Ministarstvo poljoprivrede izvijestilo je da poljoprivrednici mogu od ponedjeljka pa sve do sredine svibnja podnositi jedinstveni zahtjev za ukupnu potporu za ovu godinu, vrijednu 490,6 milijuna eura.

Od 6. ožujka do 15. svibnja 2023. u podružnicama Agencije za plaćanja u poljoprivredi, ribarstvu i ruralnom razvoju (APPRRR) može se podnijeti jedinstveni zahtjev za izravne potpore poljoprivredi i IAKS mjere ruralnog razvoja za 2023. godinu, naveli su iz Ministarstva.

Zahtjev korisnici mogu samostalno popuniti u AGRONET-u, nakon čega ga moraju isprintati, vlastoručno potpisati te poštom ili osobno dostaviti u podružnicu APPRRR, a mogu ga podnijeti i elektronički, uz elektronički potpis. Poljoprivrednicima će u 2023. godini za provedbu mjera i intervencija iz ovoga Pravilnika biti na raspolaganju ukupno 490,6 milijuna eura, ističu iz Ministarstva.

Pravilnikom o provedbi izravne potpore poljoprivredi i IAKS mjera ruralnog razvoja za 2023. godinu propisuje se provedba intervencija proizvodno nevezanih izravnih plaćanja i proizvodno vezanih izravnih plaćanja iz Strateškog plana Zajedničke poljoprivredne politike Republike Hrvatske 2023. – 2027., IAKS mjera ruralnog razvoja i mjera državne potpore za iznimno osjetljive sektore iz Programa državne potpore za iznimno osjetljive sektore u poljoprivredi za ovu godinu.

Svim poljoprivrednicima kod ispunjavanja jedinstvenog zahtjeva pomoć će pružati djelatnici Uprave za stručnu podršku razvoju poljoprivrede Ministarstva poljoprivrede (bivša Savjetodavna služba), Agencije za plaćanja i Hrvatske agencije za poljoprivredu i hranu, zaključuje se u priopćenju.

Doduše, ove godine, dolazi velika novost u sustavu isplate poticaja; praćenje aktivnosti na poljoprivrednim površinama. Oni koji dobiju poticaje, bit će nadzirani, točnije - satelitski praćeni, piše HRT.

Svakih pet dana putem satelita stizat će nove snimke. Dosad se kontrolama na terenu moglo provjeriti samo pet posto poljoprivrednih površina, odsad će se moći baš sve. Time se želi stati na kraj onima koji su primali poticaje, a nisu radili ništa.

Kad je ne zabilježi satelit, aktivnost će se morati dokazavati geotagiranim fotografijama. Teže će se pratiti aktivnosti u maslinicima, vinogradima ili, primjerice, nasadima lijeske ili oraha te ispaša na pašnjacima. Tada će u provjeru na teren izaći kontrolori.

Praćenje je već počelo, kao i podnošenje zahtjeva za potporu. Poljoprivrednici pozdravljaju uvođenje većeg nadzora.

Ministarstvo poljoprivrede izvijestilo je da poljoprivrednici mogu od ponedjeljka pa sve do sredine svibnja podnositi jedinstveni zahtjev za ukupnu potporu za ovu godinu, vrijednu 490,6 milijuna eura.

Od 6. ožujka do 15. svibnja 2023. u podružnicama Agencije za plaćanja u poljoprivredi, ribarstvu i ruralnom razvoju (APPRRR) može se podnijeti jedinstveni zahtjev za izravne potpore poljoprivredi i IAKS mjere ruralnog razvoja za 2023. godinu, naveli su iz Ministarstva.

Zahtjev korisnici mogu samostalno popuniti u AGRONET-u, nakon čega ga moraju isprintati, vlastoručno potpisati te poštom ili osobno dostaviti u podružnicu APPRRR, a mogu ga podnijeti i elektronički, uz elektronički potpis. Poljoprivrednicima će u 2023. godini za provedbu mjera i intervencija iz ovoga Pravilnika biti na raspolaganju ukupno 490,6 milijuna eura, ističu iz Ministarstva.

Pravilnikom o provedbi izravne potpore poljoprivredi i IAKS mjera ruralnog razvoja za 2023. godinu propisuje se provedba intervencija proizvodno nevezanih izravnih plaćanja i proizvodno vezanih izravnih plaćanja iz Strateškog plana Zajedničke poljoprivredne politike Republike Hrvatske 2023. – 2027., IAKS mjera ruralnog razvoja i mjera državne potpore za iznimno osjetljive sektore iz Programa državne potpore za iznimno osjetljive sektore u poljoprivredi za ovu godinu.

Svim poljoprivrednicima kod ispunjavanja jedinstvenog zahtjeva pomoć će pružati djelatnici Uprave za stručnu podršku razvoju poljoprivrede Ministarstva poljoprivrede (bivša Savjetodavna služba), Agencije za plaćanja i Hrvatske agencije za poljoprivredu i hranu, zaključuje se u priopćenju.

Doduše, ove godine, dolazi velika novost u sustavu isplate poticaja; praćenje aktivnosti na poljoprivrednim površinama. Oni koji dobiju poticaje, bit će nadzirani, točnije - satelitski praćeni, piše HRT.

Svakih pet dana putem satelita stizat će nove snimke. Dosad se kontrolama na terenu moglo provjeriti samo pet posto poljoprivrednih površina, odsad će se moći baš sve. Time se želi stati na kraj onima koji su primali poticaje, a nisu radili ništa.

Kad je ne zabilježi satelit, aktivnost će se morati dokazavati geotagiranim fotografijama. Teže će se pratiti aktivnosti u maslinicima, vinogradima ili, primjerice, nasadima lijeske ili oraha te ispaša na pašnjacima. Tada će u provjeru na teren izaći kontrolori.

Praćenje je već počelo, kao i podnošenje zahtjeva za potporu. Poljoprivrednici pozdravljaju uvođenje većeg nadzora.
