PDV se u Hrvatskoj obračunava 13 posto na isporuku struje, zašto onda ne smanjite PDV na 13 posto i za isporuku plina?

Tema je bila i još onda aktualna, u ovom trenutku ne mogu ništa konkretno reći da jesmo ili nismo. Dakle, mi imamo svoje određene prioritete u poreznom sustavu u godinama koje slijede pa ćemo vidjeti.

Razmišlja li se o tome?

Uvijek se o svemu razmišlja. Ne bih sada špekulirao zato što se tiče porezne politike za iduću godinu. Nismo imali u planu ništa mijenjati no međutim naravno pratimo što se događa na tržištu, kakve su reperkusije globalnih kretanja na domaće stanovništvo, na naše sugrađane pa sukladno tome uvijek ćemo imati spremne određene odgovore.

U fokusu javnosti proteklih nekoliko dana su kamate na kredite, a nakon izjave guvernera Vujčića da bi rate mogle rasti i 20 posto. I vi ste govorili već da razdoblju povijesno niskih kamatnih stopa dolazi kraj – ok što može učiniti Vlada da ublaži eventualni udar, što treba učiniti HNB?

Proteklih godina svejtkse globane banke su toliko otisnule novca, povećale toliko ponudu novca, da je njena cijena novca toliko pala da je zašla u negativnu sferu. Da li ona može tamo vječno ostati - ne. Odgovor je ne. U nekom trenutku će doći do povećanja refernetnih kamatnih stopa, kada, u kojem roku i kojom dinamikom teško je reći. Prije tri godine smo imali slično pitanje gdje su počele dolaziti najave na globalnoj razini da će doći do referentnih kamatnih stopa. Evo danas još uvijek praktički nisu. 

Što mi možemo učiniti? Morat ću se referirati na prošlo vrijeme 2015. država je platila 12 milijardi kamata iz proračuna. Prošlu godinu, čak i onu kriznu, sedam i pol, dakle 4 i pol miljarde kuna manje kako tereta državnih financija, odnosno poreznih obveznika, tako posredno i neopsredno poduzetnika, a tako i građana. To su koraci gdje država treba ako i bude dolazilo do povećanja referentnih kamatnih stopa utejcati na onaj dio koji možete, a to je dodatno smanjivati premiju rizika. Puno puta sma čuo od nekih naših analitičara kao je država smao i isključivo iskoristila balgodati financijskih tržišta i niskih kamata. Dijelom točno.

S druge strane je referntna kamatna stopa niska, ali premija rizika na Hrvatsku je s neka 3 postotna boda pala na ispod jedan.

Rekli ste i da građanima treba dati potpune informacije – je li guverner dao potpunu informaciju?

Najbolje da njega pitate. Moj je stav da oko takvih stvari kada imate nešto konkretno za reći sa sigurnošću, onda idemo u javnu obajvu. Mislim da i sam guverner pojasnio da su to nekakvi crni scenariji do kojih kada bi eventualno došlo bile bi reprekusije. Mislim da u ovim današnjim okolnostima kojim smo izloženi.

Je li bespotrebno stvorio paniku?

Mislim da oko takve komunikacije trebamo biti vrlo oprezni u najmanju ruku. Mislim što se nas tiče koji smo u javnom prostoru naše izjave moraju biti vrlo nedvosmislene i jasne da se između ostaloga ne stvara panika. Tako da i na ovaj način želim doprinjeti da građane primirimo.

PDV se u Hrvatskoj obračunava 13 posto na isporuku struje, zašto onda ne smanjite PDV na 13 posto i za isporuku plina?

Tema je bila i još onda aktualna, u ovom trenutku ne mogu ništa konkretno reći da jesmo ili nismo. Dakle, mi imamo svoje određene prioritete u poreznom sustavu u godinama koje slijede pa ćemo vidjeti.

Razmišlja li se o tome?

Uvijek se o svemu razmišlja. Ne bih sada špekulirao zato što se tiče porezne politike za iduću godinu. Nismo imali u planu ništa mijenjati no međutim naravno pratimo što se događa na tržištu, kakve su reperkusije globalnih kretanja na domaće stanovništvo, na naše sugrađane pa sukladno tome uvijek ćemo imati spremne određene odgovore.

U fokusu javnosti proteklih nekoliko dana su kamate na kredite, a nakon izjave guvernera Vujčića da bi rate mogle rasti i 20 posto. I vi ste govorili već da razdoblju povijesno niskih kamatnih stopa dolazi kraj – ok što može učiniti Vlada da ublaži eventualni udar, što treba učiniti HNB?

Proteklih godina svejtkse globane banke su toliko otisnule novca, povećale toliko ponudu novca, da je njena cijena novca toliko pala da je zašla u negativnu sferu. Da li ona može tamo vječno ostati - ne. Odgovor je ne. U nekom trenutku će doći do povećanja refernetnih kamatnih stopa, kada, u kojem roku i kojom dinamikom teško je reći. Prije tri godine smo imali slično pitanje gdje su počele dolaziti najave na globalnoj razini da će doći do referentnih kamatnih stopa. Evo danas još uvijek praktički nisu. 

Što mi možemo učiniti? Morat ću se referirati na prošlo vrijeme 2015. država je platila 12 milijardi kamata iz proračuna. Prošlu godinu, čak i onu kriznu, sedam i pol, dakle 4 i pol miljarde kuna manje kako tereta državnih financija, odnosno poreznih obveznika, tako posredno i neopsredno poduzetnika, a tako i građana. To su koraci gdje država treba ako i bude dolazilo do povećanja referentnih kamatnih stopa utejcati na onaj dio koji možete, a to je dodatno smanjivati premiju rizika. Puno puta sma čuo od nekih naših analitičara kao je država smao i isključivo iskoristila balgodati financijskih tržišta i niskih kamata. Dijelom točno.

S druge strane je referntna kamatna stopa niska, ali premija rizika na Hrvatsku je s neka 3 postotna boda pala na ispod jedan.

Rekli ste i da građanima treba dati potpune informacije – je li guverner dao potpunu informaciju?

Najbolje da njega pitate. Moj je stav da oko takvih stvari kada imate nešto konkretno za reći sa sigurnošću, onda idemo u javnu obajvu. Mislim da i sam guverner pojasnio da su to nekakvi crni scenariji do kojih kada bi eventualno došlo bile bi reprekusije. Mislim da u ovim današnjim okolnostima kojim smo izloženi.

Je li bespotrebno stvorio paniku?

Mislim da oko takve komunikacije trebamo biti vrlo oprezni u najmanju ruku. Mislim što se nas tiče koji smo u javnom prostoru naše izjave moraju biti vrlo nedvosmislene i jasne da se između ostaloga ne stvara panika. Tako da i na ovaj način želim doprinjeti da građane primirimo.

PDV se u Hrvatskoj obračunava 13 posto na isporuku struje, zašto onda ne smanjite PDV na 13 posto i za isporuku plina?

Tema je bila i još onda aktualna, u ovom trenutku ne mogu ništa konkretno reći da jesmo ili nismo. Dakle, mi imamo svoje određene prioritete u poreznom sustavu u godinama koje slijede pa ćemo vidjeti.

Razmišlja li se o tome?

Uvijek se o svemu razmišlja. Ne bih sada špekulirao zato što se tiče porezne politike za iduću godinu. Nismo imali u planu ništa mijenjati no međutim naravno pratimo što se događa na tržištu, kakve su reperkusije globalnih kretanja na domaće stanovništvo, na naše sugrađane pa sukladno tome uvijek ćemo imati spremne određene odgovore.
