Iz Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo dr. Andrija Štampar upozoravaju kako bilježimo manju epidemiju hepatitisa A, koji se prenosi putem nečistih ruku.
"Mučnina, proljev, vrućica, opća slabost, bolovi u gornjem dijelu trbuha su neki od najčešćih simptoma. Relativno malen broj adolescenata i djece će i požutjeti, a zaraziti se mogu svi", pojasnio je infektolog Goran Tešović u Dnevniku Nove TV koji dodaje da te bolesti nije bilo dugo u Hrvatskoj te je smanjena imunost.

Tešović je rekao da su brojevi značajno manji u odnosu na 20-30 godina prije, ali nakon 2000. su najveći do sada.
Osvrnuo se i na rotavirus. "Mjesecima traje, valjda je to najveća epidemija otkako ja radim - 32 godine. Svakoga dana primamo gomilu djece. To je vjerojatno jer su epidemiološke mjere učinile svoje, a da su neke generacije preskočile rotavirus kada je najčešći i sada imate porast", smatra Tešović.
U Zagrebu već dva mjeseca vlada epidemija hepatitisa A ili zarazne žutice, a najveći broj oboljelih su srednjoškolci.
"Od početka ožujka do sad zabilježili smo 57 slučajeva hepatitisa A, uglavnom među srednjoškolcima. Kao uzročnik je identificiran virus hepatitis A koji se prenosi feko-oralnim putem, odnosno unošenjem kontaminirane vode ili hrane stolicom zaražene osobe ili rukama onečišćenim stolicom zaražene osobe.
Bolest je zabilježena među učenicima triju škola te njihovim kućnim kontaktima. No, epidemija je potpuno pod kontrolom, a oko 45 pacijenata je već ozdravilo. Moguće je da u konačnici broj zaraženih bude veći jer je period inkubacije kod hepatitisa A mjesec dana, u nekim slučajevima čak i dva mjeseca", rekao je Branko Kolarić, ravnatelj Nastavnog zavoda "Dr. Andrija Štampar" u Zagrebu.
"Škole su dobile upute koje su prenijele roditeljima i djeci. No, apelirao bih na sve građane da održavaju higijenu ruku", naglasio je Kolarić.

Tu vijest je danas na konferenciji za medije potvrdio premijer Andrej Plenković. "Ministar Medved je bolje. Tomo je dobio rotavirus i završio je na Infektivnoj klinici. Sad se jako dobro osjeća, oporavlja se. Imao je jako visoku temperaturu, vjerujem da će biti jako dobro već za dan, dva", rekao je Plenković.

Iz Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo dr. Andrija Štampar upozoravaju kako bilježimo manju epidemiju hepatitisa A, koji se prenosi putem nečistih ruku.
"Mučnina, proljev, vrućica, opća slabost, bolovi u gornjem dijelu trbuha su neki od najčešćih simptoma. Relativno malen broj adolescenata i djece će i požutjeti, a zaraziti se mogu svi", pojasnio je infektolog Goran Tešović u Dnevniku Nove TV koji dodaje da te bolesti nije bilo dugo u Hrvatskoj te je smanjena imunost.
Dr. Tea Burmaz o zabrinjavajućem porastu broja slučajeva akutnog hepatitisa kod djece u Europi: Dodatni nemir unosi činjenica da su sva zaražena djeca bila zdrava!
Tešović je rekao da su brojevi značajno manji u odnosu na 20-30 godina prije, ali nakon 2000. su najveći do sada.
Osvrnuo se i na rotavirus. "Mjesecima traje, valjda je to najveća epidemija otkako ja radim - 32 godine. Svakoga dana primamo gomilu djece. To je vjerojatno jer su epidemiološke mjere učinile svoje, a da su neke generacije preskočile rotavirus kada je najčešći i sada imate porast", smatra Tešović.
U Zagrebu već dva mjeseca vlada epidemija hepatitisa A ili zarazne žutice, a najveći broj oboljelih su srednjoškolci.
"Od početka ožujka do sad zabilježili smo 57 slučajeva hepatitisa A, uglavnom među srednjoškolcima. Kao uzročnik je identificiran virus hepatitis A koji se prenosi feko-oralnim putem, odnosno unošenjem kontaminirane vode ili hrane stolicom zaražene osobe ili rukama onečišćenim stolicom zaražene osobe.
Bolest je zabilježena među učenicima triju škola te njihovim kućnim kontaktima. No, epidemija je potpuno pod kontrolom, a oko 45 pacijenata je već ozdravilo. "Škole su dobile upute koje su prenijele roditeljima i djeci. No, apelirao bih na sve građane da održavaju higijenu ruku", naglasio je Kolarić.

Tu vijest je danas na konferenciji za medije potvrdio premijer Andrej Plenković. "Ministar Medved je bolje. Tomo je dobio rotavirus i završio je na Infektivnoj klinici. Sad se jako dobro osjeća, oporavlja se. Imao je jako visoku temperaturu, vjerujem da će biti jako dobro već za dan, dva", rekao je Plenković.
