- Pa zar nije već dosta tog cirkusa?! Osnovno je pitanje: zašto se ne pozovu profesori brodogradnje, a tri fakulteta imamo, pa da se jednom i konačno ustanovi, da se vidi ima li više ikakva smisla dovršavati te brodove ili ih naprosto treba odbaciti kao loš projekt?! I nisam samo ja to rekao…

Tim nas je riječima probudio Ivan Adum, ugledni brodograđevni inženjer golemog iskustva, reagirajući na nove nastavke trakavice o gradnji ophodnih brodova za flotu Obalne straže Hrvatske ratne mornarice.

Niste mogli tu neslanu kašu ne kušati, danima je na svim portalima i po novinama. U proljetnom dijelu ovogodišnje sezone Tomislav Debeljak je u svoj sraz s Marijom Banožićem, ministrom obrane, uvalio Zorana Milanovića, predsjednika države i vrhovnog zapovjednika Oružanih snaga. Nabacujući možda - jer tko bi znao što sve Tomislav smjera - našeg Super Marija na hitac našem Šestopucu s Pantovčaka!

- Bilo bi zgodno i podsjetiti da smo ih svojedobno upozoravali, Andreja Plenkovića i družinu, otvorenim pismom objavljenim u medijima, da ne srljaju u taj posao, da ne potpisuju ugovor s dokazano nesposobnim brodograditeljem Debeljakom. A sad se čudiju kak picek glisti, kako bi to već rekao mudri i nikada dovoljno pohvaljeni vitez Željko Reiner!

Inženjer Adum referira se na pismo upućeno premijeru još prije tri godine, u kojemu je kritički govorio o stanju u hrvatskoj brodogradnji. Osobito kroz primjer odabira splitskog brodogradilišta, u vlasništvu Tomislava Debeljaka, kao škvera kojemu će Republika Hrvatska povjeriti gradnju flote od pet ophodnih brodova ukupno vrijednih 390 milijuna kuna, čemu je naknadno dodano još 40 milijuna, akonto inflacije.

Podsjetimo, ugovor je potpisan 2014. godine, a do danas je isporučen samo jedan brod, prototip "Omiš".

"Već godinama hrvatska stručna i akademska zajednica upozorava državu na nerazumne i štetne postupke u brodogradnji. Ne, ne govorim napamet. O tome postoje pisani tragovi koji potvrđuju i dokazuju da je vlast o tome bila redovito obavještavana, da ne kažem uzbunjivana. Rezultat? Nikakav, odnosno tragičan: hrvatska brodogradnja propada."

Pasus je to iz Adumova staroga pisma. Evo još jednoga:

"Zašto je i kako je netko (a tko?) u ime građana Hrvatske odlučio naša brodogradilišta doslovno darovati takozvanim strateškim partnerima i pored svih upozorenja struke da tako nešto ne čini, to je zagonetka na koju biste možda Vi znali odgovor. Pa Vam se i zbog toga obraćam. Nije u pitanju samo ekonomska šteta, koja se sada upravo monetizira, naplaćuje protestiranim garancijama. U pitanju je, a to se Vas kao Predsjednika Vlade itekako tiče, ozbiljno narušavanje dugoročnih strateških interesa i ciljeva Hrvatske."

Uglavnom, Adum je tada Plenkoviću napisao da je Debeljaku, osim predavanja Brodosplita, bio obećan i ugovor za ophodne brodove: "Naglašavam, a to nije bilo poznato samo u uskim stručnim krugovima, da Debeljak i njegova grupa nisu imali nikakve reference, niti iskustva u gradnji takvih ili sličnih brodova."

Brodova nema, ima skandala

I pokazalo se da brodova do danas još nema! Ali zato ima skandala! O kojemu smo iscrpno pisali u više navrata i otkrivali što već sve ne: da su brodovi upisani u Lučkoj kapetaniji u Splitu kao da su već gotovi i predani. Da imaju imena "Skradin", "Karlobag", "Opatija" i "Umag". Da im je jedini vlasnik Debeljakovo "Brodogradilište specijalnih objekata", davna "Brodosplitova" tvrtka kći.

Da država nije bila unijela nikakvu zabilješku ili upisala hipoteku na te brodove posebne kategorije, bitne za nacionalnu sigurnost, koje je dobrim dijelom već platila (70 posto ugovorene cijene).

I da je tek nakon naših otkrića odlučila povesti spor protiv same sebe na splitskom Upravnom sudu, tražeći ispravak upisa i uvodeći zabilježbu o sudskom procesu u upisni list, ne bi li spriječila mogućnost prodaje nedovršenih brodova nekome trećemu.

- Debeljak možda misli da će, pišući Milanoviću, kod Plenkovića iznuditi Banožićevu smjenu. Teško! Premijer će braniti svojeg ministra obrane, ne vjerujem da bi ga žrtvovao. Idealan žrtveni jarac u čitavoj priči mogao bi biti upravo Debeljak! I ja bih prije rekao da je Plenković taj koji je pozvao u pomoć Državno odvjetništvo da se uključi u slučaj ophodnih brodova ne bi li tako spasio Banožića - kaže Adum.

Prema njegovim riječima, državi nitko ne brani da u izvadak iz upisnog lista upiše svoja potraživanja u vrijednosti cijene koja je već plaćena za četiri nedovršena broda. Koliko se zna, to je 70 posto.

Vadi se na inflaciju

S druge strane, Debeljak viče da je inflacija požderala sve što je država platila po cijenama iz 2014. godine i da mu danas treba još 120 milijuna kuna za dovršetak brodova.

- Doduše, postoji i neka varijanta koja kaže da bi se sve moglo razvući još godinu dana, dok ne prođu izbori, ali to ćemo još vidjeti. A tko zna i kada će sudska odluka, poslije koje obično idu žalbe… Svakako, vlasti su ignorirale sva upozorenja pa se ništa drukčije od ovog nije ni moglo očekivati, ističe naš sugovornik.

Eto, Arsen bi možda rekao ovako: "Zaludu je govorija ćaća, to je kruv sa sedan kora, puno posla a nikakva plaća, nek ne iđe ko ne mora…"

- Pa zar nije već dosta tog cirkusa?! Osnovno je pitanje: zašto se ne pozovu profesori brodogradnje, a tri fakulteta imamo, pa da se jednom i konačno ustanovi, da se vidi ima li više ikakva smisla dovršavati te brodove ili ih naprosto treba odbaciti kao loš projekt?! I nisam samo ja to rekao…

Tim nas je riječima probudio Ivan Adum, ugledni brodograđevni inženjer golemog iskustva, reagirajući na nove nastavke trakavice o gradnji ophodnih brodova za flotu Obalne straže Hrvatske ratne mornarice.

Niste mogli tu neslanu kašu ne kušati, danima je na svim portalima i po novinama. U proljetnom dijelu ovogodišnje sezone Tomislav Debeljak je u svoj sraz s Marijom Banožićem, ministrom obrane, uvalio Zorana Milanovića, predsjednika države i vrhovnog zapovjednika Oružanih snaga. Nabacujući možda - jer tko bi znao što sve Tomislav smjera - našeg Super Marija na hitac našem Šestopucu s Pantovčaka!

- Bilo bi zgodno i podsjetiti da smo ih svojedobno upozoravali, Andreja Plenkovića i družinu, otvorenim pismom objavljenim u medijima, da ne srljaju u taj posao, da ne potpisuju ugovor s dokazano nesposobnim brodograditeljem Debeljakom. A sad se čudiju kak picek glisti, kako bi to već rekao mudri i nikada dovoljno pohvaljeni vitez Željko Reiner!

Inženjer Adum referira se na pismo upućeno premijeru još prije tri godine, u kojemu je kritički govorio o stanju u hrvatskoj brodogradnji. Osobito kroz primjer odabira splitskog brodogradilišta, u vlasništvu Tomislava Debeljaka, kao škvera kojemu će Republika Hrvatska povjeriti gradnju flote od pet ophodnih brodova ukupno vrijednih 390 milijuna kuna, čemu je naknadno dodano još 40 milijuna, akonto inflacije.

Podsjetimo, ugovor je potpisan 2014. godine, a do danas je isporučen samo jedan brod, prototip "Omiš".

"Već godinama hrvatska stručna i akademska zajednica upozorava državu na nerazumne i štetne postupke u brodogradnji. Ne, ne govorim napamet. O tome postoje pisani tragovi koji potvrđuju i dokazuju da je vlast o tome bila redovito obavještavana, da ne kažem uzbunjivana. Rezultat? Nikakav, odnosno tragičan: hrvatska brodogradnja propada."

Pasus je to iz Adumova staroga pisma. Evo još jednoga:

"Zašto je i kako je netko (a tko?) u ime građana Hrvatske odlučio naša brodogradilišta doslovno darovati takozvanim strateškim partnerima i pored svih upozorenja struke da tako nešto ne čini, to je zagonetka na koju biste možda Vi znali odgovor. Pa Vam se i zbog toga obraćam. Nije u pitanju samo ekonomska šteta, koja se sada upravo monetizira, naplaćuje protestiranim garancijama. U pitanju je, a to se Vas kao Predsjednika Vlade itekako tiče, ozbiljno narušavanje dugoročnih strateških interesa i ciljeva Hrvatske."

Uglavnom, Adum je tada Plenkoviću napisao da je Debeljaku, osim predavanja Brodosplita, bio obećan i ugovor za ophodne brodove: "Naglašavam, a to nije bilo poznato samo u uskim stručnim krugovima, da Debeljak i njegova grupa nisu imali nikakve reference, niti iskustva u gradnji takvih ili sličnih brodova."

Brodova nema, ima skandala

I pokazalo se da brodova do danas još nema! Ali zato ima skandala! O kojemu smo iscrpno pisali u više navrata i otkrivali što već sve ne: da su brodovi upisani u Lučkoj kapetaniji u Splitu kao da su već gotovi i predani. Da imaju imena "Skradin", "Karlobag", "Opatija" i "Umag". Da im je jedini vlasnik Debeljakovo "Brodogradilište specijalnih objekata", davna "Brodosplitova" tvrtka kći.

Da država nije bila unijela nikakvu zabilješku ili upisala hipoteku na te brodove posebne kategorije, bitne za nacionalnu sigurnost, koje je dobrim dijelom već platila (70 posto ugovorene cijene).

I da je tek nakon naših otkrića odlučila povesti spor protiv same sebe na splitskom Upravnom sudu, tražeći ispravak upisa i uvodeći zabilježbu o sudskom procesu u upisni list, ne bi li spriječila mogućnost prodaje nedovršenih brodova nekome trećemu.

- Debeljak možda misli da će, pišući Milanoviću, kod Plenkovića iznuditi Banožićevu smjenu. Teško! Premijer će braniti svojeg ministra obrane, ne vjerujem da bi ga žrtvovao. Idealan žrtveni jarac u čitavoj priči mogao bi biti upravo Debeljak! I ja bih prije rekao da je Plenković taj koji je pozvao u pomoć Državno odvjetništvo da se uključi u slučaj ophodnih brodova ne bi li tako spasio Banožića - kaže Adum.

Prema njegovim riječima, državi nitko ne brani da u izvadak iz upisnog lista upiše svoja potraživanja u vrijednosti cijene koja je već plaćena za četiri nedovršena broda. Koliko se zna, to je 70 posto.

Vadi se na inflaciju

S druge strane, Debeljak viče da je inflacija požderala sve što je država platila po cijenama iz 2014. godine i da mu danas treba još 120 milijuna kuna za dovršetak brodova.

- Doduše, postoji i neka varijanta koja kaže da bi se sve moglo razvući još godinu dana, dok ne prođu izbori, ali to ćemo još vidjeti. A tko zna i kada će sudska odluka, poslije koje obično idu žalbe… Svakako, vlasti su ignorirale sva upozorenja pa se ništa drukčije od ovog nije ni moglo očekivati, ističe naš sugovornik.

Eto, Arsen bi možda rekao ovako: "Zaludu je govorija ćaća, to je kruv sa sedan kora, puno posla a nikakva plaća, nek ne iđe ko ne mora…"
