Klub zastupnika Mosta kritizirao je u srijedu Vladin prijedlog Zakona o strancima, istaknuvši da će negativno utjecati na domaće tržište rada, a pritom je problematičan, nesuvisao i opasan s demografskog i sa stajališta nacionalne sigurnosti.

Nino Raspudić upozorio je da se prijedlog Zakona o strancima ne odnosi samo na zapošljavanje stranaca, tržište i ekonomiju, nego se itekako tiče i demografskih i sigurnosnih pitanja.

Posebno je zanimljivo da prijedlog zakona nije prošao na matičnom Odboru za unutarnju politiku i nacionalnu sigurnost. Možemo li iz toga iščitati da ovakav Zakon predstavlja ugrozu nacionalne sigurnosti u Hrvatskoj, pita Raspudić.

On se zalaže, umjesto ukidanja kvota, za pojednostavljenje i ubrzavanje birokratskih procedura za poslodavce koji angažiraju stranu radnu snagu.

“Ovaj zakon sadrži niz problematičnih članaka, a jedan koji ukazuje na to odakle vjetar puše u političkom, geopolitičkom i ideološkom smislu je članak 91. stavak 4. u kojem se direktno poziva na Marakeški sporazum, koji je višestruko problematičan i tiče se reguliranja ilegalnih migracija, pa mi nije jasno što radi u ovom zakonu", rekao je Raspudić.

Tu se nalazi i svjesno programirana pukotina, koja je i u Marakeškom sporazumu, a tiče se spajanja obitelji, odnosno ne mora se pružiti dokaz o postojanju obiteljskog odnosa, upozorio je.

Što se integracije stranih radnika tiče, problematičnim smatra što ne trebaju dokazivati sredstva za uzdržavanje ni polagati ispit iz hrvatskog jezika i latiničnog pisma.

Ako je netko četiri godine u Hrvatskoj, a ne poznaje jezik ni latinično pismo, kako će uopće biti integriran, pitao je dodavši kako "ne želimo geta nego da ti ljudi da žive s nama, govore naš jezik i da smo jedno društvo".

“Zakon je napisan traljavo, nije prošao Odbor za nacionalnu sigurnost, bez jasnog razloga ukida kvote za zapošljavanje stranaca i stoga ovakav Zakon ne možemo podržati”, poručio je Raspudić.

Zvonimir Troskot ustvrdio je kako je takav zakon samo dodatna potvrda Vladine strategije zbog koje ćemo postati najveći izvoznici mladih na međunarodno tržište rada, jer će veliki priljev stranaca bez kvota srušiti cijenu rada.

Predlaže da se svima koji su prijavljeni na HZZ ponudi posao, a onima koji to odbiju neka se ne isplaćuje naknada i tako rastereti država, a ta sredstva iskoriste kao investicija u mlade. 

Ovakvim je zakonom prevarena i dijaspora jer je njezinim pripadnicima potrebno tri do pet godina da bi se s dokumentacijom uspjeli preseliti u Hrvatsku i pokušati ovdje raditi, dok je ukidanjem kvota strancima preko noći omogućeno da konkuriraju na tržištu rada, kaže Troskot.

Osvrnuo se i na ukidanje moratorija na ovrhe u listopadu, rekavši da je Vlada kontradiktorna jer je ranije govorila da neće uvoditi javne bilježnike dok sada ima sasvim drugu strategiju. U Mostu smatraju da ovrhe ne treba komercijalizirati.

Po modelu Slovenije ili Estonije sustav ovrha treba digitalizirati i prebaciti na sudove, kao i izaći u susret ljudima opterećenima ovrhama tako da se najprije otplaćuje glavnica, čime će se smanjivati administrativni troškovi ovrhe, ali i kamate, rekao je Troskot.

Klub zastupnika Mosta kritizirao je u srijedu Vladin prijedlog Zakona o strancima, istaknuvši da će negativno utjecati na domaće tržište rada, a pritom je problematičan, nesuvisao i opasan s demografskog i sa stajališta nacionalne sigurnosti.

Nino Raspudić upozorio je da se prijedlog Zakona o strancima ne odnosi samo na zapošljavanje stranaca, tržište i ekonomiju, nego se itekako tiče i demografskih i sigurnosnih pitanja.

Posebno je zanimljivo da prijedlog zakona nije prošao na matičnom Odboru za unutarnju politiku i nacionalnu sigurnost. Možemo li iz toga iščitati da ovakav Zakon predstavlja ugrozu nacionalne sigurnosti u Hrvatskoj, pita Raspudić.

On se zalaže, umjesto ukidanja kvota, za pojednostavljenje i ubrzavanje birokratskih procedura za poslodavce koji angažiraju stranu radnu snagu.

“Ovaj zakon sadrži niz problematičnih članaka, a jedan koji ukazuje na to odakle vjetar puše u političkom, geopolitičkom i ideološkom smislu je članak 91. stavak 4. u kojem se direktno poziva na Marakeški sporazum, koji je višestruko problematičan i tiče se reguliranja ilegalnih migracija, pa mi nije jasno što radi u ovom zakonu", rekao je Raspudić.

Tu se nalazi i svjesno programirana pukotina, koja je i u Marakeškom sporazumu, a tiče se spajanja obitelji, odnosno ne mora se pružiti dokaz o postojanju obiteljskog odnosa, upozorio je.

Što se integracije stranih radnika tiče, problematičnim smatra što ne trebaju dokazivati sredstva za uzdržavanje ni polagati ispit iz hrvatskog jezika i latiničnog pisma.

Ako je netko četiri godine u Hrvatskoj, a ne poznaje jezik ni latinično pismo, kako će uopće biti integriran, pitao je dodavši kako "ne želimo geta nego da ti ljudi da žive s nama, govore naš jezik i da smo jedno društvo".

“Zakon je napisan traljavo, nije prošao Odbor za nacionalnu sigurnost, bez jasnog razloga ukida kvote za zapošljavanje stranaca i stoga ovakav Zakon ne možemo podržati”, poručio je Raspudić.

Zvonimir Troskot ustvrdio je kako je takav zakon samo dodatna potvrda Vladine strategije zbog koje ćemo postati najveći izvoznici mladih na međunarodno tržište rada, jer će veliki priljev stranaca bez kvota srušiti cijenu rada.

Predlaže da se svima koji su prijavljeni na HZZ ponudi posao, a onima koji to odbiju neka se ne isplaćuje naknada i tako rastereti država, a ta sredstva iskoriste kao investicija u mlade. 

Ovakvim je zakonom prevarena i dijaspora jer je njezinim pripadnicima potrebno tri do pet godina da bi se s dokumentacijom uspjeli preseliti u Hrvatsku i pokušati ovdje raditi, dok je ukidanjem kvota strancima preko noći omogućeno da konkuriraju na tržištu rada, kaže Troskot.

Osvrnuo se i na ukidanje moratorija na ovrhe u listopadu, rekavši da je Vlada kontradiktorna jer je ranije govorila da neće uvoditi javne bilježnike dok sada ima sasvim drugu strategiju. U Mostu smatraju da ovrhe ne treba komercijalizirati.

Po modelu Slovenije ili Estonije sustav ovrha treba digitalizirati i prebaciti na sudove, kao i izaći u susret ljudima opterećenima ovrhama tako da se najprije otplaćuje glavnica, čime će se smanjivati administrativni troškovi ovrhe, ali i kamate, rekao je Troskot.

Nino Raspudić kritizirao Vladin prijedlog Zakona o strancima: Ne želimo geta nego da ti ljudi da žive s nama, govore naš jezik i da smo jedno društvo

Klub zastupnika Mosta kritizirao je u srijedu Vladin prijedlog Zakona o strancima, istaknuvši da će negativno utjecati na domaće tržište rada, a pritom je problematičan, nesuvisao i opasan s demografskog i sa stajališta nacionalne sigurnosti.

Nino Raspudić upozorio je da se prijedlog Zakona o strancima ne odnosi samo na zapošljavanje stranaca, tržište i ekonomiju, nego se itekako tiče i demografskih i sigurnosnih pitanja.

Posebno je zanimljivo da prijedlog zakona nije prošao na matičnom Odboru za unutarnju politiku i nacionalnu sigurnost. Možemo li iz toga iščitati da ovakav Zakon predstavlja ugrozu nacionalne sigurnosti u Hrvatskoj, pita Raspudić.

On se zalaže, umjesto ukidanja kvota, za pojednostavljenje i ubrzavanje birokratskih procedura za poslodavce koji...
