Putnici Ryainaira, konketno njih dvadeset i troje, propustiti su u ponedjeljak let za Zagreb nakon što su ostali zaključani u hodniku londonskog aerodroma Stansted. Po njihovim svjedočenjima, oba kraja prolaza bila su zaključana, a avion je poletio bez njih, ali s njihovom prtljagom. 

Nakon što su se njihovi povici i pokušaji da privuku pažnju osoblja lupanjem po zidovima pokazali uzaludnim, konačno su spašeni kad su aktivirali protivpožarni alarm. Ryanair je poručio da je do incidenta, kojeg su opisali kao žalosnog, dovela ljudska greška, iako je jedan korisnik rekao da nije bilo izvinjenja, prenosi Avaz..

Devina Raval rekla je da su pripreme bile u redu, ali stvari su počele izgledati neobično kada su putnike odveli niz hodnik gdje su čekali petnaest minuta.

- Vrata na prednjem dijelu hodnika bila su zatvorena, čekali smo da se otvore, očekujući da ćemo odande biti odvedeni u avion. Budući da su ljudi počeli paničariti, odlučili smo se vratiti do vrata kroz koja smo prošli i pitati osoblje što je zastoj, ali smo otkrili da su i ta vrata bila zaključana - ispričala je 33-godišnjakinja. "

Ljudi su lupali o zidove dozivajući pomoć, činilo se kao da smo taoci ili tako nešto, dodala je.

- Djeca su plakala i cijelo je mjesto postalo stvarno klaustrofobično. Strah me i pomisliti što bi se dogodilo da je neko doživio srčani udar ili tako nešto - rekla je Devina.

Nakon pola sata, aktiviran je protupožarni alarm, ali Devina je rekla da je osoblje izgledalo iznenađeno kada su vidjeli da su u hodniku. Putnici su tada satima pokušavali shvatiti što se dogodilo. Neke su se porodice, navodno, razdvojile, neki članovi bili su na letu, a drugi su ostali, a najmanje jedna osoba propustila je razgovor za posao.

Ryanair je ovim putnicima osigurao noćenje i premjestio ih na prvi raspoloživi let, koji je bio sljedeći dan u šest ujutro.

- Najgore je što nismo dobili ni izvinjenje, svi su bili apsolutno bijesni - dodala je Devina.

Putnici Ryainaira, konketno njih dvadeset i troje, propustiti su u ponedjeljak let za Zagreb nakon što su ostali zaključani u hodniku londonskog aerodroma Stansted. Po njihovim svjedočenjima, oba kraja prolaza bila su zaključana, a avion je poletio bez njih, ali s njihovom prtljagom. 

Nakon što su se njihovi povici i pokušaji da privuku pažnju osoblja lupanjem po zidovima pokazali uzaludnim, konačno su spašeni kad su aktivirali protivpožarni alarm. Ryanair je poručio da je do incidenta, kojeg su opisali kao žalosnog, dovela ljudska greška, iako je jedan korisnik rekao da nije bilo izvinjenja, prenosi Avaz..

Devina Raval rekla je da su pripreme bile u redu, ali stvari su počele izgledati neobično kada su putnike odveli niz hodnik gdje su čekali petnaest minuta.

- Vrata na prednjem dijelu hodnika bila su zatvorena, čekali smo da se otvore, očekujući da ćemo odande biti odvedeni u avion. Budući da su ljudi počeli paničariti, odlučili smo se vratiti do vrata kroz koja smo prošli i pitati osoblje što je zastoj, ali smo otkrili da su i ta vrata bila zaključana - ispričala je 33-godišnjakinja. "

Ljudi su lupali o zidove dozivajući pomoć, činilo se kao da smo taoci ili tako nešto, dodala je.

- Djeca su plakala i cijelo je mjesto postalo stvarno klaustrofobično. Strah me i pomisliti što bi se dogodilo da je neko doživio srčani udar ili tako nešto - rekla je Devina.

Nakon pola sata, aktiviran je protupožarni alarm, ali Devina je rekla da je osoblje izgledalo iznenađeno kada su vidjeli da su u hodniku. Putnici su tada satima pokušavali shvatiti što se dogodilo. Neke su se porodice, navodno, razdvojile, neki članovi bili su na letu, a drugi su ostali, a najmanje jedna osoba propustila je razgovor za posao.

Ryanair je ovim putnicima osigurao noćenje i premjestio ih na prvi raspoloživi let, koji je bio sljedeći dan u šest ujutro.

- Najgore je što nismo dobili ni izvinjenje, svi su bili apsolutno bijesni - dodala je Devina.

Nevjerojatna greška pri letu za Zagreb: dio putnika ostao zaključan u hodniku i propustio let. Prvo su paničarili, a onda su uzeli stvar u svoje ruke...

Putnici Ryainaira, konketno njih dvadeset i troje, propustiti su u ponedjeljak let za Zagreb nakon što su ostali zaključani u hodniku londonskog aerodroma Stansted. Po njihovim svjedočenjima, oba kraja prolaza bila su zaključana, a avion je poletio bez njih, ali s njihovom prtljagom. 

Nakon što su se njihovi povici i pokušaji da privuku pažnju osoblja lupanjem po zidovima pokazali uzaludnim, konačno su spašeni kad su aktivirali protivpožarni alarm. Ryanair je poručio da je do incidenta, kojeg su opisali kao žalosnog, dovela ljudska greška, iako je jedan korisnik rekao da nije bilo izvinjenja, prenosi Avaz..

Devina Raval rekla je da su pripreme bile u redu, ali stvari su počele izgledati neobično kada su putnike odveli niz hodnik gdje su čekali petnaest minuta.
