Nakon 22 dupkom puna registratora ili šest gigabajta memorije, završena je i prezentirana dugo očekivana Studijska dokumentacija projekta izgradnje nove željezničke trase s hrvatskog sjevera do Zagreba, Lepoglavske spojnice. Trasa će ići od Čakovca, preko Varaždina, Lepoglave, Bedekovčine i Zaboka, do Krapine. Cilj je kvalitetno željezničko povezivanje tri županije, Međimurske, Varaždinske i Krapinsko-zagorske sa Zagrebom. Zato je na prezentaciju u Varaždinu, uz domaćina župana Anđelka Stričaka, stigao i zagorski župan Željko Kolar, dok je Matija Posavec poslao zamjenu.
Dokumentacija vrijedna gotovo milijun eura, prvi je veliki korak projekta vrijednog 4,4 milijarde kuna (590 milijuna eura), iznosa koji projekt Pelješkog mosta svrstava u jeftine. Novac će najvećim dijelom stići iz fondova Europske unije.
Za taj će se novac, umjesto dosadašnjih 3,5 sata, od Varaždina do 70 kilometara udaljenog Zagreba, uz tri gradska stajališta (Ivanec, Lepoglava, Zabok) stizati za 50 minuta. Vrijeme putovanja vlakom, izjednačit će se s putovanjem autocestom i time vratiti putnike u danas prazne vlakove. Hrvatska će se uklopiti u europske strategije prometnog razvoja, koje favoriziraju željeznicu kao ekološko prihvatljivi prijevoz.

- Kvalitetnim željezničkom vezom, povećat će se mobilnost putnika u lokalnom putničkom prijevozu. Putnici će u dnevnim migracijama jednostavnije i brže putovati na posao i u školu. Omogućit će se i konkurentnost gospodarstva na sjeveru – rekao je za Jutarnji Marko Car, voditelj projekta.
Tome se nada i varaždinski župan domaćin prezentacije, Anđelko Stričak.
- Sad slijedi procedura, od idejnog rješenja i ishođenja svih dozvola te zatvaranja financijske konstrukcije, što će potrajati. Ali vjerujem da će trasa biti realizirana u idućih deset godina.
Na cijeloj se trasi nalazi devet željezničkih kolodvora i 17 stajališta, a planirana je i izgradnja dva željeznička tunela u duljini pet kilometara te 51 cestovni prijelaz.

Uz izgradnju 23 kilometara nove dionice pruge, Lepoglava-Bedekovčina, modernizirat će se i elektrificirati 92 kilometra željezničke pruge, što će omogućiti brzim vlakovima brzinu od 120 kilometara na sat.
Dosadašnja željeznička trasa, preko Novog Marofa, bila je tek neznatno dulja, ali znatno teža, pa je doći sa sjevera Hrvatske do Zagreba vlakom, bila prava avantura. Na nekim bi se mjestima, osobito od Varaždina do Novog Marofa, preko Varaždin Brega moglo brže pješice nego vlakom. Tu se prugu, kaže Marko Car, nije isplatilo obnavljati.
Projekt obuhvaća i moderniziranje pruge od Zaboka do Krapine, što će put iz Zagreba do srca Zagorja, brzom vlaku skratiti na 40 minuta.
Na kvalitetno povezivanje hrvatskog sjevera sa Zagrebom, čekalo se desetljećima. Samo od kad je bivši varaždinski župan, Radimir Čačić, počeo forsirati Vladu na izgradnju pruge, prošle su četiri godine. Tvrdoglavi župan je na izborima 2017. godine, prugom uvjetovao podršku Reformista Vladi Andreja Plenkovića. Zbog svega je trasa prozvana "Čačićevom prugom". Bivši ministar, potpredsjednik Vlade i župan, svoju je stranku, kaže, baš zbog odugovlačenja s prugom, i izveo iz vladajuće koalicije.

- Studija je trebalo biti gotovo još prije dvije godine, ali je opstruirana. Zato sam od Vlade zatražio da projekt trase Zagreb-Lepoglava-Varaždin-Čakovec izrijekom navede u svom programu. Prvo su odbili, kasnije pristali i takav je program izglasan. Prije tri sam mjeseca osobno razgovarao s Jaspersom, konzultantima Europske komisije. Premijer Plenković i ministar Butković, također, na proslavi su se Dana županije, javno obvezali da će do kraja godine raspisati Javni natječaj za Glavni projekt koji košta 100 milijuna kuna. Da se ne čeka Europska komisija, dogovoreno je da će Vlada tih 100 milijuna kuna dati iz proračuna, a kad projekt prođe, Europska komisija će taj novac vratiti – rekao je za Jutarnji Radimir Čačić.
Željeznica, kaže Čačić, a slaže se i Car, ima jednu veliku manu: projekti traju znatno dulje od političkih mandata pa političarima nisu atraktivni.
- Kad su Mađari gradili prugu od Budimpešte do Rijeke, na vlak se iz grada dolazilo kočijama. Osigurali su tada koridor širine za četiri kolosijeka, koji drži i danas. Još dva bi se, znači, mogla dograditi. A mi kad radimo, ne da radimo ni za 20 sljedećih godina, nego za sljedeće dvije. Željeznica je dugoročna igračka i ako ju ne planirate barem 50 godina unaprijed, bacili ste novac. Na cesti uvijek možete napraviti još jedan kružni tok, pa zaobilazni cestu... i sve je gotovo u mandatu. Zato se željeznica ne uklapa u politiku – kaže Marko Car.
Zagorski župan Željko Kolar, pozdravlja, kaže, odluku ove Vlade da se posveti poboljšanju željezničkog prometa.
- Račan je počeo s izgradnjom autocesta, ova Vlada gradi i modernizira pruge. Nova će trasa biti veliki benefit za zagorsko gospodarstvo - rekao je za Jutarnji Željko Kolar.
Marko Car kaže da je rapidan pad broja putnika sa sjevera u glavni grad, uzrokovao problem s dobivanjem europskih novaca.
– Da bi opravdali prugu, ona mora biti perspektivna, a što trebate dokazati. Metodologija koja se primjenjuje, koristi trend, a naš je izrazito negativan. Iz Zaprešića je za Čakovec 2012. godine otpremljeno 1,8 milijuna putnika, a 2019. 1,2 milijuna. Pola milijuna putnika manje. Pa smo morali uvjeravati da će se trend okrenuti, što nije bilo lako. A, prema prognozama će se 2055. godine putnici ne samo vratiti željeznici, nego će se brojke udvostručiti. Mi smo nacija koja se još uvijek nije iživjela nad autima, tko se vozi vlakom ima status sirotinje. Pa se ljudi voze autima, koliko god da košta i ne smeta im što je to riskantnije. Zato se čvrsto uzdam u kampanju promocije željeznice, bilo da je zbog ekologije ili zagušenja cesta – zaključuje Marko Car.
Kad bi od danas pa do konca projekta sve išlo kao po špagi, prvi bi se putnici vlakom od Varaždina do Zagreba vozili 50 minuta za deset godina.

Nakon 22 dupkom puna registratora ili šest gigabajta memorije, završena je i prezentirana dugo očekivana Studijska dokumentacija projekta izgradnje nove željezničke trase s hrvatskog sjevera do Zagreba, Lepoglavske spojnice. Trasa će ići od Čakovca, preko Varaždina, Lepoglave, Bedekovčine i Zaboka, do Krapine. Cilj je kvalitetno željezničko povezivanje tri županije, Međimurske, Varaždinske i Krapinsko-zagorske sa Zagrebom. Zato je na prezentaciju u Varaždinu, uz domaćina župana Anđelka Stričaka, stigao i zagorski župan Željko Kolar, dok je Matija Posavec poslao zamjenu.
Dokumentacija vrijedna gotovo milijun eura, prvi je veliki korak projekta vrijednog 4,4 milijarde kuna (590 milijuna eura), iznosa koji projekt Pelješkog mosta svrstava u jeftine. Novac će najvećim dijelom stići iz fondova Europske unije.
Za taj će se novac, umjesto dosadašnjih 3,5 sata, od Varaždina do 70 kilometara udaljenog Zagreba, uz tri gradska stajališta (Ivanec, Lepoglava, Zabok) stizati za 50 minuta. Vrijeme putovanja vlakom, izjednačit će se s putovanjem autocestom i time vratiti putnike u danas prazne vlakove. Hrvatska će se uklopiti u europske strategije prometnog razvoja, koje favoriziraju željeznicu kao ekološko prihvatljivi prijevoz.

- Kvalitetnim željezničkom vezom, povećat će se mobilnost putnika u lokalnom putničkom prijevozu. Putnici će u dnevnim migracijama jednostavnije i brže putovati na posao i u školu. Omogućit će se i konkurentnost gospodarstva na sjeveru – rekao je za Jutarnji Marko Car, voditelj projekta.
Tome se nada i varaždinski župan domaćin prezentacije, Anđelko Stričak.
- Sad slijedi procedura, od idejnog rješenja i ishođenja svih dozvola te zatvaranja financijske konstrukcije, što će potrajati. Ali vjerujem da će trasa biti realizirana u idućih deset godina.
Na cijeloj se trasi nalazi devet željezničkih kolodvora i 17 stajališta, a planirana je i izgradnja dva željeznička tunela u duljini pet kilometara te 51 cestovni prijelaz.

Uz izgradnju 23 kilometara nove dionice pruge, Lepoglava-Bedekovčina, modernizirat će se i elektrificirati 92 kilometra željezničke pruge, što će omogućiti brzim vlakovima brzinu od 120 kilometara na sat.
Dosadašnja željeznička trasa, preko Novog Marofa, bila je tek neznatno dulja, ali znatno teža, pa je doći sa sjevera Hrvatske do Zagreba vlakom, bila prava avantura. Na nekim bi se mjestima, osobito od Varaždina do Novog Marofa, preko Varaždin Brega moglo brže pješice nego vlakom. Tu se prugu, kaže Marko Car, nije isplatilo obnavljati.
Projekt obuhvaća i moderniziranje pruge od Zaboka do Krapine, što će put iz Zagreba do srca Zagorja, brzom vlaku skratiti na 40 minuta.
Na kvalitetno povezivanje hrvatskog sjevera sa Zagrebom, čekalo se desetljećima. Samo od kad je bivši varaždinski župan, Radimir Čačić, počeo forsirati Vladu na izgradnju pruge, prošle su četiri godine. Tvrdoglavi župan je na izborima 2017. godine, prugom uvjetovao podršku Reformista Vladi Andreja Plenkovića. Zbog svega je trasa prozvana "Čačićevom prugom". Bivši ministar, potpredsjednik Vlade i župan, svoju je stranku, kaže, baš zbog odugovlačenja s prugom, i izveo iz vladajuće koalicije.

- Studija je trebalo biti gotovo još prije dvije godine, ali je opstruirana. Zato sam od Vlade zatražio da projekt trase Zagreb-Lepoglava-Varaždin-Čakovec izrijekom navede u svom programu. Prvo su odbili, kasnije pristali i takav je program izglasan. Prije tri sam mjeseca osobno razgovarao s Jaspersom, konzultantima Europske komisije. Premijer Plenković i ministar Butković, također, na proslavi su se Dana županije, javno obvezali da će do kraja godine raspisati Javni natječaj za Glavni projekt koji košta 100 milijuna kuna. Da se ne čeka Europska komisija, dogovoreno je da će Vlada tih 100 milijuna kuna dati iz proračuna, a kad projekt prođe, Europska komisija će taj novac vratiti – rekao je za Jutarnji Radimir Čačić.
Željeznica, kaže Čačić, a slaže se i Car, ima jednu veliku manu: projekti traju znatno dulje od političkih mandata pa političarima nisu atraktivni.
- Kad su Mađari gradili prugu od Budimpešte do Rijeke, na vlak se iz grada dolazilo kočijama. Osigurali su tada koridor širine za četiri kolosijeka, koji drži i danas. Još dva bi se, znači, mogla dograditi. A mi kad radimo, ne da radimo ni za 20 sljedećih godina, nego za sljedeće dvije. Željeznica je dugoročna igračka i ako ju ne planirate barem 50 godina unaprijed, bacili ste novac. Na cesti uvijek možete napraviti još jedan kružni tok, pa zaobilazni cestu... i sve je gotovo u mandatu. Zato se željeznica ne uklapa u politiku – kaže Marko Car.
Zagorski župan Željko Kolar, pozdravlja, kaže, odluku ove Vlade da se posveti poboljšanju željezničkog prometa.
- Račan je počeo s izgradnjom autocesta, ova Vlada gradi i modernizira pruge. Nova će trasa biti veliki benefit za zagorsko gospodarstvo - rekao je za Jutarnji Željko Kolar.
Marko Car kaže da je rapidan pad broja putnika sa sjevera u glavni grad, uzrokovao problem s dobivanjem europskih novaca.
– Da bi opravdali prugu, ona mora biti perspektivna, a što trebate dokazati. Metodologija koja se primjenjuje, koristi trend, a naš je izrazito negativan. Iz Zaprešića je za Čakovec 2012. godine otpremljeno 1,8 milijuna putnika, a 2019. 1,2 milijuna. Pola milijuna putnika manje. Pa smo morali uvjeravati da će se trend okrenuti, što nije bilo lako. A, prema prognozama će se 2055. godine putnici ne samo vratiti željeznici, nego će se brojke udvostručiti. Mi smo nacija koja se još uvijek nije iživjela nad autima, tko se vozi vlakom ima status sirotinje. Pa se ljudi voze autima, koliko god da košta i ne smeta im što je to riskantnije. Zato se čvrsto uzdam u kampanju promocije željeznice, bilo da je zbog ekologije ili zagušenja cesta – zaključuje Marko Car.
Kad bi od danas pa do konca projekta sve išlo kao po špagi, prvi bi se putnici vlakom od Varaždina do Zagreba vozili 50 minuta za deset godina.
