Ministar mora, prometa i infrastrukture Oleg Butković rekao je u četvrtak da Vlada ne očekuje značajniju promjenu ugovorene cijene Pelješkog mosta i pristupnih cesta, javlja Hina.
Na pitanje je li točno da most poskupljuje za 500 milijuna kuna zbog porasta cijena građevinskog materijala, kako piše današnji Jutarnji list, Butković je odgovorio da je jutros vidio taj članak, no da u Ministarstvo i Hrvatske ceste nisu došle nikakve službene informacije te da je cijena ugovorena prije poskupljenja građevinskog materijala.
- Vidio sam jutros taj članak u Jutarnjem listu, no nikakve službene informacije ni u Ministarstvo i u Hrvatske ceste nisu došle - rekao je Butković.
- Činjenica je da je to problem o kojemu će Vlada donijeti određene odluke zbog povećanja cijena materijala, čelika itd., i došlo je do poremećaja na tržištu, ali što se tiče samog Pelješkog mosta, ono što znam, most je ugovoren davno prije tog poskupljenja tako da nikakve velike iznose u ovom trenutku ne očekujemo ni na mostu ni na pristupnim cestama - istaknuo je.
Novinari su pitali hoće li se i na Pelješki most i pristupne ceste odnositi današnji zaključak Vlade prema kojemu ugovori građevinara s javnih naručiteljima mogu biti korigirani zbog rasta cijena sirovina i građevinskog materijala.
- Zna se točno kada je došlo do povećanja cijena, zna se kada su projekti ugovoreni, i ako je nešto ugovoreno i nabavljeno prije povećanja cijena onda se ne može platiti i priznati to - rekao je Butković. Objasnio je da će prema Vladinom zaključku naručitelj zajedno s izvođačem radova analizirati kada je došlo do povećanja i onda će se sukladno javnoj nabavi se vidjeti hoće li se neke stavke priznati ili ne i platiti više, ali ne više od 10 posto.
Objasnio je i da govori o povećanju cijena koje se drastično dogodilo u zadnjih godinu dana i da se to zato neće reflektirati niti će biti veliki iznos na samom Pelješkom mostu, dodajući i da on ne odlučuje o tome, nego da je to stvar analize.
- Ja ne znam niti sam vidio takav zahtjev, niti mogu govoriti o tom iznosu. Ali uvijek postoje na velikim projektima dodatne stvari koje se mogu dogoditi nepredvidivo, ali kod Pelješkog mosta sigurno neće biti tako drastičnog povećanja iznosa kako pište Jutarnji - ponovio je ministar na inzistiranje novinara da kaže hoće li onda biti ili neće biti poskupljenja mosta.
Komentirao je i most na autoputu kod Jankomiru u Zagrebu, koji se 'ulegnuo', i došlo je vibracija, kazavši da je na to odmah reagirano i zatvoren je promet te je preusmjeren na drugi trak, i sada se nesmetano odvija.
- Naručen je dio koji će stići za 10-ak dana, i do tada će promet ići drugim trakom. To se događa i bit će popravljeno, ali nema opasnosti za promet. Radi se kao i na puno drugih dionica gdje su radovi. U trenutku zatvaranje prometa jest bila gužva, ali se normaliziralo - kazao je Butković.

Ministar mora, prometa i infrastrukture Oleg Butković rekao je u četvrtak da Vlada ne očekuje značajniju promjenu ugovorene cijene Pelješkog mosta i pristupnih cesta, javlja Hina.
Na pitanje je li točno da most poskupljuje za 500 milijuna kuna zbog porasta cijena građevinskog materijala, kako piše današnji Jutarnji list, Butković je odgovorio da je jutros vidio taj članak, no da u Ministarstvo i Hrvatske ceste nisu došle nikakve službene informacije te da je cijena ugovorena prije poskupljenja građevinskog materijala.
- Vidio sam jutros taj članak u Jutarnjem listu, no nikakve službene informacije ni u Ministarstvo i u Hrvatske ceste nisu došle - rekao je Butković.
- Činjenica je da je to problem o kojemu će Vlada donijeti određene odluke zbog povećanja cijena materijala, čelika itd., i došlo je do poremećaja na tržištu, ali što se tiče samog Pelješkog mosta, ono što znam, most je ugovoren davno prije tog poskupljenja tako da nikakve velike iznose u ovom trenutku ne očekujemo ni na mostu ni na pristupnim cestama - istaknuo je.
Novinari su pitali hoće li se i na Pelješki most i pristupne ceste odnositi današnji zaključak Vlade prema kojemu ugovori građevinara s javnih naručiteljima mogu biti korigirani zbog rasta cijena sirovina i građevinskog materijala.
- Zna se točno kada je došlo do povećanja cijena, zna se kada su projekti ugovoreni, i ako je nešto ugovoreno i nabavljeno prije povećanja cijena onda se ne može platiti i priznati to - rekao je Butković. Objasnio je da će prema Vladinom zaključku naručitelj zajedno s izvođačem radova analizirati kada je došlo do povećanja i onda će se sukladno javnoj nabavi se vidjeti hoće li se neke stavke priznati ili ne i platiti više, ali ne više od 10 posto.
Objasnio je i da govori o povećanju cijena koje se drastično dogodilo u zadnjih godinu dana i da se to zato neće reflektirati niti će biti veliki iznos na samom Pelješkom mostu, dodajući i da on ne odlučuje o tome, nego da je to stvar analize.
- Ja ne znam niti sam vidio takav zahtjev, niti mogu govoriti o tom iznosu. Ali uvijek postoje na velikim projektima dodatne stvari koje se mogu dogoditi nepredvidivo, ali kod Pelješkog mosta sigurno neće biti tako drastičnog povećanja iznosa kako pište Jutarnji - ponovio je ministar na inzistiranje novinara da kaže hoće li onda biti ili neće biti poskupljenja mosta.
Komentirao je i most na autoputu kod Jankomiru u Zagrebu, koji se 'ulegnuo', i došlo je vibracija, kazavši da je na to odmah reagirano i zatvoren je promet te je preusmjeren na drugi trak, i sada se nesmetano odvija.
- Naručen je dio koji će stići za 10-ak dana, i do tada će promet ići drugim trakom. To se događa i bit će popravljeno, ali nema opasnosti za promet. Radi se kao i na puno drugih dionica gdje su radovi. U trenutku zatvaranje prometa jest bila gužva, ali se normaliziralo - kazao je Butković.
