Nakon polaganja vijenaca u Dunav, delegacija Srpskog narodnog vijeća, koju su uz predsjednika Vijeća Milorada Pupovca činili još i Boris Milošević, potpredsjednik Vlade Republike Hrvatske, Veran Matić, specijalni izaslanik predsjednika Republike Srbije,
položila je vijenac i na farmi "Ovčara", mjestu torture i zločina nad braniteljima i civilima, deportiranima iz vukovarske bolnice.
Ranije je SNV, podsjetimo, najavio da će u delegaciji koja polaže vijenac u Dunav, biti i državni tajnik Zvonko Milas, a što je izazvalo žestoku reakciju vukovarskog gradonačelnika Ivana Penave.
No, prema navodima glasnogovornika Vlade Marka Milića, nije bilo predviđeno da Milas sudjeluje u polaganju vijenca u Dunav.
"Žao mi je nas koji radimo težak posao, a u teškom poslu radite i greške i zbog tih greški napadaju jednog hrabrog čovjeka, jednog poštenog državnog službenika i dužnosnika", rekao je Pupovac komentirajući vijest da će na polaganju vijenaca srpskim žrtvama biti HDZ-ov državni tajnik.
Upitan hoće li sutra u Škabrnju, Pupovac je rekao da je njegova želja odavno iskazana, još prije 15-16 godina.
"Ponovio sam je više puta, zadnji put nakon komemoracije u Gruborima. Nakon toga sam je ponovio i jučer, ali ja nisam gospodar okolnosti i ne znam razumiju li svi moju želju kako treba i je li moja želja dobrodošla za sve koji će se tamo okupiti. Ukoliko je nekome problem da se pojavim na toj komemoraciji žrtvama ljudi iz mog zavičaja, ljudi koji su dio mojih osjećaja prema mom zavičaju i narodu koji tamo živi, bio katolički ili pravoslavni, bio hrvatski ili srpski; ako postoje oni koje to smeta, ako smatraju da to ne bi bilo dobro, sasvim je sigurno da ću ja poštivati takav stav i da neću nikoga ometati svojom prisutnošću", rekao je Pupovac.
Što se tiče Srba u Vukovaru i njihova odnosa prema komemoraciji i Koloni, to ja nosim na svojim leđima, rekao je Pupovac, poručivši da ne želi podjele u tom gradu. "Neki ljudi u ovom gradu i u ovoj državi ne žele da se to dogodi, ne žele ići ususret takvoj mogućnosti. Oni koji napadaju komemoriranje srpskih žrtava, najdirektnije odbijaju Srbe da komemoraciju prihvate kao svoju i da u njoj sudjeluju otvorenog srca i da nas koji stvaramo pretpostavke da se to dogodi optužuju za licemjerstvo i za igrokaz", rekao je Pupovac.
"Nije meni teško živjeti s etiketama i lažnim optužbama, ali ne znam kako je njima, kako je u njihovim srcima i dušama živjeti s tim što znaju da nije istina, s tim što znaju da odbijaju ljude s tim što se protive da stave cvijeće na grob. U ovom gradu nitko ne smije biti talac ove komemoracije i politike koje to čine niti su pijetetske niti su za mir", poručio je.
Govorio je i potpredsjednik Vlade, Boris Milošević, koji je rekao da je u Vukovar došao s punim poštovanjem prema gradu i svim žrtvama. "Došao sam se pokloniti žrtvama i izraziti poštovanje", rekao je Milošević, dodavši da je važno nastaviti politiku pomirenja i dijaloga, bez podjela.
"Ne bih komentirao poruke iz Grada Vukovara. Nisam Vukovarac i ne znam kako je teško živjeti u Vukovaru. Smatram da ljudima koji žive u ovom gradu treba mir i sigurnost, a politika treba stvoriti pretpostavke za to", poručio je Milošević.
Izrazio je nadu u dijalog između Hrvata i Srba u budućnosti, bez tenzija i sukoba. "Zaključak da se nisu stvorile pretpostavke za ćirilicu u Vukovaru nije stvar samo u ćirilici, nego je to znak da se odnosi nisu napredovali. Ja se nadam da će moj dolazak sutra korak u tom smjeru", rekao je Milošević.
Izaslanik predsjednika Republike Srbije, Aleksandra Vučića, Veran Matić, rekao je da je u Vukovar došao odati počast svim žrtvama.

Nakon polaganja vijenaca u Dunav, delegacija Srpskog narodnog vijeća, koju su uz predsjednika Vijeća Milorada Pupovca činili još i Boris Milošević, potpredsjednik Vlade Republike Hrvatske, Veran Matić, specijalni izaslanik predsjednika Republike Srbije,
položila je vijenac i na farmi "Ovčara", mjestu torture i zločina nad braniteljima i civilima, deportiranima iz vukovarske bolnice.
Ranije je SNV, podsjetimo, najavio da će u delegaciji koja polaže vijenac u Dunav, biti i državni tajnik Zvonko Milas, a što je izazvalo žestoku reakciju vukovarskog gradonačelnika Ivana Penave.
No, prema navodima glasnogovornika Vlade Marka Milića, nije bilo predviđeno da Milas sudjeluje u polaganju vijenca u Dunav.
"Žao mi je nas koji radimo težak posao, a u teškom poslu radite i greške i zbog tih greški napadaju jednog hrabrog čovjeka, jednog poštenog državnog službenika i dužnosnika", rekao je Pupovac komentirajući vijest da će na polaganju vijenaca srpskim žrtvama biti HDZ-ov državni tajnik.
Upitan hoće li sutra u Škabrnju, Pupovac je rekao da je njegova želja odavno iskazana, još prije 15-16 godina.
"Ponovio sam je više puta, zadnji put nakon komemoracije u Gruborima. Nakon toga sam je ponovio i jučer, ali ja nisam gospodar okolnosti i ne znam razumiju li svi moju želju kako treba i je li moja želja dobrodošla za sve koji će se tamo okupiti. Ukoliko je nekome problem da se pojavim na toj komemoraciji žrtvama ljudi iz mog zavičaja, ljudi koji su dio mojih osjećaja prema mom zavičaju i narodu koji tamo živi, bio katolički ili pravoslavni, bio hrvatski ili srpski; ako postoje oni koje to smeta, ako smatraju da to ne bi bilo dobro, sasvim je sigurno da ću ja poštivati takav stav i da neću nikoga ometati svojom prisutnošću", rekao je Pupovac.
Što se tiče Srba u Vukovaru i njihova odnosa prema komemoraciji i Koloni, to ja nosim na svojim leđima, rekao je Pupovac, poručivši da ne želi podjele u tom gradu. "Neki ljudi u ovom gradu i u ovoj državi ne žele da se to dogodi, ne žele ići ususret takvoj mogućnosti. Oni koji napadaju komemoriranje srpskih žrtava, najdirektnije odbijaju Srbe da komemoraciju prihvate kao svoju i da u njoj sudjeluju otvorenog srca i da nas koji stvaramo pretpostavke da se to dogodi optužuju za licemjerstvo i za igrokaz", rekao je Pupovac.
"Nije meni teško živjeti s etiketama i lažnim optužbama, ali ne znam kako je njima, kako je u njihovim srcima i dušama živjeti s tim što znaju da nije istina, s tim što znaju da odbijaju ljude s tim što se protive da stave cvijeće na grob. U ovom gradu nitko ne smije biti talac ove komemoracije i politike koje to čine niti su pijetetske niti su za mir", poručio je.
Govorio je i potpredsjednik Vlade, Boris Milošević, koji je rekao da je u Vukovar došao s punim poštovanjem prema gradu i svim žrtvama. "Došao sam se pokloniti žrtvama i izraziti poštovanje", rekao je Milošević, dodavši da je važno nastaviti politiku pomirenja i dijaloga, bez podjela.
"Ne bih komentirao poruke iz Grada Vukovara. Nisam Vukovarac i ne znam kako je teško živjeti u Vukovaru. Smatram da ljudima koji žive u ovom gradu treba mir i sigurnost, a politika treba stvoriti pretpostavke za to", poručio je Milošević.
Izrazio je nadu u dijalog između Hrvata i Srba u budućnosti, bez tenzija i sukoba. "Zaključak da se nisu stvorile pretpostavke za ćirilicu u Vukovaru nije stvar samo u ćirilici, nego je to znak da se odnosi nisu napredovali. Ja se nadam da će moj dolazak sutra korak u tom smjeru", rekao je Milošević.
Izaslanik predsjednika Republike Srbije, Aleksandra Vučića, Veran Matić, rekao je da je u Vukovar došao odati počast svim žrtvama.
