Osamdesetogodišnji Nino Kernjus, vlasnik poznatog istarskog restorana Astarea, nalazio se u samoizolaciji. Nije imao simptome, ali je postojala mogućnost da je bio u kontaktu sa osobom zaraženom koronavirusom. U utorak je dobio blage simptome, pa je Kernjusu predloženo da ga hospitaliziraju u Općoj bolnici Pula. No, on je to odbio. Preko noći je došlo do pogoršanja. I potom je Kernjus preminuo.

Tu je verziju ispričao Aleksandar Stojanović, ravnatelj Zavoda za javno zdravstvo Istarske županije.

Obitelj preminulog tvrdi pak da su se stvari odvijale potpuno drukčije. Njihovu zajedničku izjavu Glasu Istre u kojoj su detaljnu opisali čitavu kronologiju ovoga slučaja prenosimo u cijelosti.

- Nino, stariji čovjek, ali zdrav do prije nekoliko dana, počeo se osjećati loše u ponedjeljak ujutro. Temperatura je bila oko 38 stupnjeva i naš liječnik opće prakse u Poreču rekao nam je da se obratimo dežurnom epidemiologu u Umagu. Odmah smo ga kontaktirali i dobili smo odgovor da se pričeka jedan dan ako će se stanje pogoršati te da uzme antipiretik.

Sutradan se situacija pogoršala pa smo nazvali epidemiologa iz Umaga koji nam je rekao kako u tim slučajevima ništa ne mogu učiniti jer moraju doći iz Pule, preuzeti bolesnu osobu, odvesti je u Pulu da napravi bris i onda ga vratiti ponovno kući.

Nismo mogli vjerovati ovoj tvrdnji, ali nije nam preostalo ništa drugo nego čekati hitnu pomoć. Liječnik nam je rekao da će doći isti dan (utorak) oko 10 sati ujutro, tj. drugi dan od našeg prvog poziva i tako smo pripremili Nina za preuzimanje, ali oko 12 sati stigao je telefonski poziv da nas obavijeste da zbog nedostatka vremena neće moći doći iz Pule i da će liječnik iz Umaga doći u kućnu posjetu kako bi uzeo bris oko 14-15.

No, oko 14.30 stigao je telefonski poziv da zbog nedostatka vremena sve odgađaju za sljedeći dan.

Te noći Ninu se stanje naglo pogoršalo, više nije mogao disati. Nazvala nas je Alma, njegova supruga i rekla nam da požurimo jer je situacija bila ozbiljna.

Nazvali smo hitnu pomoć i obavijestili o našoj sumnji na COVID-19. Nažalost, ovu sumnju imali smo od samog početka i nikad je nismo skrivali, kao ni spasiocima koji su stigli u kombinezonu i maskama.

Kad je stigla hitna pomoć, već je bilo kasno. Nino se gubio i pokušaji oživljavanja bili su uzaludni. Nismo mislili da će ovako završiti, mislili smo da će ga preuzeti, spojiti na respirator i sve će biti u redu, navode u zajedničkoj izjavi za Glas Istre Emil Kernjus i Keti Visintin, sin i nevjesta preminulog Nina.

Na čitav se slučaj tijekom gostovanja u RTL Direktu u srijedu navečer osvrnuo i ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš.

- Još nisu došli ni rezultati testa ni nalaz obdukcije. Ja ne mogu tvrditi da cijeli sustav dobro funkcionira niti funkcionira li svaka pojedina karika u lancu adekvatno. Odgovoran sam za organizaciju službe i adekvatno postavljanje uvjeta funkcioniranja.  O tim detaljima treba razgovarati.

Svaki pojedini slučaj koji ukazuje na određenu disfunkcionalnost treba sagledati u punom kontekstu. Analizirati sve i eventualno ako postoji neka odgovornost onda nju sankcionirati. Treba vidjeti o čemu se radi -  ustvrdio je Beroš kazavši da ne vjeruje da je uzimanje ili neuzimanje brisa bilo u izravnoj vezi sa nečijom smrti. Druga stvar je da su se pojavile komplikacije.

Kada ga je voditeljica upozorila da je obitelj objavila da se Kernjusu u 24 sata stanje pogoršalo, ministar je odgovorio da „treba vidjeti o čemu se tu točno radi“.

Službena verzija ide ovako.

Osamdesetogodišnji Nino Kernjus, vlasnik poznatog istarskog restorana Astarea, nalazio se u samoizolaciji. Nije imao simptome, ali je postojala mogućnost da je bio u kontaktu sa osobom zaraženom koronavirusom. U utorak je dobio blage simptome, pa je Kernjusu predloženo da ga hospitaliziraju u Općoj bolnici Pula. No, on je to odbio. Preko noći je došlo do pogoršanja. I potom je Kernjus preminuo.

Tu je verziju ispričao Aleksandar Stojanović, ravnatelj Zavoda za javno zdravstvo Istarske županije.

Obitelj preminulog tvrdi pak da su se stvari odvijale potpuno drukčije. Njihovu zajedničku izjavu Glasu Istre u kojoj su detaljnu opisali čitavu kronologiju ovoga slučaja prenosimo u cijelosti.

- Nino, stariji čovjek, ali zdrav do prije nekoliko dana, počeo se osjećati loše u ponedjeljak ujutro. Temperatura je bila oko 38 stupnjeva i naš liječnik opće prakse u Poreču rekao nam je da se obratimo dežurnom epidemiologu u Umagu. Odmah smo ga kontaktirali i dobili smo odgovor da se pričeka jedan dan ako će se stanje pogoršati te da uzme antipiretik.

Sutradan se situacija pogoršala pa smo nazvali epidemiologa iz Umaga koji nam je rekao kako u tim slučajevima ništa ne mogu učiniti jer moraju doći iz Pule, preuzeti bolesnu osobu, odvesti je u Pulu da napravi bris i onda ga vratiti ponovno kući.

Nismo mogli vjerovati ovoj tvrdnji, ali nije nam preostalo ništa drugo nego čekati hitnu pomoć. Liječnik nam je rekao da će doći isti dan (utorak) oko 10 sati ujutro, tj. drugi dan od našeg prvog poziva i tako smo pripremili Nina za preuzimanje, ali oko 12 sati stigao je telefonski poziv da nas obavijeste da zbog nedostatka vremena neće moći doći iz Pule i da će liječnik iz Umaga doći u kućnu posjetu kako bi uzeo bris oko 14-15.

No, oko 14.30 stigao je telefonski poziv da zbog nedostatka vremena sve odgađaju za sljedeći dan.

Te noći Ninu se stanje naglo pogoršalo, više nije mogao disati. Nazvala nas je Alma, njegova supruga i rekla nam da požurimo jer je situacija bila ozbiljna.

Nazvali smo hitnu pomoć i obavijestili o našoj sumnji na COVID-19. Nažalost, ovu sumnju imali smo od samog početka i nikad je nismo skrivali, kao ni spasiocima koji su stigli u kombinezonu i maskama.

Kad je stigla hitna pomoć, već je bilo kasno. Nino se gubio i pokušaji oživljavanja bili su uzaludni. Nismo mislili da će ovako završiti, mislili smo da će ga preuzeti, spojiti na respirator i sve će biti u redu, navode u zajedničkoj izjavi za Glas Istre Emil Kernjus i Keti Visintin, sin i nevjesta preminulog Nina.

Na čitav se slučaj tijekom gostovanja u RTL Direktu u srijedu navečer osvrnuo i ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš.

- Još nisu došli ni rezultati testa ni nalaz obdukcije. Ja ne mogu tvrditi da cijeli sustav dobro funkcionira niti funkcionira li svaka pojedina karika u lancu adekvatno. Odgovoran sam za organizaciju službe i adekvatno postavljanje uvjeta funkcioniranja.  O tim detaljima treba razgovarati.

Svaki pojedini slučaj koji ukazuje na određenu disfunkcionalnost treba sagledati u punom kontekstu. Analizirati sve i eventualno ako postoji neka odgovornost onda nju sankcionirati. Treba vidjeti o čemu se radi -  ustvrdio je Beroš kazavši da ne vjeruje da je uzimanje ili neuzimanje brisa bilo u izravnoj vezi sa nečijom smrti. Druga stvar je da su se pojavile komplikacije.

Kada ga je voditeljica upozorila da je obitelj objavila da se Kernjusu u 24 sata stanje pogoršalo, ministar je odgovorio da „treba vidjeti o čemu se tu točno radi“.

Obitelj muškarca preminulog od koronavirusa: Nije istina da nije htio u bolnicu. Odmah smo zvali epidemiologe, ali rekli su da ne mogu doći po njega

Osamdesetogodišnji Nino Kernjus, vlasnik poznatog istarskog restorana Astarea, nalazio se u samoizolaciji. Nije imao simptome, ali je postojala mogućnost da je bio u kontaktu sa osobom zaraženom koronavirusom. U utorak je dobio blage simptome, pa je Kernjusu predloženo da ga hospitaliziraju u Općoj bolnici Pula. No, on je to odbio. Preko noći je došlo do pogoršanja. I potom je Kernjus preminuo.

Tu je verziju ispričao Aleksandar Stojanović, ravnatelj Zavoda za javno zdravstvo Istarske županije.

Obitelj preminulog tvrdi pak da su se stvari odvijale potpuno drukčije. Njihovu zajedničku izjavu Glasu Istre u kojoj su detaljnu opisali čitavu kronologiju ovoga slučaja prenosimo u cijelosti.
