Prije pet dana uhićen je bivši načelnik riječke Krim-policije Željko Kruneš, kojemu se na teret stavlja kazneno djelo poticanja na teško ubojstvo te oštećenje tuđe stvari, odnosno osobnog automobila i sprječavanja dokazivanja.

Njegovo uhićenje povezano je s Krunešovim navodnim sukobom s riječkom aktivisticom Slavicom Šotom iz neformalne skupine "Pokret otpora – Riječani protiv korupcije", koja je u više navrata godinama tvrdila da joj je Kruneš prijetio ubojstvom unuka. Slučaj je ponovno pobudio medijsku pažnju u ožujku ove godine, nakon emisije "Provjereno" Nove TV, u kojoj je objavljen iskaz Krunešove bivše partnerice. Ona je u lipnju 2015. godina upozorila Slavicu Šotu i njezinu kćer Josipu Novaković kako njezin partner planira ubojstvo Josipine djece, odnosno Slavičinih unuka.

Razlog je, navodno, bio Šotin poslovni prostor koji je bivši načelnik, kako je ona tvrdila, pokušavao priskrbiti za jednog svojeg prijatelja. U kuloarima se proširila priča da je Kruneš za vrijeme učestalih svađa i pucanja te veze 2018. godine policijskim vozilom udario u Mercedes svoje partnerice, a da je štetu od 27 tisuća kuna platila država. Događaj je opisan na način da je službeno vozilo oštećeno u garaži.

Nakon uhićenja Željka Kruneša reagirao je i Sindikat policijskih službenika, točnije njihov predsjednik, koji je na više meritornih adresa (od predsjednika Vlade, predsjednika države, ministra unutarnjih poslova, ravnatelja policije) pa do one najdirektnije, načelnika PU primorsko-goranske Tomislava Dizdara, postavio pitanje: "Je li oštećenje MUP-ova vozila koje je vozio Kruneš plaćeno iz državnog proračuna u iznosu od 27 tisuća kuna?"

Sindikat Dizdara pita i sljedeće: "Kada se događaj zbio i tko je i kada donio odluku o plaćanju popravka službenog vozila MUP-a? Je li Kruneš koristio službeno vozilo MUP-a 24 sata i na temelju čijeg odobrenja, je li popunio Obrazac 4 MUP-a (izvješće o prometnoj nesreći, oštećenju ili otuđenju) koji je svaki policijski službenik dužan popuniti, je li u konkretnom slučaju policija obavila očevid budući da se radilo o službenom vozilu MUP-a i većoj materijalnoj šteti (članak 15. Naputka o načinu uporabe i održavanju vozila MUP-a propisuje da je veća materijalna šteta ona koja je iznad 20.000 kuna), te ako nije, zašto nije?"

Na kraju Sindikat Dizdara direktno pita i sljedeće: "Jeste li pokušali zataškati cijeli događaj ili niste postupali po službenoj dužnosti u okviru svojih ovlasti kako biste zaštitili svoje bliske suradnike i jeste li zbog toga spremni dati ostavku na mjesto načelnika?"

Sindikat je reagirao na osnovi anonimne prijave koju su dobili, i to dva puta sa sličnim dopisom, samo se u prvom baratalo s podatkom o šteti od 16 tisuća kuna, a u drugom se navodi iznos od 27 tisuća kuna.

Odgovor još nisu dobili ni s jedne adrese kojoj su se obratili.

Prije pet dana uhićen je bivši načelnik riječke Krim-policije Željko Kruneš, kojemu se na teret stavlja kazneno djelo poticanja na teško ubojstvo te oštećenje tuđe stvari, odnosno osobnog automobila i sprječavanja dokazivanja.

Njegovo uhićenje povezano je s Krunešovim navodnim sukobom s riječkom aktivisticom Slavicom Šotom iz neformalne skupine "Pokret otpora – Riječani protiv korupcije", koja je u više navrata godinama tvrdila da joj je Kruneš prijetio ubojstvom unuka. Slučaj je ponovno pobudio medijsku pažnju u ožujku ove godine, nakon emisije "Provjereno" Nove TV, u kojoj je objavljen iskaz Krunešove bivše partnerice. Ona je u lipnju 2015. godina upozorila Slavicu Šotu i njezinu kćer Josipu Novaković kako njezin partner planira ubojstvo Josipine djece, odnosno Slavičinih unuka.

Razlog je, navodno, bio Šotin poslovni prostor koji je bivši načelnik, kako je ona tvrdila, pokušavao priskrbiti za jednog svojeg prijatelja. U kuloarima se proširila priča da je Kruneš za vrijeme učestalih svađa i pucanja te veze 2018. godine policijskim vozilom udario u Mercedes svoje partnerice, a da je štetu od 27 tisuća kuna platila država. Događaj je opisan na način da je službeno vozilo oštećeno u garaži.

Nakon uhićenja Željka Kruneša reagirao je i Sindikat policijskih službenika, točnije njihov predsjednik, koji je na više meritornih adresa (od predsjednika Vlade, predsjednika države, ministra unutarnjih poslova, ravnatelja policije) pa do one najdirektnije, načelnika PU primorsko-goranske Tomislava Dizdara, postavio pitanje: "Je li oštećenje MUP-ova vozila koje je vozio Kruneš plaćeno iz državnog proračuna u iznosu od 27 tisuća kuna?"

Sindikat Dizdara pita i sljedeće: "Kada se događaj zbio i tko je i kada donio odluku o plaćanju popravka službenog vozila MUP-a? Je li Kruneš koristio službeno vozilo MUP-a 24 sata i na temelju čijeg odobrenja, je li popunio Obrazac 4 MUP-a (izvješće o prometnoj nesreći, oštećenju ili otuđenju) koji je svaki policijski službenik dužan popuniti, je li u konkretnom slučaju policija obavila očevid budući da se radilo o službenom vozilu MUP-a i većoj materijalnoj šteti (članak 15. Naputka o načinu uporabe i održavanju vozila MUP-a propisuje da je veća materijalna šteta ona koja je iznad 20.000 kuna), te ako nije, zašto nije?"

Na kraju Sindikat Dizdara direktno pita i sljedeće: "Jeste li pokušali zataškati cijeli događaj ili niste postupali po službenoj dužnosti u okviru svojih ovlasti kako biste zaštitili svoje bliske suradnike i jeste li zbog toga spremni dati ostavku na mjesto načelnika?"

Sindikat je reagirao na osnovi anonimne prijave koju su dobili, i to dva puta sa sličnim dopisom, samo se u prvom baratalo s podatkom o šteti od 16 tisuća kuna, a u drugom se navodi iznos od 27 tisuća kuna.

Odgovor još nisu dobili ni s jedne adrese kojoj su se obratili.

Prije pet dana uhićen je bivši načelnik riječke Krim-policije Željko Kruneš, kojemu se na teret stavlja kazneno djelo poticanja na teško ubojstvo te oštećenje tuđe stvari, odnosno osobnog automobila i sprječavanja dokazivanja.

Njegovo uhićenje povezano je s Krunešovim navodnim sukobom s riječkom aktivisticom Slavicom Šotom iz neformalne skupine "Pokret otpora – Riječani protiv korupcije", koja je u više navrata godinama tvrdila da joj je Kruneš prijetio ubojstvom unuka. Slučaj je ponovno pobudio medijsku pažnju u ožujku ove godine, nakon emisije "Provjereno" Nove TV, u kojoj je objavljen iskaz Krunešove bivše partnerice.
