Bivši ministar Lovro Kušćević ispitan je prošlog petka u splitskom Uskoku koji je protiv njega i još trojice pokrenuo istragu zbog sumnje da je kao općinski načelnik Nerežišća inicirao promjenu prostornog plana i svoju štalu prenamijenio u stambeni prostor te šogoru bespravno omogućio kupnju POS-ova stana.
Kuščevićev odvjetnik Joško Čeh potvrdio je Hini da je Kuščević u Uskoku iznio obranu, no o detaljima ispitivanja nije želio govoriti.
Ni Kuščević, koji je zbog ovog slučaja napustio dužnost ministra uprave i vratio se u saborske klupe, medijima nije želio ništa reći, kao ni Uskok u kojem podsjećaju tek da je protiv Kuščevića 4. rujna pokrenuta istraga.
"O dokaznim radnjama koje se poduzimaju tijekom istrage ne možemo obavještavati javnost budući da je istraga, sukladno zakonskim odredbama, nejavna. Po dovršetku istrage javnost će biti obaviještena o daljnjem postupanju", odgovorili su Hini iz Uskoka.
Uz Kuščevića i njegova šogora Ivice Žuvića pod Uskokovom istragom zbog zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti našli su se i nekadašnji predsjednik Općinskog vijeća Nerežišća Jakša Goića te sadašnji načelnik općine Svemir Obilinović.
Uskok tvrdi da je Kuščević inicirao izmjene prostornog plana od kojih je kasnije jedino on imao koristi.
"Pri tome je za potrebe opravdanja navedenog prijedloga, na njegovo traženje naknadno sastavljen i pisani prijedlog Kluba vijećnika HDZ-HSS u kojem je neistinito prikazan datum nastanka pismena, kao i zaprimanja istog u Općini Nerežišća", tvrdio je Uskok u zahtevu za skidanje Kuščevićeva saborskog imuniteta prije službenog pokretanja istrage 4. rujna.
Procjenjuju da je nezakonitom prenamjenom štale u stambeni prostor Kuščević u konačnici povećao vrijednost vlastite nekretnine za najmanje 60.000 kuna.
Osim toga, iz rezultata policijskih izvida, proizlazi i da je Kuščević kao općinski načelnik s namjerom da svom šogoru omogući kupnju POS-ova stana po povoljnijim uvjetima članovima Povjerenstva zatajio da već ima stan u Splitu te da stoga ne zadovoljava propisane uvjete.
Žuvić u konačnici s Agencijom za pravni promet i posredovanje nekretninama zaključio ugovor o kupnji stana u Nerežišćima i time, samo na razlici kamata, nezakonito zaradio najmanje 17.369 eura, sumnja Uskok.

Bivši ministar Lovro Kušćević ispitan je prošlog petka u splitskom Uskoku koji je protiv njega i još trojice pokrenuo istragu zbog sumnje da je kao općinski načelnik Nerežišća inicirao promjenu prostornog plana i svoju štalu prenamijenio u stambeni prostor te šogoru bespravno omogućio kupnju POS-ova stana.
Kuščevićev odvjetnik Joško Čeh potvrdio je Hini da je Kuščević u Uskoku iznio obranu, no o detaljima ispitivanja nije želio govoriti.
Ni Kuščević, koji je zbog ovog slučaja napustio dužnost ministra uprave i vratio se u saborske klupe, medijima nije želio ništa reći, kao ni Uskok u kojem podsjećaju tek da je protiv Kuščevića 4. rujna pokrenuta istraga.
"O dokaznim radnjama koje se poduzimaju tijekom istrage ne možemo obavještavati javnost budući da je istraga, sukladno zakonskim odredbama, nejavna. Po dovršetku istrage javnost će biti obaviještena o daljnjem postupanju", odgovorili su Hini iz Uskoka.
Uz Kuščevića i njegova šogora Ivice Žuvića pod Uskokovom istragom zbog zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti našli su se i nekadašnji predsjednik Općinskog vijeća Nerežišća Jakša Goića te sadašnji načelnik općine Svemir Obilinović.
Uskok tvrdi da je Kuščević inicirao izmjene prostornog plana od kojih je kasnije jedino on imao koristi.
"Pri tome je za potrebe opravdanja navedenog prijedloga, na njegovo traženje naknadno sastavljen i pisani prijedlog Kluba vijećnika HDZ-HSS u kojem je neistinito prikazan datum nastanka pismena, kao i zaprimanja istog u Općini Nerežišća", tvrdio je Uskok u zahtevu za skidanje Kuščevićeva saborskog imuniteta prije službenog pokretanja istrage 4. rujna.
Procjenjuju da je nezakonitom prenamjenom štale u stambeni prostor Kuščević u konačnici povećao vrijednost vlastite nekretnine za najmanje 60.000 kuna.
Osim toga, iz rezultata policijskih izvida, proizlazi i da je Kuščević kao općinski načelnik s namjerom da svom šogoru omogući kupnju POS-ova stana po povoljnijim uvjetima članovima Povjerenstva zatajio da već ima stan u Splitu te da stoga ne zadovoljava propisane uvjete.
Žuvić u konačnici s Agencijom za pravni promet i posredovanje nekretninama zaključio ugovor o kupnji stana u Nerežišćima i time, samo na razlici kamata, nezakonito zaradio najmanje 17.369 eura, sumnja Uskok.
