Od 31. kolovoza granična policija naplaćivat će kazne za prekršaje prilikom granične kontrole - piše N1.

“Naime, u nastavku ovog sveobuhvatnog projekta modernizacije i digitalizacije rada prometne policije, policijski službenici su počeli raditi s novom aplikacijom. Pomoću ove aplikacije imaju uvid u evidenciju vozila stranih registracijskih oznaka država izvan Europske unije, a s kojima su vozači počinili prometni prekršaj na području Hrvatske. Prilikom obavljanja granične kontrole, granični će policajci utvrditi vlasnika vozila te kroz navedenu aplikaciju procesuirati prometni prekršaj.

Jednako tako, po dolasku na granični prijelaz, policijski službenici će počiniteljima prekršaja koji nemaju prebivalište ili stalno boravište u Republici Hrvatskoj, a imaju neplaćene kazne za počinjene prekršaje, kroz aplikaciju uručiti obavijest o počinjenom prekršaju, odnosno procesuirati počinjeni prekršaj.

Na ovaj se način se u značajnoj mjeri olakšava procesuiranje prometnih prekršaja počinjenih vozilima registriranim izvan Europske unije, kao i procesuiranje prekršaja za osobe sa prebivalištem ili stalnim boravištem izvan Republike Hrvatske. S druge pak strane počinitelji prekršaja brže i jednostavnije reguliraju neplaćene kazne za počinjenje prekršaje”, stoji u priopćenju MUP-a - piše N1.

Od 31. kolovoza granična policija naplaćivat će kazne za prekršaje prilikom granične kontrole - piše N1.

“Naime, u nastavku ovog sveobuhvatnog projekta modernizacije i digitalizacije rada prometne policije, policijski službenici su počeli raditi s novom aplikacijom. Pomoću ove aplikacije imaju uvid u evidenciju vozila stranih registracijskih oznaka država izvan Europske unije, a s kojima su vozači počinili prometni prekršaj na području Hrvatske. Prilikom obavljanja granične kontrole, granični će policajci utvrditi vlasnika vozila te kroz navedenu aplikaciju procesuirati prometni prekršaj.

Jednako tako, po dolasku na granični prijelaz, policijski službenici će počiniteljima prekršaja koji nemaju prebivalište ili stalno boravište u Republici Hrvatskoj, a imaju neplaćene kazne za počinjene prekršaje, kroz aplikaciju uručiti obavijest o počinjenom prekršaju, odnosno procesuirati počinjeni prekršaj.

Na ovaj se način se u značajnoj mjeri olakšava procesuiranje prometnih prekršaja počinjenih vozilima registriranim izvan Europske unije, kao i procesuiranje prekršaja za osobe sa prebivalištem ili stalnim boravištem izvan Republike Hrvatske. S druge pak strane počinitelji prekršaja brže i jednostavnije reguliraju neplaćene kazne za počinjenje prekršaje”, stoji u priopćenju MUP-a - piše N1.

Od 31. kolovoza granična policija naplaćivat će kazne za prekršaje prilikom granične kontrole - piše N1.

“Naime, u nastavku ovog sveobuhvatnog projekta modernizacije i digitalizacije rada prometne policije, policijski službenici su počeli raditi s novom aplikacijom. Pomoću ove aplikacije imaju uvid u evidenciju vozila stranih registracijskih oznaka država izvan Europske unije, a s kojima su vozači počinili prometni prekršaj na području Hrvatske. Prilikom obavljanja granične kontrole, granični će policajci utvrditi vlasnika vozila te kroz navedenu aplikaciju procesuirati prometni prekršaj.

Jednako tako, po dolasku na granični prijelaz, policijski službenici će počiniteljima prekršaja koji nemaju prebivalište ili stalno boravište u Republici Hrvatskoj, a imaju...
