosti koje bi ukazivale na odstupanje od propisanih procedura zbrinjavanja ili na ispuštanje kemikalija u otpad", ističu na Ruđeru.

Grad: Radi se o mirisu iz kanalizacijskog sustava

Grad Zagreb je upoznat sa situacijom pojave neugodnog mirisa na dijelu grada od Srebrnjaka do Kvaternikovog trga. Radi se o mirisu iz kanalizacijskog sustava, ne iz vodoopskrbnog sustava.

Sve hitne službe kao i komunalna društva su na terenu. Intervencijom koordinira Ravnateljstvo civilne zaštite, koje je na teren pozvalo Inspekciju zaštite okoliša i Vodopravnu inspekciju. Po dostupnim informacijama, nema ispuštanja štetnih tvari u okoliš izvan samog sustava, a samo onečišćenje će biti pročišćeno na Centralnom pročistaču otpadnih voda. Korisnik usluge koji je izazvao onečišćenje bit će poznat nakon nalaza inspekcije.

Prema informacijama Nastavnog zavoda za hitnu medicinu Grada Zagreba, nije bilo intervencija pružanja medicinske pomoći koje se mogu povezati s ovim događajem.

Da se Zagrebom svako malo šire neugodni miris više nije apsolutno nikakva novost. Zrak je često loše kvalitete, ali problem nastane kad građani i njihovi kućni ljubimci počnu osjećati mučninu te povraćati. Upravo to je ustvrdila nekolicina žitelja zagrebačke Ulice Horvatovac od kojih se netko odlučio za pomoć obratiti zagrebačkoj policiji.

Iz PU zagrebačke su za Jutarnji list potvrdili da su dojavu o širenju neugodnih mirisa na prostoru Maksimira i Srebrnjaka zaprimili te da su prostor osigurali i da se provode sve mjere i radnje kako bi se utvrdile sve okolnosti koje su dovele do zagađenja zraka koji je izazvao nelagodu među stanovništvom.

Trenutno su na terenu sve dežurne službe, a najviše posla, čini se, imat će nadležni inspektorat.

Kako se doznaje, inspektorat je dojavu o smradu i možebitnom zagađenju vode dobio putem centra 112.

- Državni inspektorat zaprimio obavijest Županijskog centra 112 o neugodnom mirisu u javnom sustavu odvodnje u Zagrebu, Srebrnjak. Dežurni vodopravni inspektor Državnog inspektorata izišao je na teren te je inspekcijski postupak u tijeku - kazali su za Jutarnji iz Inspektorata.

Odmah su izašli na teren djelatnici Vodoopskrbe i odvodnje Grada Zagreba kao i vodopravna inspekcija te se intenzivno nastoji utvrditi što se dogodilo i odakle smrad čija je uvertira jučer bila u popodnevnim satima kada se, prema tvrdnjama stanara Horvatovca, iznad vode stvorila maglica te je krenuo nesnosan smrad po zraku.

Inicijalne sumnje su, kako doznaju, bačene na kanalizaciju koja ide šumskim dijelom ispod fakulteta između Horvatovca i Srebrnjaka.

Oglasili se i s Ruđera

Povodom tvrdnji nekih građana da se neugodni mirisi šire s Instituta Ruđer Bošković (ORB), oglasili su se iz naše najveće znanstveno-istraživačke kuće.

"Institut Ruđer Bošković sve kemikalije zbrinjava u skladu s internim Pravilnikom o zbrinjavanju svih vrsta otpada iz tehnološkog procesa i mulja iz procesa odvoda te u skladu sa Zakonom o održivom gospodarenju otpadom (NN 94/13, 73/17, 14/19, 98/19). Institut kemikalije ne ispušta u sustav javne odvodnje i kanalizacije, već zbrinjavanje kemikalija za potrebe Instituta provodi ovlaštena pravna osoba", navodi se u priopćenju s IRB-a. S Instituta poručuju da se redovito, četiri puta godišnje, provodi analiza i ispitivanje otpadnih voda koju obavlja neovisni vanjski akreditirani laboratorij Škole narodnog zdravlja dr. Andrija Štampar. "Navedenim redovnim analizama nikada nije ustanovljena povećana koncentracija kemikalija, uključujući organska otapala. Odjel zaštite na radu, zaštite od požara i zaštite od zračenja danas, 2. veljače 2024. godine, proveo je interni nadzor kojim nisu utvrđene okolnosti koje bi ukazivale na odstupanje od propisanih procedura zbrinjavanja ili na ispuštanje kemikalija u otpad", ističu na Ruđeru.

Grad: Radi se o mirisu iz kanalizacijskog sustava

Grad Zagreb je upoznat sa situacijom pojave neugodnog mirisa na dijelu grada od Srebrnjaka do Kvaternikovog trga. Radi se o mirisu iz kanalizacijskog sustava, ne iz vodoopskrbnog sustava.

Sve hitne službe kao i komunalna društva su na terenu. Intervencijom koordinira Ravnateljstvo civilne zaštite, koje je na teren pozvalo Inspekciju zaštite okoliša i Vodopravnu inspekciju. Po dostupnim informacijama, nema ispuštanja štetnih tvari u okoliš izvan samog sustava, a samo onečišćenje će biti pročišćeno na Centralnom pročistaču otpadnih voda. Korisnik usluge koji je izazvao onečišćenje bit će poznat nakon nalaza inspekcije.

Prema informacijama Nastavnog zavoda za hitnu medicinu Grada Zagreba, nije bilo intervencija pružanja medicinske pomoći koje se mogu povezati s ovim događajem.

Da se Zagrebom svako malo šire neugodni miris više nije apsolutno nikakva novost. Zrak je često loše kvalitete, ali problem nastane kad građani i njihovi kućni ljubimci počnu osjećati mučninu te povraćati. Upravo to je ustvrdila nekolicina žitelja zagrebačke Ulice Horvatovac od kojih se netko odlučio za pomoć obratiti zagrebačkoj policiji.

Iz PU zagrebačke su za Jutarnji list potvrdili da su dojavu o širenju neugodnih mirisa na prostoru Maksimira i Srebrnjaka zaprimili te da su prostor osigurali i da se provode sve mjere i radnje kako bi se utvrdile sve okolnosti koje su dovele do zagađenja zraka koji je izazvao nelagodu među stanovništvom.

Trenutno su na terenu sve dežurne službe, a najviše posla, čini se, imat će nadležni inspektorat.

Kako se doznaje, inspektorat je dojavu o smradu i možebitnom zagađenju vode dobio putem centra 112.
