Cijena plina za kućanstva od 1. travnja povećat će se prosječno 78 posto po kilovatsatu ako stopa PDV-a ostane na sadašnjih 25 posto, pokazuje projekcija krajnje cijene plina za kućanstva koju su izračunali stručnjaci Hrvatske energetske regulatorne agencije (HERA), a koju posjeduje Jutarnji list.

S obzirom na to da ministar gospodarstva Tomislav Ćorić već više od mjeseca dana najavljuje kako će u sklopu mjera za ublažavanje energetskog udara na stanovništvo Vlada posegnuti i za mjerom smanjenja PDV-a te da on sigurno neće biti 25%, u HERA-i su postavili tri modela izračuna poskupljenja za kućanstva. Po tom izračunu, ako PDV bude smanjen na 13 posto, poskupljenje će iznositi 60 posto; ako PDV bude smanjen na 5 posto, poskupljenje će iznositi 49 posto; a ako PDV bude potpuno ukinut, povećanje bi iznosilo 42 posto.

U ovom trenutku proizvodna cijena plina na tržištu iznosi 87 eura po megavatsatu i ona će vrijediti do 28. veljače. Od 1. travnja trošak nabave plina trebao bi poskupjeti za 143 posto, odnosno povećati se sa sadašnjih 16,96 eura po megavatsatu na 41,14 eura po megavatsatu.

Sukladno takvim najavama, u HERA-i su izračunali koliko bi cijena plina porasla diljem Hrvatske, od distributera do distributera. Naime, cijene za krajnje korisnike različite su ovisno o distributeru i visini njegovih marži. Temeljem HERA-inih podataka, napravili smo izračun visine poskupljenja za prosječnu obitelj koja se grije i kuha na plin, odnosno troši 15.000 kWh godišnje, u 15 hrvatskih gradova.

Vladine mjere

Takva prosječna obitelj u Hrvatskoj sada godišnje za plin plaća 4950 kuna, a nakon 1. travnja taj trošak bi na godišnjoj razini iznosio 7950 kuna ako bi PDV bio smanjen na 13 posto. Ako bi bio smanjen na nulu, taj trošak bi iznosio 6950 kuna godišnje. To je prosječno povećanje cijena na razini Hrvatske.

Analiza po gradovima pokazuje kako prosječna obitelj na godišnjoj razini plin sada najviše plaća u Rijeci (6150 kuna) te u Splitu, Šibeniku i Zadru (6000 kuna). Nakon 1. travnja, ovisno o smanjenju stope PDV-a na nula posto ili na 13 posto, cijena plina najviše bi porasla u Slavonskom Brodu (69 ili 52 posto), Koprivnici i Kutini (67 ili 50 posto), Bjelovaru (65 ili 48 posto) te Samoboru (64 ili 42 posto). U Zagrebu bi plin poskupio 59 ili 38 posto.

Ovo povećanje cijena izračunato je samo na osnovi najavljivane Vladine mjere smanjenja stope PDV-a. Ministar Ćorić, osim te mjere, najavljuje još neke za socijalno ugrožene. U srijedu je kazao kako se značajan skok cijene plina ne može izbjeći. Prema njegovim riječima, svako nabacivanje brojkama nepotrebno je i neozbiljno. "Plin neće poskupjeti ni pet puta ni 100 posto.

Stagnacija cijena

Cijene bi trebale stagnirati i u jednom trenutku bi trebalo doći do njihova smanjenja. Ono što definitivno utječe i na tu činjenicu jest razrješenje gordijskog čvora vezanog za Sjeverni tok dva", poručio je Ćorić.

Najavio je za početak sljedećeg mjeseca predstavljanje paketa mjera za ublažavanje cijena energenata za kućanstva. Pojedine članice EU već su počele s implementacijom svojih mjera protiv rasta cijena energenata. Stopu PDV-a tako su smanjile Češka, Francuska, Italija i Rumunjska.

U Francuskoj, Italiji, Portugalu i Rumunjskoj tamošnje vlade su intervenirale u maloprodajne cijene njihovim zamrzavanjem ili subvencioniranjem. U Mađarskoj i Sloveniji pak nije došlo do porasta cijene plina. Mađarska ima dovoljno zaliha plina u skladištima te ima potpisan 15-godišnji ugovor s Rusijom o niskoj nabavnoj cijeni plina, piše Jutarnji list.

Cijena plina za kućanstva od 1. travnja povećat će se prosječno 78 posto po kilovatsatu ako stopa PDV-a ostane na sadašnjih 25 posto, pokazuje projekcija krajnje cijene plina za kućanstva koju su izračunali stručnjaci Hrvatske energetske regulatorne agencije (HERA), a koju posjeduje Jutarnji list.

S obzirom na to da ministar gospodarstva Tomislav Ćorić već više od mjeseca dana najavljuje kako će u sklopu mjera za ublažavanje energetskog udara na stanovništvo Vlada posegnuti i za mjerom smanjenja PDV-a te da on sigurno neće biti 25%, u HERA-i su postavili tri modela izračuna poskupljenja za kućanstva. Po tom izračunu, ako PDV bude smanjen na 13 posto, poskupljenje će iznositi 60 posto; ako PDV bude smanjen na 5 posto, poskupljenje će iznositi 49 posto; a ako PDV bude potpuno ukinut, povećanje bi iznosilo 42 posto.

U ovom trenutku proizvodna cijena plina na tržištu iznosi 87 eura po megavatsatu i ona će vrijediti do 28. veljače. Od 1. travnja trošak nabave plina trebao bi poskupjeti za 143 posto, odnosno povećati se sa sadašnjih 16,96 eura po megavatsatu na 41,14 eura po megavatsatu.

Sukladno takvim najavama, u HERA-i su izračunali koliko bi cijena plina porasla diljem Hrvatske, od distributera do distributera. Naime, cijene za krajnje korisnike različite su ovisno o distributeru i visini njegovih marži. Temeljem HERA-inih podataka, napravili smo izračun visine poskupljenja za prosječnu obitelj koja se grije i kuha na plin, odnosno troši 15.000 kWh godišnje, u 15 hrvatskih gradova.

Vladine mjere

Takva prosječna obitelj u Hrvatskoj sada godišnje za plin plaća 4950 kuna, a nakon 1. travnja taj trošak bi na godišnjoj razini iznosio 7950 kuna ako bi PDV bio smanjen na 13 posto. Ako bi bio smanjen na nulu, taj trošak bi iznosio 6950 kuna godišnje. To je prosječno povećanje cijena na razini Hrvatske.

Analiza po gradovima pokazuje kako prosječna obitelj na godišnjoj razini plin sada najviše plaća u Rijeci (6150 kuna) te u Splitu, Šibeniku i Zadru (6000 kuna). Nakon 1. travnja, ovisno o smanjenju stope PDV-a na nula posto ili na 13 posto, cijena plina najviše bi porasla u Slavonskom Brodu (69 ili 52 posto), Koprivnici i Kutini (67 ili 50 posto), Bjelovaru (65 ili 48 posto) te Samoboru (64 ili 42 posto). U Zagrebu bi plin poskupio 59 ili 38 posto.

Ovo povećanje cijena izračunato je samo na osnovi najavljivane Vladine mjere smanjenja stope PDV-a. Ministar Ćorić, osim te mjere, najavljuje još neke za socijalno ugrožene. U srijedu je kazao kako se značajan skok cijene plina ne može izbjeći. Prema njegovim riječima, svako nabacivanje brojkama nepotrebno je i neozbiljno. "Plin neće poskupjeti ni pet puta ni 100 posto.

Stagnacija cijena

Cijene bi trebale stagnirati i u jednom trenutku bi trebalo doći do njihova smanjenja. Ono što definitivno utječe i na tu činjenicu jest razrješenje gordijskog čvora vezanog za Sjeverni tok dva", poručio je Ćorić.

Najavio je za početak sljedećeg mjeseca predstavljanje paketa mjera za ublažavanje cijena energenata za kućanstva. Pojedine članice EU već su počele s implementacijom svojih mjera protiv rasta cijena energenata. Stopu PDV-a tako su smanjile Češka, Francuska, Italija i Rumunjska.

U Francuskoj, Italiji, Portugalu i Rumunjskoj tamošnje vlade su intervenirale u maloprodajne cijene njihovim zamrzavanjem ili subvencioniranjem. U Mađarskoj i Sloveniji pak nije došlo do porasta cijene plina. Mađarska ima dovoljno zaliha plina u skladištima te ima potpisan 15-godišnji ugovor s Rusijom o niskoj nabavnoj cijeni plina, piše Jutarnji list.

Cijena plina za kućanstva od 1. travnja povećat će se prosječno 78 posto po kilovatsatu ako stopa PDV-a ostane na sadašnjih 25 posto, pokazuje projekcija krajnje cijene plina za kućanstva koju su izračunali stručnjaci Hrvatske energetske regulatorne agencije (HERA), a koju posjeduje Jutarnji list.

S obzirom na to da ministar gospodarstva Tomislav Ćorić već više od mjeseca dana najavljuje kako će u sklopu mjera za ublažavanje energetskog udara na stanovništvo Vlada posegnuti i za mjerom smanjenja PDV-a te da on sigurno neće biti 25%, u HERA-i su postavili tri modela izračuna poskupljenja za kućanstva. Po tom izračunu, ako PDV bude smanjen na 13 posto, poskupljenje će iznositi 60 posto; ako PDV bude smanjen na 5 posto, poskupljenje će iznositi 49 posto; a ako PDV bude...
