Zamjenik ravnateljice Klinike za infektivne bolesti "Dr. Fran Mihaljević", dr. Rok Čivljak gostovao je u Dnevniku HRT-a.

Kazao je, između ostalog, kako su liječnici u prvim mjesecima epidemije, dok se nije puno znalo o virusu -  strahovali hoće li oboljelima moći pružiti najbolju skrb. Dodao je kako je medicinskom osoblju treba pomoći da prebrode različite krize, da se osnaže kako bi izdržali sve napore. Čekaju nas, možda - još teža vremena, upozorio je. 

Zabrinjava podatak o 40 posto pozitivnih

Komentirajući podatak da je 40 posto testiranih pozitivno na koronavirus Čivljak je kazao kako se to viđa u epidemijama. Rast i pad tog postotka viđa se i u drugim zemljama, a isto se događa i kod epidemije gripe. Ipak, dodao je - ovaj postotak zabrinjava. 

Fran Mihaljević na maksimumu već tjednima

- U Klinici "Fran Mihaljević" tjednima smo maksimalno popunjeni, u prvom redu na odjelima za odrasle osobe. Puno je manje oboljele djece, pa je pritisak na te odjele nešto manji. Svaki dan primimo novih bolesnika, onoliko koliko ih i otpustimo. U zadnja 24 sata bilo ih je 14. Svi su uglavnom sa srednje teškim i teškim oblikom bolesti. Na mehaničkoj ventilaciji je 17 pacijenata, kazao je Čivljak. 

Kako je preminula osoba u Areni?

- Teško je predvidjeti smrt kod svakog bolesnika, naročito onih starije životne dobi i osoba koje imaju malignu bolest. U trenutku kad nema potrebe za liječenjem u "akutnoj bolnici" jer se bolesniku tamo ne pruža nikakvo aktivno liječenje, procjena je da se ti bolesnici premiještaju u Arenu ili kući, kazao je Rok Čivljak.

"Zdravstveni djelatnici nisu odgovorni za infrastrukturu u kojoj rade"

Komentirajući ponovljene optužbe zbog 9-satnog čekanja na pregled u Klinici Čivljak je kazao kako ne zna detalje tog slučaja jer nije proučio dokumentaciju, ali koliko je mogao čuti i vidjeti - taj podatak nije točan. Međutim, dodao je - "rastužila ga je objava tog podatka u medijima". Pacijent nije čekao devet sati na pregled. On je bio pregledan i bio je u obradi. Obrada je bila završena nakon 3 sata i 45 minuta, naglasio je. 

- Suosjećam sa svim zdravstvenim djelatnicima koji daju više od 100 posto sebe kako bi bolesnicima mogli pružiti najbolji oblik liječenja. Svi naši bolesnici i oni u drugim klinikama, pa i ta gospođa mogla je vidjeti u kakvim uvjetima rade zdravstveni djelatnici. Nije nam svejedno kad ne možemo pružiti optimalnu skrb bolesniku, a pogotovo zdravstveni djelatnici nisu odgovorni za infrastrukturu u kojoj rade, poručio je. 

'Učinak uvedenih mjera trebao bi se vidjeti tek nakon tri do četiri tjedna. Nadam se da ćemo epidemiološku situaciju uspjeti stabilizirati do Božića i smanjiti broj novooboljelih, kazao je u Dnevniku HTV-a infektolog Rok Čivljak.

Zamjenik ravnateljice Klinike za infektivne bolesti "Dr. Fran Mihaljević", dr. Rok Čivljak gostovao je u Dnevniku HRT-a.

Kazao je, između ostalog, kako su liječnici u prvim mjesecima epidemije, dok se nije puno znalo o virusu -  strahovali hoće li oboljelima moći pružiti najbolju skrb. Dodao je kako je medicinskom osoblju treba pomoći da prebrode različite krize, da se osnaže kako bi izdržali sve napore. Čekaju nas, možda - još teža vremena, upozorio je. 

Zabrinjava podatak o 40 posto pozitivnih

Komentirajući podatak da je 40 posto testiranih pozitivno na koronavirus Čivljak je kazao kako se to viđa u epidemijama. Rast i pad tog postotka viđa se i u drugim zemljama, a isto se događa i kod epidemije gripe. Ipak, dodao je - ovaj postotak zabrinjava. 

Fran Mihaljević na maksimumu već tjednima

- U Klinici "Fran Mihaljević" tjednima smo maksimalno popunjeni, u prvom redu na odjelima za odrasle osobe. Puno je manje oboljele djece, pa je pritisak na te odjele nešto manji. Svaki dan primimo novih bolesnika, onoliko koliko ih i otpustimo. U zadnja 24 sata bilo ih je 14. Svi su uglavnom sa srednje teškim i teškim oblikom bolesti. Na mehaničkoj ventilaciji je 17 pacijenata, kazao je Čivljak. 

Kako je preminula osoba u Areni?

- Teško je predvidjeti smrt kod svakog bolesnika, naročito onih starije životne dobi i osoba koje imaju malignu bolest. U trenutku kad nema potrebe za liječenjem u "akutnoj bolnici" jer se bolesniku tamo ne pruža nikakvo aktivno liječenje, procjena je da se ti bolesnici premiještaju u Arenu ili kući, kazao je Rok Čivljak.

"Zdravstveni djelatnici nisu odgovorni za infrastrukturu u kojoj rade"

Komentirajući ponovljene optužbe zbog 9-satnog čekanja na pregled u Klinici Čivljak je kazao kako ne zna detalje tog slučaja jer nije proučio dokumentaciju, ali koliko je mogao čuti i vidjeti - taj podatak nije točan. Međutim, dodao je - "rastužila ga je objava tog podatka u medijima". Pacijent nije čekao devet sati na pregled. On je bio pregledan i bio je u obradi. Obrada je bila završena nakon 3 sata i 45 minuta, naglasio je. 

- Suosjećam sa svim zdravstvenim djelatnicima koji daju više od 100 posto sebe kako bi bolesnicima mogli pružiti najbolji oblik liječenja. Svi naši bolesnici i oni u drugim klinikama, pa i ta gospođa mogla je vidjeti u kakvim uvjetima rade zdravstveni djelatnici. Nije nam svejedno kad ne možemo pružiti optimalnu skrb bolesniku, a pogotovo zdravstveni djelatnici nisu odgovorni za infrastrukturu u kojoj rade, poručio je. 

'Učinak uvedenih mjera trebao bi se vidjeti tek nakon tri do četiri tjedna. Nadam se da ćemo epidemiološku situaciju uspjeti stabilizirati do Božića i smanjiti broj novooboljelih, kazao je u Dnevniku HTV-a infektolog Rok Čivljak.

Zamjenik ravnateljice Klinike za infektivne bolesti "Dr. Fran Mihaljević", dr. Rok Čivljak gostovao je u Dnevniku HRT-a.

Kazao je, između ostalog, kako su liječnici u prvim mjesecima epidemije, dok se nije puno znalo o virusu -  strahovali hoće li oboljelima moći pružiti najbolju skrb. Dodao je kako je medicinskom osoblju treba pomoći da prebrode različite krize, da se osnaže kako bi izdržali sve napore. Čekaju nas, možda - još teža vremena, upozorio je. 

Zabrinjava podatak o 40 posto pozitivnih

Komentirajući podatak da je 40 posto testiranih pozitivno na koronavirus Čivljak je kazao kako se to viđa u epidemijama. Rast i pad tog postotka viđa se i u drugim zemljama, a isto se događa i kod epidemije gripe. Ipak, dodao je - ovaj postotak zabrinjava.
