Nitko, vjerojatno ni sam Nikola Grmoja, na početku nije mislio da će u priči s Inom tako daleko dogurati.

Antikorupcijsko vijeće kojemu je na čelu prije mjesec i pol dana počelo je saslušavati svjedoke o događanjima u toj naftnoj kompaniji, nekada perjanici nacionalnog energetskog sektora, danas tek drugorazrednoj tvrtki kćeri mađarskog MOL-a.

Svjedočili su redom bivši predsjednik Uprave JANAF-a Dragan Kovačević, danas USKOK-ov optuženik, potom bivši član Uprave Ine Davor Mayer, zatim sindikalist i bivši član Nadzornog odbora Božo Mikuš te bivši predsjednici Nadzornog odbora Damir Vanđelić, Davor Štern i Siniša Petrović.

Javnost je prvi put doznala za tajne sastanke u Vladi na kojima se pritiskalo da se potpiše Memorandum kojim je sisačka rafinerija izbačena iz igre.

Za ljude koji su u Upravi i Nadzornom odboru Ine trebali štititi hrvatske nacionalne interese, a koji su svojom šutnjom igrali za MOL. Za noćne telefonske pozive članova Nadzornog odbora u Banske dvore kako bi dobili upute dokle smiju ići s rušenjem kvoruma.

Za političke ciljeve koji su se ostvarivali preko leđa Ine. Za priču o kupnji dionica MOL-a od strane hrvatske Vlade koja je možda bila samo finta.

Iz tih svjedočenja prvi smo put doznali odgovore na pet ključnih pitanja vezanih u Inu.

1. INA JE SVIM VLADAMA BILA MONETA ZA POTKUSURIVANJE

Hrvatska treba u Schengen? Nema problema, potpisat ćemo Memorandum i ugasiti sisačku rafineriju. Hrvatska želi ući u OECD? Nema problema, da izbjegnemo mađarski veto, popustit ćemo MOL-u. Hrvatska se želi dokazati kao nova članica Europske unije? Naravno, Ina će prva napustiti naftna polja u Siriji.

Mogla ih je, naravno, dati u podzakup Kinezima ili Rusima, koji bi tim poljima upravljali, a Ini plaćali dio profita. Ali ne, Hrvatska je trebala biti papskija od pape. Takav diktat politike dokrajčio je Inu, kao regionalnoga giganta, i stavio je u junior poziciju u odnosu na MOL.

2. MEMORANDUM JE BIO KLJUČ ZA SISAK

Onog trenutka kada su u kolovozu 2018. godine Ina i JANAF potpisali Memorandum koji predviđa izradu spoja naftovoda prema Mađarskoj, dani tamošnje rafinerije bili su odbrojani.

Kovačević je tvrdio da je Memorandum potpisan na inicijativu premijera Plenkovića i uz sekundiranje tadašnjeg ministra Tomislava Ćorića te da se on tome protivio jer je to suprotno hrvatskim nacionalnim interesima.

U Memorandumu izrijekom stoji i rečenica da će Ina "uložiti maksimalne napore da poveća količine transportirane sirove nafte od Janafova Terminala Omišalj prema Mađarskoj i Slovačkoj Republici, posebice za rafinerije MOL grupe". Sisak je time ispao iz igre.

3. VLADA JE DALA ZELENO SVJETLO ZA GAŠENJE SISAČKE RAFINERIJE

Suočena s ogromnim gubicima, Vlada nije zaštitila rafineriju nafte u Sisku. Brojke su, s poslovnoga gledišta, bile neumoljive. Ipak, iz svjedočenja glavnih aktera u vrhu ove kompanije pokazalo se da je rafineriji u Sisku definitivno trebala pomoć, ne gašenje.

Gašenje je odgovaralo MOL-u jer više nisu imali gubitaša na leđima, ali nije odgovaralo Hrvatskoj. Danas, u okolnostima velike energetske krize, sisačka rafinerija mogla bi proizvoditi gorivo za Hrvatsku. I iz gubitaša pretvoriti se u profitabilni pogon. Ovako, više joj, po svemu sudeći, nema povratka.

4. HRVATSKA UPRAVA U INI NIJE ZAŠTITILA NACIONALNE INTERESE

Tragedija je što su u Inu imenovani politički, često i nestručni kadrovi koji su iz neznanja ili loše namjere vukli krive poteze.

U doba nakon 2000. godine, kada je Ina još bila u većinskom hrvatskom vlasništvu, i kada je imala dovoljno sredstava da ih uloži u modernizaciju rafinerija, uprava Ine predvođena Tomislavom Dragičevićem to nije učinila. Da stvar bude gora, prodane su i Bijele noći, što se pokazalo kao prilično loš poslovni potez. No najgore tek slijedi.

U četvrtom kvartalu 2008. godine Ina je kupila naftu kad je bila najskuplja i stvorila gubitak tako veliki da je njezinu likvidnost MOL morao rješavati skupim kreditom. Davor Štern tvrdi da je time počelo puzajuće neprijateljsko preuzimanje Ine od strane MOL-a.

5. PLENKOVIĆEVA VLADA ODGOVORNA JE ZA POKLEKNUĆE INE

Ako smjenjuješ ljude koji ne bježe od klinča s MOL-om, i umjesto njih u Upravu i Nadzorni odbor stavljaš nekompetentne članove koji šutke gledaju kako Ina (pro)pada, onda je teško pobjeći od odgovornosti. Ipak, za sada se još uvijek može govoriti samo o lošim procjenama i lošim odlukama.

Ne o danom i primljenom mitu zbog kojeg su takve loše odluke donesene, kao što je slučaj bio s bivšim HDZ-ovim premijerom Ivom Sanaderom.

Nema sastanka u Marcellinu, nema priče o novcu primljenom ispod stola. Tek teza da Vlada nije dovoljno dobro zaštitila nacionalni interes te da je zapravo igrala za MOL, koju oporbeni članovi Antikurupcijskog vijeća svim silama nastoje progurati kao opće mjesto. A koju još uvijek, unatoč nizu eksplozivnih svjedočenja, tek trebaju nepobitno dokazati. •

Nitko, vjerojatno ni sam Nikola Grmoja, na početku nije mislio da će u priči s Inom tako daleko dogurati.

Antikorupcijsko vijeće kojemu je na čelu prije mjesec i pol dana počelo je saslušavati svjedoke o događanjima u toj naftnoj kompaniji, nekada perjanici nacionalnog energetskog sektora, danas tek drugorazrednoj tvrtki kćeri mađarskog MOL-a.

Svjedočili su redom bivši predsjednik Uprave JANAF-a Dragan Kovačević, danas USKOK-ov optuženik, potom bivši član Uprave Ine Davor Mayer, zatim sindikalist i bivši član Nadzornog odbora Božo Mikuš te bivši predsjednici Nadzornog odbora Damir Vanđelić, Davor Štern i Siniša Petrović.

Javnost je prvi put doznala za tajne sastanke u Vladi na kojima se pritiskalo da se potpiše Memorandum kojim je sisačka rafinerija izbačena iz igre.

Za ljude koji su u Upravi i Nadzornom odboru Ine trebali štititi hrvatske nacionalne interese, a koji su svojom šutnjom igrali za MOL. Za noćne telefonske pozive članova Nadzornog odbora u Banske dvore kako bi dobili upute dokle smiju ići s rušenjem kvoruma.

Za političke ciljeve koji su se ostvarivali preko leđa Ine. Za priču o kupnji dionica MOL-a od strane hrvatske Vlade koja je možda bila samo finta.

Iz tih svjedočenja prvi smo put doznali odgovore na pet ključnih pitanja vezanih u Inu.

1. INA JE SVIM VLADAMA BILA MONETA ZA POTKUSURIVANJE

Hrvatska treba u Schengen? Nema problema, potpisat ćemo Memorandum i ugasiti sisačku rafineriju. Hrvatska želi ući u OECD? Nema problema, da izbjegnemo mađarski veto, popustit ćemo MOL-u. Hrvatska se želi dokazati kao nova članica Europske unije? Naravno, Ina će prva napustiti naftna polja u Siriji.

Mogla ih je, naravno, dati u podzakup Kinezima ili Rusima, koji bi tim poljima upravljali, a Ini plaćali dio profita. Ali ne, Hrvatska je trebala biti papskija od pape. Takav diktat politike dokrajčio je Inu, kao regionalnoga giganta, i stavio je u junior poziciju u odnosu na MOL.

2. MEMORANDUM JE BIO KLJUČ ZA SISAK

Onog trenutka kada su u kolovozu 2018. godine Ina i JANAF potpisali Memorandum koji predviđa izradu spoja naftovoda prema Mađarskoj, dani tamošnje rafinerije bili su odbrojani.

Kovačević je tvrdio da je Memorandum potpisan na inicijativu premijera Plenkovića i uz sekundiranje tadašnjeg ministra Tomislava Ćorića te da se on tome protivio jer je to suprotno hrvatskim nacionalnim interesima.

U Memorandumu izrijekom stoji i rečenica da će Ina "uložiti maksimalne napore da poveća količine transportirane sirove nafte od Janafova Terminala Omišalj prema Mađarskoj i Slovačkoj Republici, posebice za rafinerije MOL grupe". Sisak je time ispao iz igre.

3. VLADA JE DALA ZELENO SVJETLO ZA GAŠENJE SISAČKE RAFINERIJE

Suočena s ogromnim gubicima, Vlada nije zaštitila rafineriju nafte u Sisku. Brojke su, s poslovnoga gledišta, bile neumoljive. Ipak, iz svjedočenja glavnih aktera u vrhu ove kompanije pokazalo se da je rafineriji u Sisku definitivno trebala pomoć, ne gašenje.

Gašenje je odgovaralo MOL-u jer više nisu imali gubitaša na leđima, ali nije odgovaralo Hrvatskoj. Danas, u okolnostima velike energetske krize, sisačka rafinerija mogla bi proizvoditi gorivo za Hrvatsku. I iz gubitaša pretvoriti se u profitabilni pogon. Ovako, više joj, po svemu sudeći, nema povratka.

4. HRVATSKA UPRAVA U INI NIJE ZAŠTITILA NACIONALNE INTERESE

Tragedija je što su u Inu imenovani politički, često i nestručni kadrovi koji su iz neznanja ili loše namjere vukli krive poteze.

U doba nakon 2000. godine, kada je Ina još bila u većinskom hrvatskom vlasništvu, i kada je imala dovoljno sredstava da ih uloži u modernizaciju rafinerija, uprava Ine predvođena Tomislavom Dragičevićem to nije učinila. Da stvar bude gora, prodane su i Bijele noći, što se pokazalo kao prilično loš poslovni potez. No najgore tek slijedi.

U četvrtom kvartalu 2008. godine Ina je kupila naftu kad je bila najskuplja i stvorila gubitak tako veliki da je njezinu likvidnost MOL morao rješavati skupim kreditom. Davor Štern tvrdi da je time počelo puzajuće neprijateljsko preuzimanje Ine od strane MOL-a.

5. PLENKOVIĆEVA VLADA ODGOVORNA JE ZA POKLEKNUĆE INE

Ako smjenjuješ ljude koji ne bježe od klinča s MOL-om, i umjesto njih u Upravu i Nadzorni odbor stavljaš nekompetentne članove koji šutke gledaju kako Ina (pro)pada, onda je teško pobjeći od odgovornosti. Ipak, za sada se još uvijek može govoriti samo o lošim procjenama i lošim odlukama.

Ne o danom i primljenom mitu zbog kojeg su takve loše odluke donesene, kao što je slučaj bio s bivšim HDZ-ovim premijerom Ivom Sanaderom.

Nema sastanka u Marcellinu, nema priče o novcu primljenom ispod stola. Tek teza da Vlada nije dovoljno dobro zaštitila nacionalni interes te da je zapravo igrala za MOL, koju oporbeni članovi Antikurupcijskog vijeća svim silama nastoje progurati kao opće mjesto. A koju još uvijek, unatoč nizu eksplozivnih svjedočenja, tek trebaju nepobitno dokazati. •
