Devastaciji Cetine nema kraja. Nakon nedavnog sinjskog slučaja, na lokaciji Despotuša kod Glavica, sada smo dobili i omiški, u blizini Pavića mosta, a oba puta riječ je o nasipanju rijeke na najbesprizorniji mogući način.
Čitatelj nam je poslao fotografije koje zapanjuju samo neuke. Svima ostalima, naime, na njima nema ništa čudno. Jer, što bi bilo čudno u činjenici da je netko iskrcao desetak tona zemlje posred rijeke.
Rekli smo, da ne bi bilo zabune, posred rijeke, a ne pored.
Isto tako, ništa čudno nema ni u činjenici da je netko - nepoznat netko - to učinio nekažnjeno. Barem za sada. Jer, čim smo alarmirali nadležne iz županijske ustanove "More i krš", koja brine o zaštićenim krajobrazima, pa tako i o kanjonu Cetine, rečeno nam je da će rendžeri izići na teren.
- Nismo upoznati s ovom devastacijom, no fotografije koje ste nam poslali nedvojbeno pokazuju da se radi o zaštićenom području - kaže nam Domagoj Lažeta, ravnatelj ustanove "More i krš".
Divljaci
Lažeta objašnjava kako čuvari prirode jednom do dva puta tjedno podnose izvještaj o stanju na terenu, a s obzirom na to da o nasipanju Cetine u omiškom zaleđu nisu izvijestili, očito je, veli, riječ o nedjelu koje nije davno počinjeno.
S njime se slažu i građani koji su nas kontaktirali kako bi upozorili na divljački čin protiv rijeke koja je do pojave čovjeka stoljećima nesmetano tekla prema moru. Primijetili su neobično zamućenje vode, pa su otišli uzvodno provjeriti o čemu se radi. Željeli su, međutim, ostati anonimni jer pretpostavljaju kako je divljak netko njihov, odnosno Omišanin koji je predoslovno shvatio sintagmu rodnoga kraja.
- Ljudi misle da je to njihovo, pa se tako i ponašaju - govore nam.
Što je točno ovaj divljak pokušao napraviti, ili što je napravio, nitko ne zna reći, no moglo bi se raditi o nasipu za lakše porinuće raftova. Zapravo, vrlo vjerojatno se o tome radi. Način devastacije navodi baš na takav zaključak. Jedino nije baš najjasnije čemu masivni kameni blokovi...
- Ova rabota još nije gotova, to je sigurno - zaključuju naši sugovornici.
Dok čekamo da nam se javi Domagoj Lažeta i obavijesti nas kako je rabota ipak gotova, zovemo nekoliko vlasnika obrta za rafting. Pokušavamo otkriti komu je od njih, a u Omišu ih je tridesetak legalnih i tko zna koliko ilegalnih, palo napamet na ovaj način sagraditi porinulište.
O imenima ne žele. Svi s(v)e znaju. Zgroženi su, ali ipak tvrde kako ovo nije glavni problem kad je o devastaciji Cetine riječ.
- Naravno da smo užasnuti ovim činom, no nemojmo zaboraviti da je naša obala, konkretno baš na omiškoj i dugoratskoj rivijeri, puna nasipa koji su nepovratno uništili ne samo okoliš, nego i okolnu floru i faunu, pa nitko od toga ne radi dramu - napominju rafteri.
Po njima, najveći neprijatelj slijeva rijeke Cetine je - Hrvatska elektroprivreda.
- HEP je sa svojim branama i centralama najveći štetočina jer ne pušta niti biološki minimum vode niz tok, što mu je i zakonska obveza. O tome, na žalost, svi šute, a ovaj nasip, koliko god sulud i neopravdan bio, sada će završiti u svim medijima - ogorčeno će.

Rendžeri
Evo ga. Zove Lažeta. Rendžeri su obavili svoje.
- Kao što smo i rekli, definitivno je u pitanju devastacija zaštićenog okoliša, i to nasipanjem zemlje u rijeku - javlja prvi čovjek "Mora i krša".
Dodaje kako je sreća u nesreći što u nasipu nema betona, pa će povratak u prvobitno stanje biti lakše izvediv.
- Idućih dana pojačat ćemo nadzor kako bismo otkrili počinitelja, a u ponedjeljak će na teren izići i vodopravna inspekcija te inspektorica zaštite prirode - napominje Lažeta.
Počinitelja očekuje kaznena ili prekršajna prijava prema Zakonu o zaštiti prirode.
- Najčešće podnesemo obje prijave, a Državno odvjetništvo procijeni koju će prihvatiti. U ovom slučaju, moja je procjena, radi se o oštećenju staništa - kaže Lažeta.
Na pitanje što je sa slučajem iz Glavica, gdje je Cetina jednako devastirana kod Despotuše, Lažeta ističe kako je za taj slučaj nadležan vodovodni inspektorat jer nije riječ o zaštićenom području.

Devastaciji Cetine nema kraja. Nakon nedavnog sinjskog slučaja, na lokaciji Despotuša kod Glavica, sada smo dobili i omiški, u blizini Pavića mosta, a oba puta riječ je o nasipanju rijeke na najbesprizorniji mogući način.
Čitatelj nam je poslao fotografije koje zapanjuju samo neuke. Svima ostalima, naime, na njima nema ništa čudno. Jer, što bi bilo čudno u činjenici da je netko iskrcao desetak tona zemlje posred rijeke.
Rekli smo, da ne bi bilo zabune, posred rijeke, a ne pored.
Isto tako, ništa čudno nema ni u činjenici da je netko - nepoznat netko - to učinio nekažnjeno. Barem za sada. Jer, čim smo alarmirali nadležne iz županijske ustanove "More i krš", koja brine o zaštićenim krajobrazima, pa tako i o kanjonu Cetine, rečeno nam je da će rendžeri izići na teren.
- Nismo upoznati s ovom devastacijom, no fotografije koje ste nam poslali nedvojbeno pokazuju da se radi o zaštićenom području - kaže nam Domagoj Lažeta, ravnatelj ustanove "More i krš".
Divljaci
Lažeta objašnjava kako čuvari prirode jednom do dva puta tjedno podnose izvještaj o stanju na terenu, a s obzirom na to da o nasipanju Cetine u omiškom zaleđu nisu izvijestili, očito je, veli, riječ o nedjelu koje nije davno počinjeno.
S njime se slažu i građani koji su nas kontaktirali kako bi upozorili na divljački čin protiv rijeke koja je do pojave čovjeka stoljećima nesmetano tekla prema moru. Primijetili su neobično zamućenje vode, pa su otišli uzvodno provjeriti o čemu se radi. Željeli su, međutim, ostati anonimni jer pretpostavljaju kako je divljak netko njihov, odnosno Omišanin koji je predoslovno shvatio sintagmu rodnoga kraja.
- Ljudi misle da je to njihovo, pa se tako i ponašaju - govore nam.
Što je točno ovaj divljak pokušao napraviti, ili što je napravio, nitko ne zna reći, no moglo bi se raditi o nasipu za lakše porinuće raftova. Zapravo, vrlo vjerojatno se o tome radi. Način devastacije navodi baš na takav zaključak. Jedino nije baš najjasnije čemu masivni kameni blokovi...
- Ova rabota još nije gotova, to je sigurno - zaključuju naši sugovornici.
Dok čekamo da nam se javi Domagoj Lažeta i obavijesti nas kako je rabota ipak gotova, zovemo nekoliko vlasnika obrta za rafting. Pokušavamo otkriti komu je od njih, a u Omišu ih je tridesetak legalnih i tko zna koliko ilegalnih, palo napamet na ovaj način sagraditi porinulište.
O imenima ne žele. Svi s(v)e znaju. Zgroženi su, ali ipak tvrde kako ovo nije glavni problem kad je o devastaciji Cetine riječ.
- Naravno da smo užasnuti ovim činom, no nemojmo zaboraviti da je naša obala, konkretno baš na omiškoj i dugoratskoj rivijeri, puna nasipa koji su nepovratno uništili ne samo okoliš, nego i okolnu floru i faunu, pa nitko od toga ne radi dramu - napominju rafteri.
Po njima, najveći neprijatelj slijeva rijeke Cetine je - Hrvatska elektroprivreda.
- HEP je sa svojim branama i centralama najveći štetočina jer ne pušta niti biološki minimum vode niz tok, što mu je i zakonska obveza. O tome, na žalost, svi šute, a ovaj nasip, koliko god sulud i neopravdan bio, sada će završiti u svim medijima - ogorčeno će.

Rendžeri
Evo ga. Zove Lažeta. Rendžeri su obavili svoje.
- Kao što smo i rekli, definitivno je u pitanju devastacija zaštićenog okoliša, i to nasipanjem zemlje u rijeku - javlja prvi čovjek "Mora i krša".
Dodaje kako je sreća u nesreći što u nasipu nema betona, pa će povratak u prvobitno stanje biti lakše izvediv.
- Idućih dana pojačat ćemo nadzor kako bismo otkrili počinitelja, a u ponedjeljak će na teren izići i vodopravna inspekcija te inspektorica zaštite prirode - napominje Lažeta.
Počinitelja očekuje kaznena ili prekršajna prijava prema Zakonu o zaštiti prirode.
- Najčešće podnesemo obje prijave, a Državno odvjetništvo procijeni koju će prihvatiti. U ovom slučaju, moja je procjena, radi se o oštećenju staništa - kaže Lažeta.
Na pitanje što je sa slučajem iz Glavica, gdje je Cetina jednako devastirana kod Despotuše, Lažeta ističe kako je za taj slučaj nadležan vodovodni inspektorat jer nije riječ o zaštićenom području.
