Kako je zaživjela nastava na daljinu, te što muči učitelje, roditelje i djecu. O tome su U mreži Prvog govorili savjetnik ministrice obrazovanja Marko Košiček, glavna tajnica Sindikata hrvatskih učitelja Ana Tuškan i dr.sc. Ivana Bašić s Odsjeka za anglistiku Filozofskog fakulteta u Zagreba, piše hrt.hr.
Bašić je pohvalila sve kolege i kolegice koji su se uključili u snimanje sadržaja za televiziju jer kako je rekla, to je situacija u kojoj vas gleda cijela nacija i izuzetno je stresno. Kritizirala je preporuku ministarstva za preporučeni broj radnih sati koje bi dijete trebalo provesti učeći na daljinu.
- Meni se ta preporuka čini nerealnom jer ona ide za tim da ide usporedivo vremenu koje djeca pojedinog uzrasta provode u školi. To nije usporedivo jer ovo je koncentrirano samostalno vrijeme gledanja u kompjuter, pisanja, čitanja, slušanja, koje nije usporedivo s nastavom provedenom u učionici gdje ima puno više dvosmjerne komunikacije, praznog hoda u kojem se djeca nasmiju... Po mom mišljenju ovo vrijeme u koncentriranoj nastavi doma bi trebalo biti znatno kraće.
Dodala je i da je najveći izazov odabrati i odmjeriti količinu sadržaja, te da iz razgovora s roditeljima čuje da neki nastavnici ne odustaju od koncepta da prođu cijelo gradimo.
- To je nerealno. Od nečega se treba odustati, treba biti razuman pronaći način kako postići osnovne ishode učenja da bude svrsishodno, primjereno dobi djeteta, a ne gomilati činjenice. Treba puno više vježbe i ponavljanja i ne brzati s gradivom, rekla je.
- Nova situacija je izazovna za sve koji rade u školama, rekla je Tuškan. - Sve što učitelji i profesori rade, rade majčinski ili očinski, prijateljski, profesorski, s puno ljubavi, strpljenja i razumijevanja i uz sve to moraju sagledati stvarnu situaciju, a to je da smo u epidemiji, da neki ljudi razmišljaju o tome kako će platiti račune i nastaviti svoje živote. Učenici su pod velikim stresom i to treba uzeti u obzir.
Košiček je rekao da su se u prvom tjednu borili sa tehničkim problemima, koji su i dalje prisutni, ali u manjem obimu i brže se mogu riješiti. Istaknuo je da je pred Ministarstvom veliki izazov - vrednovanje učenika.
- Bit će ocjenjivanja. Svaki učenik dobit će bar dvije ocjene, ali neće biti klasičnim načinom - pismenim ili usmenim putem. Jedna od ocjena bit će ocjena iz zalaganja, aktivnosti, a druga iz jednog malo složenije projekta zadatka gdje nije cilj provjeriti jel poznaje određenu definiciju, činjenično znanje, već sve što je radio u dužem nekom periodu integrirati u jedan projekt .
Tuškan je rekla da se njoj upute o vrednovanju učenika čine kao da lebde u nekom ružičastom balonom, imune na koronu, potres, situaciju da oba roditelja rade, da neka djeca rade u disfunkcionalnim obiteljima... Smatra da je bitno da se naprave online konzultacije koje će uključivati sve predviđene načine vrednovanja i da se svi i roditelji, učenici i struka, mogu očitovati što misle o tome.
Košiček je rekao da je cilj uputa o vrednovanju potaknuti učenike na rad.
- Kad bi rekli učenicima da ih nitko neće ništa pitati ni ocjenjivati teško da bi ih motivirali na rad. Trebamo ih motivirati, ali ne tako da im stvaramo stres ispitivanjem.
Dodao je i da je ispitivanje iznimka, ukoliko učenik nema dovoljno ocjena ili ima negativnu ocjenu. Naglasak je da kontinuirano rade i da složenijim projektom pokažu što su naučili u nastavi na daljini, rekao je.
- Svaka kriza je prilika. Ova je izbacila na površinu što nas muči, ali i onu u čemu smo dobri. Nastavnici su u štrajku dobili široku potporu javnosti i sad je vrijeme da tu moć iskoriste i naprave stvarne iskorake, jer svi smo zainteresirani za bolje obrazovanje, da reformiramo naš obrazovni sustav da on bude svrsishodan i funkcionira u vremenu u kojem živimo. A situacija u kojoj se nalazimo - najbitnije je da iz nje izađemo zdravi, normalni i ojačani. Ovo je za sve nas jedna velika škola za život, zaključila je Bašić.

Kako je zaživjela nastava na daljinu, te što muči učitelje, roditelje i djecu. O tome su U mreži Prvog govorili savjetnik ministrice obrazovanja Marko Košiček, glavna tajnica Sindikata hrvatskih učitelja Ana Tuškan i dr.sc. Ivana Bašić s Odsjeka za anglistiku Filozofskog fakulteta u Zagreba, piše hrt.hr.
Bašić je pohvalila sve kolege i kolegice koji su se uključili u snimanje sadržaja za televiziju jer kako je rekla, to je situacija u kojoj vas gleda cijela nacija i izuzetno je stresno. Kritizirala je preporuku ministarstva za preporučeni broj radnih sati koje bi dijete trebalo provesti učeći na daljinu.
- Meni se ta preporuka čini nerealnom jer ona ide za tim da ide usporedivo vremenu koje djeca pojedinog uzrasta provode u školi. To nije usporedivo jer ovo je koncentrirano samostalno vrijeme gledanja u kompjuter, pisanja, čitanja, slušanja, koje nije usporedivo s nastavom provedenom u učionici gdje ima puno više dvosmjerne komunikacije, praznog hoda u kojem se djeca nasmiju... Po mom mišljenju ovo vrijeme u koncentriranoj nastavi doma bi trebalo biti znatno kraće.
Dodala je i da je najveći izazov odabrati i odmjeriti količinu sadržaja, te da iz razgovora s roditeljima čuje da neki nastavnici ne odustaju od koncepta da prođu cijelo gradimo.
- To je nerealno. Od nečega se treba odustati, treba biti razuman pronaći način kako postići osnovne ishode učenja da bude svrsishodno, primjereno dobi djeteta, a ne gomilati činjenice. Treba puno više vježbe i ponavljanja i ne brzati s gradivom, rekla je.
- Nova situacija je izazovna za sve koji rade u školama, rekla je Tuškan. - Sve što učitelji i profesori rade, rade majčinski ili očinski, prijateljski, profesorski, s puno ljubavi, strpljenja i razumijevanja i uz sve to moraju sagledati stvarnu situaciju, a to je da smo u epidemiji, da neki ljudi razmišljaju o tome kako će platiti račune i nastaviti svoje živote. Učenici su pod velikim stresom i to treba uzeti u obzir.
Košiček je rekao da su se u prvom tjednu borili sa tehničkim problemima, koji su i dalje prisutni, ali u manjem obimu i brže se mogu riješiti. Istaknuo je da je pred Ministarstvom veliki izazov - vrednovanje učenika.
- Bit će ocjenjivanja. Svaki učenik dobit će bar dvije ocjene, ali neće biti klasičnim načinom - pismenim ili usmenim putem. Jedna od ocjena bit će ocjena iz zalaganja, aktivnosti, a druga iz jednog malo složenije projekta zadatka gdje nije cilj provjeriti jel poznaje određenu definiciju, činjenično znanje, već sve što je radio u dužem nekom periodu integrirati u jedan projekt .
Tuškan je rekla da se njoj upute o vrednovanju učenika čine kao da lebde u nekom ružičastom balonom, imune na koronu, potres, situaciju da oba roditelja rade, da neka djeca rade u disfunkcionalnim obiteljima... Smatra da je bitno da se naprave online konzultacije koje će uključivati sve predviđene načine vrednovanja i da se svi i roditelji, učenici i struka, mogu očitovati što misle o tome.
Košiček je rekao da je cilj uputa o vrednovanju potaknuti učenike na rad.
- Kad bi rekli učenicima da ih nitko neće ništa pitati ni ocjenjivati teško da bi ih motivirali na rad. Trebamo ih motivirati, ali ne tako da im stvaramo stres ispitivanjem.
Dodao je i da je ispitivanje iznimka, ukoliko učenik nema dovoljno ocjena ili ima negativnu ocjenu. Naglasak je da kontinuirano rade i da složenijim projektom pokažu što su naučili u nastavi na daljini, rekao je.
- Svaka kriza je prilika. Ova je izbacila na površinu što nas muči, ali i onu u čemu smo dobri. Nastavnici su u štrajku dobili široku potporu javnosti i sad je vrijeme da tu moć iskoriste i naprave stvarne iskorake, jer svi smo zainteresirani za bolje obrazovanje, da reformiramo naš obrazovni sustav da on bude svrsishodan i funkcionira u vremenu u kojem živimo. A situacija u kojoj se nalazimo - najbitnije je da iz nje izađemo zdravi, normalni i ojačani. Ovo je za sve nas jedna velika škola za život, zaključila je Bašić.
