Europska komisija predložila je promjene u označavanju karte koronavirusa europskih zemalja. Kod označavanja pojedinih područja bojama, uzele bi se u obzir kombinacija novih slučajeva zaraze i stopa procijepljenosti.

Za putovanja iz područja označenih zelenom bojom ne bi trebalo biti nikakvih ograničenja, dok bi se putovanja iz tamnocrvenih zona trebala obeshrabrivati, a osobe koje bi putovale iz tih područja, a nisu cijepljene niti su preboljele covid-19, morale bi se testirati prije polaska na put i otići u karantenu po dolasku.

Iznimke iz predloženih mjera trebale bi vrijediti za osobe koje žive uz granicu koju dnevno prelaze, za djecu ispod 12 godina te za osobe koje putuju iz bitnih razloga.

"Pristup temeljen na osobi će biti takav da će se zapravo manje ograničavati dolasci, putovanja iz određenih područja, ali će se više voditi računa o svakom pojedinačnom dolasku, o svakoj pojedinačnoj osobi. To ne znači da će ECDC izbaciti kriterij po državama, on će biti u okviru preporuka, vodit će se karta o tome kakva je epidemiološka situacija u pojedinoj državi, s tim da će se te karte izrađivati ne samo prema broju novooboljelih ili broju pozitivnih testova, nego i prema broju osoba koje su cijepljene – kazao je danas šef Stožera i potpredsjednik Vlade Davor Božinović.

Na temelju toga će države biti svrstavane u kategorije od žute do tamnocrvene, a na razini EU će se uvoditi kriterij postotka cijepljenja koji će pokazivati i to kakva je epidemiološka situacija u zemlji članici.

"Državama članicama ostavit će se na njihovu nacionalnu odluku da te države koje imaju visok broj zaraženih, visok postotak pozitivnih među cijepljenjima, znači da same donesu odluku o putovanjima u te ili iz tih zemalja", pojasnio je ministar.  

"Ne bih koristio tezu da građani Hrvatske nisu dobrodošli putovati, države će same donositi odluku. Mi znamo iz iskustva da je bilo situacija kada je Hrvatska bila stavljena na crvenu listu i znamo kako je to završilo s turističkom sezonom 2020. godine", zaključio je Davor Božinović.

Europska komisija predložila je promjene u označavanju karte koronavirusa europskih zemalja. Kod označavanja pojedinih područja bojama, uzele bi se u obzir kombinacija novih slučajeva zaraze i stopa procijepljenosti.

Za putovanja iz područja označenih zelenom bojom ne bi trebalo biti nikakvih ograničenja, dok bi se putovanja iz tamnocrvenih zona trebala obeshrabrivati, a osobe koje bi putovale iz tih područja, a nisu cijepljene niti su preboljele covid-19, morale bi se testirati prije polaska na put i otići u karantenu po dolasku.

Iznimke iz predloženih mjera trebale bi vrijediti za osobe koje žive uz granicu koju dnevno prelaze, za djecu ispod 12 godina te za osobe koje putuju iz bitnih razloga.

"Pristup temeljen na osobi će biti takav da će se zapravo manje ograničavati dolasci, putovanja iz određenih područja, ali će se više voditi računa o svakom pojedinačnom dolasku, o svakoj pojedinačnoj osobi. To ne znači da će ECDC izbaciti kriterij po državama, on će biti u okviru preporuka, vodit će se karta o tome kakva je epidemiološka situacija u pojedinoj državi, s tim da će se te karte izrađivati ne samo prema broju novooboljelih ili broju pozitivnih testova, nego i prema broju osoba koje su cijepljene – kazao je danas šef Stožera i potpredsjednik Vlade Davor Božinović.

Na temelju toga će države biti svrstavane u kategorije od žute do tamnocrvene, a na razini EU će se uvoditi kriterij postotka cijepljenja koji će pokazivati i to kakva je epidemiološka situacija u zemlji članici.

"Državama članicama ostavit će se na njihovu nacionalnu odluku da te države koje imaju visok broj zaraženih, visok postotak pozitivnih među cijepljenjima, znači da same donesu odluku o putovanjima u te ili iz tih zemalja", pojasnio je ministar.  

"Ne bih koristio tezu da građani Hrvatske nisu dobrodošli putovati, države će same donositi odluku. Mi znamo iz iskustva da je bilo situacija kada je Hrvatska bila stavljena na crvenu listu i znamo kako je to završilo s turističkom sezonom 2020. godine", zaključio je Davor Božinović.

Predlaže se nova europska korona karta: za putnike iz tamnocrvenih područja dodatna ograničenja. Iznimke za one koje žive uz granicu i svakodnevno je prelaze

Europska komisija predložila je promjene u označavanju karte koronavirusa europskih zemalja. Kod označavanja pojedinih područja bojama, uzele bi se u obzir kombinacija novih slučajeva zaraze i stopa procijepljenosti.

Za putovanja iz područja označenih zelenom bojom ne bi trebalo biti nikakvih ograničenja, dok bi se putovanja iz tamnocrvenih zona trebala obeshrabrivati, a osobe koje bi putovale iz tih područja, a nisu cijepljene niti su preboljele covid-19, morale bi se testirati prije polaska na put i otići u karantenu po dolasku.

Iznimke iz predloženih mjera trebale bi vrijediti za osobe koje žive uz granicu koju dnevno prelaze, za djecu ispod 12 godina te za osobe koje putuju iz bitnih razloga.
