Incident se dogodio potkraj listopada oko 16 sati u Brckovljanima kod Dugog Sela, na benzinskoj postaji kada je 52-godišnji vozač napustio vozilo, a da prethodno nije povukao parkirnu kočnicu zbog čega se njegov automobil zaletio u prostor s plinskim bocama.

Prema presudi, automobil je zadnji dijelom naletio na metalnu ogradu kod agregata za istakanje plina, a vozač je nakon toga napustio mjesto nesreće. Policija ga je pronašla drugi dan u kući u kojoj stanuje, piše Danica.

No policajci su vidjeli kako je riječ o njihovu starom znancu kojem je vozačka dozvola poništena zbog prikupljenih 12 negativnih prekršajnih bodova, pa mora opet polagati vozački. Sud do 52-+godišnjaka nije mogao doći pa je presuda donesena bez njega, piše Danica.hr

Pobjegao

Ključan je bio iskaz policajca koji je naveo kako su dobili dojavu da je tog dana došlo do prometne nesreće na benzinskoj postaji u Brckovljanima. Zaposlenica postaje ispričala je što se dogodilo.

“Taj vozač parkirao je auto i otišao u trgovinu benzinske. U jednom trenutku vidjela sam da automobil sam kreće prema plinskim bocama te sam se izmaknula, a vozilo je zadnjim dijelom udarilo u metalnu konstrukciju prostora gdje su se nalazile plinske boce.

Muškarac je potom došao do auta i krenuo je sjesti za volan, a ja sam mu rekla da ne može napustiti mjesto jer je oštetio prostor s plinskim bocama. Ali, on je to negirao te se automobilom udaljio u nepoznatom smjeru”, rekla je.

Vozač je policiji kasnije rekao da je vozilo ostavio ispred benzinske pumpe te otišao kupiti cigarete. “Kad sam se okrenuo, vidio sam da je automobil krenuo unatrag prema spremištu za plinske boce. Došao sam tamo i vidio da nije nastala nikakva šteta, pa sam otišao”, branio se.

Sutkinja ga je proglasila krivim za više prometnih prekršaja te ga kaznila s ukupno 4.510 eura i 53,54 eura prekršajnih troškova. Presuda je u međuvremenu postala pravomoćna.

Incident se dogodio potkraj listopada oko 16 sati u Brckovljanima kod Dugog Sela, na benzinskoj postaji kada je 52-godišnji vozač napustio vozilo, a da prethodno nije povukao parkirnu kočnicu zbog čega se njegov automobil zaletio u prostor s plinskim bocama.

Prema presudi, automobil je zadnji dijelom naletio na metalnu ogradu kod agregata za istakanje plina, a vozač je nakon toga napustio mjesto nesreće. Policija ga je pronašla drugi dan u kući u kojoj stanuje, piše Danica.

No policajci su vidjeli kako je riječ o njihovu starom znancu kojem je vozačka dozvola poništena zbog prikupljenih 12 negativnih prekršajnih bodova, pa mora opet polagati vozački. Sud do 52-+godišnjaka nije mogao doći pa je presuda donesena bez njega, piše Danica.hr

Pobjegao

Ključan je bio iskaz policajca koji je naveo kako su dobili dojavu da je tog dana došlo do prometne nesreće na benzinskoj postaji u Brckovljanima. Zaposlenica postaje ispričala je što se dogodilo.

“Taj vozač parkirao je auto i otišao u trgovinu benzinske. U jednom trenutku vidjela sam da automobil sam kreće prema plinskim bocama te sam se izmaknula, a vozilo je zadnjim dijelom udarilo u metalnu konstrukciju prostora gdje su se nalazile plinske boce.

Muškarac je potom došao do auta i krenuo je sjesti za volan, a ja sam mu rekla da ne može napustiti mjesto jer je oštetio prostor s plinskim bocama. Ali, on je to negirao te se automobilom udaljio u nepoznatom smjeru”, rekla je.

Vozač je policiji kasnije rekao da je vozilo ostavio ispred benzinske pumpe te otišao kupiti cigarete. “Kad sam se okrenuo, vidio sam da je automobil krenuo unatrag prema spremištu za plinske boce. Došao sam tamo i vidio da nije nastala nikakva šteta, pa sam otišao”, branio se.

Sutkinja ga je proglasila krivim za više prometnih prekršaja te ga kaznila s ukupno 4.510 eura i 53,54 eura prekršajnih troškova. Presuda je u međuvremenu postala pravomoćna.

Parkirao na benzinskoj postaji, nije povukao ručnu, dobio kaznu od 4500 eura

Incident se dogodio potkraj listopada oko 16 sati u Brckovljanima kod Dugog Sela, na benzinskoj postaji kada je 52-godišnji vozač napustio vozilo, a da prethodno nije povukao parkirnu kočnicu zbog čega se njegov automobil zaletio u prostor s plinskim bocama.

Prema presudi, automobil je zadnji dijelom naletio na metalnu ogradu kod agregata za istakanje plina, a vozač je nakon toga napustio mjesto nesreće. Policija ga je pronašla drugi dan u kući u kojoj stanuje, piše Danica.

No policajci su vidjeli kako je riječ o njihovu starom znancu kojem je vozačka dozvola poništena zbog prikupljenih 12 negativnih prekršajnih bodova, pa mora opet polagati vozački. Sud do 52-+godišnjaka nije mogao doći pa je presuda donesena bez njega, piše Danica.hr

Pobjegao

Ključan je bio iskaz policajca koji je naveo kako su dobili dojavu da je tog dana došlo do prometne nesreće na benzinskoj postaji u Brckovljanima. Zaposlenica postaje ispričala je što se dogodilo.

“Taj vozač parkirao je auto i otišao u trgovinu benzinske. U jednom trenutku vidjela sam da automobil sam kreće prema plinskim bocama te sam se izmaknula, a vozilo je zadnjim dijelom udarilo u metalnu konstrukciju prostora gdje su se nalazile plinske boce.

Muškarac je potom došao do auta i krenuo je sjesti za volan, a ja sam mu rekla da ne može napustiti mjesto jer je oštetio prostor s plinskim bocama. Ali, on je to negirao te se automobilom udaljio u nepoznatom smjeru”, rekla je.

Vozač je policiji kasnije rekao da je vozilo ostavio ispred benzinske pumpe te otišao kupiti cigarete. “Kad sam se okrenuo, vidio sam da je automobil krenuo unatrag prema spremištu za plinske boce. Došao sam tamo i vidio da nije nastala nikakva šteta, pa sam otišao”, branio se.

Sutkinja ga je proglasila krivim za više prometnih prekršaja te ga kaznila s ukupno 4.510 eura i 53,54 eura prekršajnih troškova. Presuda je u međuvremenu postala pravomoćna.
