U cilju suzbijanja epidemije Hrvatski zavod za javno zdravstvo donio je nove preporuke za određivanje samoizolacije.

Iz HZJZ-a navode kako osobe koje su cijepljene ili potpuno cijepljene (dvije doze, odnosno Janssen jedna doza) ne moraju ići u samoizolaciju, no preporuka je da se testiraju pet ili sedam dana od kontakta.

- Osobe koje su preboljele COVID-19 i dovršile primarno cijepljenje izuzete su od karantene u slučaju bliskog kontakta sa zaraznom osobom bez vremenskog ograničenja (ako razviju simptome unutar 14 dana od zadnjeg bliskog kontakta, postupa se kao sa sumnjom na COVID-19).

Nakon bliskog kontakta sa zaraznom osobom, osobe koje su dovršile primarno cijepljenje, trebaju se strogo pridržavati epidemioloških preporuka za sprječavanje kapljičnih infekcija sljedećih 14 dana i preporučljivo je da se testiraju brzim testom 5-7 dana nakon bliskog kontakta (ako razviju simptome unutar 14 dana od zadnjeg bliskog kontakta, postupa se kao sa sumnjom na COVID-19).

Od preporuke za testiranje 5-7 dana nakon bliskog kontakta s oboljelim izuzete su samo osobe koje su preboljele COVID-19 unazad šest mjeseci.

Konkretno, osoba koja je ostvarila bliski kontakt sa zaraznom osobom ne podliježe zdravstvenom nadzoru u karanteni/samoizolaciji ako je:

1) Preboljela COVID-19, neovisno o tome je li cijepljena nakon preboljenja.

2) Imala laboratorijski potvrđen COVID-19 (PCR testom ili antigenskim testom) i bili su ispunjeni uvjeti za prekid izolacije. Ako je prošlo manje od 180 dana od početka bolesti do kontakta sa zaraznom osobom, nije potrebno testiranje, a ako je prošlo više od 180 dana od početka bolesti preporučljivo je testirati se 5-7 dana nakon bliskog kontakta brzim antigenskim testom.

Međutim, zdravstveni djelatnici i djelatnici u drugim ustanovama koji dolaze u kontakt s osjetljivim pojedincima (skupinama) iako su preboljeli COVID-19 testiraju se brzim antigenskim ili PCR testom odmah nakon rizičnog kontakta, 7. dana nakon kontakta i 14. dan nakon kontakta, ako je prošlo više od tri mjeseca nakon početka bolesti.

3) Cijepljena protiv bolesti COVID-19.

4) primila drugu dozu COVID-19 cjepiva (ili jednu dozu Janssen cjepiva), pod uvjetom da je prošlo 14 dana od završetka cijepljenja (primitka druge doze za sva cjepiva osim za Janssen cjepivo koje se prima u jednoj dozi). Te osobe trebaju 14 dana od kontakta pojačano provoditi mjere za sprječavanje kapljičnih infekcija i preporučljivo je da se testiraju se brzim antigenskim testom 5-7 dana nakon kontakta (ako je prošlo više od šest mjeseci nakon zadnje doze cjepiva, snažno je preporučeno testiranje nakon izlaganja). Međutim, zdravstveni djelatnici i djelatnici u drugim ustanovama koji dolaze u kontakt s osjetljivim pojedincima (skupinama) iako su cijepljeni protiv COVID-19 testiraju se brzim antigenskim ili PCR testom odmah nakon rizičnog kontakta, 7. dana nakon kontakta i 14. dan nakon kontakta, neovisno o tome koliko je vremena prošlo od dovršetka primarnog cijepljenja ili primitka dodatne doze.

5) S obzirom na to da cijepljenje ne sprječava u potpunosti mogućnost asimptomatske infekcije i širenje infekcije, cijepljene osobe koje ostvare bliski kontakt s bolesnikom moraju se sljedeća dva tjedna od tog kontakta strogo pridržavati mjera za smanjenje prijenosa kapljičnih infekcija i paziti na eventualnu pojavu simptoma kompatibilnih s COVID-19 koji bi zahtijevali PCR testiranje, a ako nemaju simptome, preporučujemo da se testiraju brzim antigenskim testom 5-7 dana nakon ostvarivanja bliskog kontakta. Osobito ako su zaposleni u zdravstvenoj ustanovi ili domu za starije osobe, cijepljeni kontakti moraju konzistentno i bez iznimke koristiti FFP2 masku bez ventila, održavati fizički razmak u najvećoj mogućoj mjeri i voditi brigu o strogoj higijeni ruku radi sprječavanja mogućeg prijenosa infekcije na pacijente, korisnike domova i kolege.

Zdravstveni djelatnici i djelatnici u drugim ustanovama koji dolaze u kontakt s osjetljivim pojedincima (skupinama) moraju se testirati brzim antigenskim ili PCR testom odmah nakon rizičnog kontakta, 7. dana nakon kontakta i 14. dan nakon kontakta. Cijepljeni bliski kontakti oboljeloga tijekom dva tjedna nakon kontakta ne smiju sudjelovati u zajedničkim aktivnostima pri kojima se skida maska. Ako se u tom razdoblju pojave simptomi treba se podvrgnuti izolaciji i procijeniti radi li se o COVID-19, uključujući upućivanje na testiranje na SARS-CoV-2, prenosi Jutarnji list.

U cilju suzbijanja epidemije Hrvatski zavod za javno zdravstvo donio je nove preporuke za određivanje samoizolacije.

Iz HZJZ-a navode kako osobe koje su cijepljene ili potpuno cijepljene (dvije doze, odnosno Janssen jedna doza) ne moraju ići u samoizolaciju, no preporuka je da se testiraju pet ili sedam dana od kontakta.

- Osobe koje su preboljele COVID-19 i dovršile primarno cijepljenje izuzete su od karantene u slučaju bliskog kontakta sa zaraznom osobom bez vremenskog ograničenja (ako razviju simptome unutar 14 dana od zadnjeg bliskog kontakta, postupa se kao sa sumnjom na COVID-19).

Nakon bliskog kontakta sa zaraznom osobom, osobe koje su dovršile primarno cijepljenje, trebaju se strogo pridržavati epidemioloških preporuka za sprječavanje kapljičnih infekcija sljedećih 14 dana i preporučljivo je da se testiraju brzim testom 5-7 dana nakon bliskog kontakta (ako razviju simptome unutar 14 dana od zadnjeg bliskog kontakta, postupa se kao sa sumnjom na COVID-19).

Od preporuke za testiranje 5-7 dana nakon bliskog kontakta s oboljelim izuzete su samo osobe koje su preboljele COVID-19 unazad šest mjeseci.

Konkretno, osoba koja je ostvarila bliski kontakt sa zaraznom osobom ne podliježe zdravstvenom nadzoru u karanteni/samoizolaciji ako je:

1) Preboljela COVID-19, neovisno o tome je li cijepljena nakon preboljenja.

2) Imala laboratorijski potvrđen COVID-19 (PCR testom ili antigenskim testom) i bili su ispunjeni uvjeti za prekid izolacije. Ako je prošlo manje od 180 dana od početka bolesti do kontakta sa zaraznom osobom, nije potrebno testiranje, a ako je prošlo više od 180 dana od početka bolesti preporučljivo je testirati se 5-7 dana nakon bliskog kontakta brzim antigenskim testom.

Međutim, zdravstveni djelatnici i djelatnici u drugim ustanovama koji dolaze u kontakt s osjetljivim pojedincima (skupinama) iako su preboljeli COVID-19 testiraju se brzim antigenskim ili PCR testom odmah nakon rizičnog kontakta, 7. dana nakon kontakta i 14. dan nakon kontakta, ako je prošlo više od tri mjeseca nakon početka bolesti.

3) Cijepljena protiv bolesti COVID-19.

4) primila drugu dozu COVID-19 cjepiva (ili jednu dozu Janssen cjepiva), pod uvjetom da je prošlo 14 dana od završetka cijepljenja (primitka druge doze za sva cjepiva osim za Janssen cjepivo koje se prima u jednoj dozi). Te osobe trebaju 14 dana od kontakta pojačano provoditi mjere za sprječavanje kapljičnih infekcija i preporučljivo je da se testiraju se brzim antigenskim testom 5-7 dana nakon kontakta (ako je prošlo više od šest mjeseci nakon zadnje doze cjepiva, snažno je preporučeno testiranje nakon izlaganja). Međutim, zdravstveni djelatnici i djelatnici u drugim ustanovama koji dolaze u kontakt s osjetljivim pojedincima (skupinama) iako su cijepljeni protiv COVID-19 testiraju se brzim antigenskim ili PCR testom odmah nakon rizičnog kontakta, 7. dana nakon kontakta i 14. dan nakon kontakta, neovisno o tome koliko je vremena prošlo od dovršetka primarnog cijepljenja ili primitka dodatne doze.

5) S obzirom na to da cijepljenje ne sprječava u potpunosti mogućnost asimptomatske infekcije i širenje infekcije, cijepljene osobe koje ostvare bliski kontakt s bolesnikom moraju se sljedeća dva tjedna od tog kontakta strogo pridržavati mjera za smanjenje prijenosa kapljičnih infekcija i paziti na eventualnu pojavu simptoma kompatibilnih s COVID-19 koji bi zahtijevali PCR testiranje, a ako nemaju simptome, preporučujemo da se testiraju brzim antigenskim testom 5-7 dana nakon ostvarivanja bliskog kontakta. Osobito ako su zaposleni u zdravstvenoj ustanovi ili domu za starije osobe, cijepljeni kontakti moraju konzistentno i bez iznimke koristiti FFP2 masku bez ventila, održavati fizički razmak u najvećoj mogućoj mjeri i voditi brigu o strogoj higijeni ruku radi sprječavanja mogućeg prijenosa infekcije na pacijente, korisnike domova i kolege.

Zdravstveni djelatnici i djelatnici u drugim ustanovama koji dolaze u kontakt s osjetljivim pojedincima (skupinama) moraju se testirati brzim antigenskim ili PCR testom odmah nakon rizičnog kontakta, 7. dana nakon kontakta i 14. dan nakon kontakta. Cijepljeni bliski kontakti oboljeloga tijekom dva tjedna nakon kontakta ne smiju sudjelovati u zajedničkim aktivnostima pri kojima se skida maska.
