Optužno vijeće Općinskog suda u Metkoviću u petak nije donijelo odluku po optužnici protiv četiri medicinske djelatnice, tri liječnice i medicinske sestre, koje se tereti za nesvjesno liječenje devetogodišnjeg dječaka Gabrijela Bebića, koji je preminuo od meningokokne sepse u prosincu 2018. godine. Kako doznajemo, javni dio sjednice optužnog vijeća je zaključen i konačna odluka o prihvaćanju ili neprihvaćanju optužnice donijet će se u ponedjeljak. Riječ je o opsežnom i složenom spisu od 1.404 stranice.

Podsjetimo, nakon provedene istrage Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Metkoviću podiglo je optužnicu protiv četiri hrvatske državljanke (1988., 1989., 1984. i 1972.) zbog počinjenja kaznenog djela protiv zdravlja ljudi nesavjesnim liječenjem iz članka 181. stavak 1. u svezi stavka 4. i stavka 8. Kaznenog zakona.

DORH okrivljenicama stavlja na teret da su tijekom 9. i 10. prosinca 2018. u Metkoviću, u zdravstvenoj ustanovi i kao zdravstvene djelatnice, djetetu (2009.) koje je u više navrata dovedeno u zdravstvenu ustanovu u teškom stanju, upoznate sa tim stanjem i prema simptomima pogoršanjem zdravstvenog stanja djeteta, olako držeći da dijete nije vitalno ugroženo, postupale protivno pravilima medicinske struke.

Prvookrivljenicu i drugookrivljenicu kao dežurne liječnice Zavoda za hitnu medicinu Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije ispostava Metković, tereti se da su propustile adekvatno pregledati dijete i utvrditi ozbiljnost zdravstvenog stanja i životnu ugroženost djeteta. Osim toga nisu primijenile terapiju djelotvornim lijekovima i poduzele daljnje radnje za hitno medicinsko zbrinjavanje djeteta u Klinički bolnički centar Split na daljnje pretrage i hospitalizaciju te su dijete vratile na kućno liječenje.

Također četvrtookrivljenica je 10. prosinca 2018., odbila pregledati dijete i oca djeteta uputila da dijete odvede kod pedijatra te istog dana, nakon postavljene dijagnoze i prepoznavanja životne ugroženosti, prilikom medicinskog zbrinjavanja djeteta propustila ordinirati odgovarajući lijek. Trećeokrivljenici kao medicinskoj sestri pedijatrijske ordinacije se stavlja na teret da nije provela standardizirani postupak procjene stanja djeteta dovedenog u čekaonicu i prepoznala teško zdravstveno stanje djeteta i da je već životno ugrožen. Tereti je se da nije obavijestila liječnika, pa je zbog toga, kao i zbog prethodnog neodgovarajućeg postupanja okrivljenih dežurnih liječnica zavoda za hitnu medicinu došlo do daljnjeg pogoršanja zdravstvenog stanja djeteta.

Dijete je, unatoč naknadnom prijevozu i hospitalizaciji u Kliničkom bolničkom centru Split i tamo poduzetom intenzivnom liječenju, uslijed obostrane virusne i bakterijske upale pluća, multifokalne nekroze plućnog tkiva, obostrane upale porebrice, ždrijela, sepse, respiratornog distresnog simptoma, respiratorne insufiencije i septičkog šoka, preminulo 11. prosinca 2018.

Epilog je to slučaja smrti devetogodišnjeg dječaka iz Metkovića, Gabrijela Bebića koji je potresao Hrvatsku. Ako im se na sudu dokaže krivnja četiri medicinske djelatnice, tri liječnice i medicinska sestra mogu biti kažnjene zatvorskom kaznom.

Međutim, odvjetnica Ingrid Barić pojašnjava da nije za kazneni progon liječnika ukoliko pogriješi u dijagnozi ili nema odgovarajućeg aparata za pregled. Ali, imamo situacija kada se liječnici sami izlažu uslijed nemarnog odnosa prema pacijentu.

Pacijenta je potrebno pregledati sa dužnom pažnjom i treba mu se pokušati pomoći-rezolutna je Barić.

- Bez obzira hoće li optužno vijeće potvrditi optužnicu oštećeni roditelji u roku od pet godina mogu podnijeti građansku parnicu za naknadu štete-zaključila je Barić.

Optužno vijeće Općinskog suda u Metkoviću u petak nije donijelo odluku po optužnici protiv četiri medicinske djelatnice, tri liječnice i medicinske sestre, koje se tereti za nesvjesno liječenje devetogodišnjeg dječaka Gabrijela Bebića, koji je preminuo od meningokokne sepse u prosincu 2018. godine. Kako doznajemo, javni dio sjednice optužnog vijeća je zaključen i konačna odluka o prihvaćanju ili neprihvaćanju optužnice donijet će se u ponedjeljak. Riječ je o opsežnom i složenom spisu od 1.404 stranice.

Podsjetimo, nakon provedene istrage Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Metkoviću podiglo je optužnicu protiv četiri hrvatske državljanke (1988., 1989., 1984. i 1972.) zbog počinjenja kaznenog djela protiv zdravlja ljudi nesavjesnim liječenjem iz članka 181. stavak 1. u svezi stavka 4. i stavka 8. Kaznenog zakona.

DORH okrivljenicama stavlja na teret da su tijekom 9. i 10. prosinca 2018. u Metkoviću, u zdravstvenoj ustanovi i kao zdravstvene djelatnice, djetetu (2009.) koje je u više navrata dovedeno u zdravstvenu ustanovu u teškom stanju, upoznate sa tim stanjem i prema simptomima pogoršanjem zdravstvenog stanja djeteta, olako držeći da dijete nije vitalno ugroženo, postupale protivno pravilima medicinske struke.

Prvookrivljenicu i drugookrivljenicu kao dežurne liječnice Zavoda za hitnu medicinu Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije ispostava Metković, tereti se da su propustile adekvatno pregledati dijete i utvrditi ozbiljnost zdravstvenog stanja i životnu ugroženost djeteta. Osim toga nisu primijenile terapiju djelotvornim lijekovima i poduzele daljnje radnje za hitno medicinsko zbrinjavanje djeteta u Klinički bolnički centar Split na daljnje pretrage i hospitalizaciju te su dijete vratile na kućno liječenje.

Također četvrtookrivljenica je 10. prosinca 2018., odbila pregledati dijete i oca djeteta uputila da dijete odvede kod pedijatra te istog dana, nakon postavljene dijagnoze i prepoznavanja životne ugroženosti, prilikom medicinskog zbrinjavanja djeteta propustila ordinirati odgovarajući lijek. Trećeokrivljenici kao medicinskoj sestri pedijatrijske ordinacije se stavlja na teret da nije provela standardizirani postupak procjene stanja djeteta dovedenog u čekaonicu i prepoznala teško zdravstveno stanje djeteta i da je već životno ugrožen. Tereti je se da nije obavijestila liječnika, pa je zbog toga, kao i zbog prethodnog neodgovarajućeg postupanja okrivljenih dežurnih liječnica zavoda za hitnu medicinu došlo do daljnjeg pogoršanja zdravstvenog stanja djeteta.

Dijete je, unatoč naknadnom prijevozu i hospitalizaciji u Kliničkom bolničkom centru Split i tamo poduzetom intenzivnom liječenju, uslijed obostrane virusne i bakterijske upale pluća, multifokalne nekroze plućnog tkiva, obostrane upale porebrice, ždrijela, sepse, respiratornog distresnog simptoma, respiratorne insufiencije i septičkog šoka, preminulo 11. prosinca 2018.

Epilog je to slučaja smrti devetogodišnjeg dječaka iz Metkovića, Gabrijela Bebića koji je potresao Hrvatsku. Ako im se na sudu dokaže krivnja četiri medicinske djelatnice, tri liječnice i medicinska sestra mogu biti kažnjene zatvorskom kaznom.

Međutim, odvjetnica Ingrid Barić pojašnjava da nije za kazneni progon liječnika ukoliko pogriješi u dijagnozi ili nema odgovarajućeg aparata za pregled. Ali, imamo situacija kada se liječnici sami izlažu uslijed nemarnog odnosa prema pacijentu.

Pacijenta je potrebno pregledati sa dužnom pažnjom i treba mu se pokušati pomoći-rezolutna je Barić.

- Bez obzira hoće li optužno vijeće potvrditi optužnicu oštećeni roditelji u roku od pet godina mogu podnijeti građansku parnicu za naknadu štete-zaključila je Barić.

Optužno vijeće Općinskog suda u Metkoviću u petak nije donijelo odluku po optužnici protiv četiri medicinske djelatnice, tri liječnice i medicinske sestre, koje se tereti za nesvjesno liječenje devetogodišnjeg dječaka Gabrijela Bebića, koji je preminuo od meningokokne sepse u prosincu 2018. godine. Kako doznajemo, javni dio sjednice optužnog vijeća je zaključen i konačna odluka o prihvaćanju ili neprihvaćanju optužnice donijet će se u ponedjeljak. Riječ je o opsežnom i složenom spisu od 1.404 stranice.

Podsjetimo, nakon provedene istrage Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Metkoviću podiglo je optužnicu protiv četiri hrvatske državljanke (1988., 1989., 1984. i 1972.) zbog počinjenja kaznenog djela protiv zdravlja ljudi nesavjesnim liječenjem iz članka 181....
