Saborski zastupnik HSU-a Silvano Hrelja bio je gost Novog dana N1 televizije gdje je komentirao nacionalni mirovinu za starije, opće siromaštvo u kojem žive naši stariji sugrađani te tzv. 'prekoredno cijepljenje'.
Čeka nas novo usklađivanje mirovina. Koliko očekuje da će u prosjeku rasti?
- Najave nisu optimistične, ali se može očekivati minimalno usklađivanje – možda 10 kuna na razini prosječne mirovine, što je nezadovoljavajuće s obzirom na rastuće siromaštvo u kojem živimo - kaže Hrelja.
Govori se i o 'Covid-dodatku' za umirovljenike. Hrelja pozdravlja tu odluku, ali za one koji žive s nižim mirovinama.
- Što se Covid-dodatka tiče, to su isplatile sve zemlje u okruženju. Moj osobni stav je da najveći Covid-dodatak trebaju dobiti oni s mirovinama do 2710 kuna (2710 kuna je granica siromaštva u Hrvatskoj, op.a.). Nešto manji trebaju dobiti oni s mirovinom do 4.000 kuna, a oni preko 4000 su dobili početkom ove godine neko malo porezno rasterećenje i doista ne mislim da je onaj koji ima 7.000, 8.000 kuna penzije ugrožen - kaže te dodaje da HSU smatra da oni s mirovinama do 2710 kuna trebaju dobiti 2.500 kuna dodatka, a oni s mirovinama do 4.000 kuna 1.500 kuna dodatka.
- To je predstavljeno predsjedniku Vlade, izgleda da je kod njega naišlo na pozitivan odjek, ali o tome će se pregovarati. Pitanje je što će na to sve skupa reći ministar financija, on će vjerojatno biti odlučujući faktor - kaže Hrelja.
Kaže i da će on uvijek biti u koaliciji s kojom je došao u Sabor, ali da će uvijek glasati za prijedlog zakona koji smatra dobrim.
- U koaliciju s nekom drugom stankom, s kojom nisam išao na izbore, ja ne idem. Za projekte od dugoročne važnosti bih dao cijelu ruku, recimo, da naše sugrađanke, njih 200.000 dobiju obiteljske mirovinu. Želju riješiti problem imam, a poštivat ću onu koaliciju s kojom sam došao i osvojio mandat - ističe.
Zašto imamo ljude koji su dugo godina radili, a u mirovini su socijalni slučajevi?
Što se tiče nacionalne mirovine, Hrelja je za nju digao ruku, ali smatra da ima boljih rješenja.
- Mislim da oni koji rade i projektiraju zakone ne idu u to s čistom slikom, nemaju čistu sliku siromaštva u Hrvatskoj i onda postave niske kriterije - kaže ističući činjenicu da nacionalnu mirovinu primaju oni s prihodima nižima od 1.600 kuna, a ne ispod 2.710 kuna, što je granica siromaštva u Hrvatskoj.
- Ako nemate čistu sliku o stvarnom stanju, kako ljudi žive, koliko ih ima tako nisku mirovinu, kako žive od tako niske mirovine, onda ćete se razbiti o zidove vlastitih nelogičnosti, vlastitih neznanja. Nismo dobili odgovor na pitanje zašto imamo ljude koji su dugo godina radili, a u mirovini su socijalni slučajevi.
Što se mene tiče, najniža mirovina bi trebala biti na razini 100 kuna za godinu staža. I na tom principu se može graditi nova platforma za zaštitu od siromaštva. Mi samo uspoređujemo iznose mirovina, ne! Treba gledati kako su drugi to riješili. Slovenija je 2012. godine napustila nacionalnu mirovinu, ali je uspostavila koncept zaštite svojih građana do određene razine i kroz mirovinski sustav te socijalna davanja se bori da ljudi ne stradaju od siromaštva - pojašnjava.
Komentirao je i skandal tzv. 'prekorednog cijepljenja'.
- Ja se osobno čudim toj razini iščuđavanja, a kod nas je sve preko reda i preko veze, po principu 'snađi se druže'. Nemamo se što čuditi, to se njeguje u ovom društvu. Naše umirovljenike užasno nerviraju prekoredni, to parazitiranje, ta prepotentnost, ta oholost. To nije dobro za naše društvo - smatra.
On se nije cijepio iako je kao saborsku zastupnik mogao. A je li se se zapisao za cijepljenje i kada će se cijepiti?
- Cijepit ću se onog trenutka kad kad na red dođu 63-godišnjaci s dijagnozom dijabetesa, ovisni o inzulinu. Tada je moj red - zaključuje Hrelja za N1.

Saborski zastupnik HSU-a Silvano Hrelja bio je gost Novog dana N1 televizije gdje je komentirao nacionalni mirovinu za starije, opće siromaštvo u kojem žive naši stariji sugrađani te tzv. 'prekoredno cijepljenje'.
Čeka nas novo usklađivanje mirovina. Koliko očekuje da će u prosjeku rasti?
- Najave nisu optimistične, ali se može očekivati minimalno usklađivanje – možda 10 kuna na razini prosječne mirovine, što je nezadovoljavajuće s obzirom na rastuće siromaštvo u kojem živimo - kaže Hrelja.
Govori se i o 'Covid-dodatku' za umirovljenike. Hrelja pozdravlja tu odluku, ali za one koji žive s nižim mirovinama.
- Što se Covid-dodatka tiče, to su isplatile sve zemlje u okruženju. Moj osobni stav je da najveći Covid-dodatak trebaju dobiti oni s mirovinama do 2710 kuna (2710 kuna je granica siromaštva u Hrvatskoj, op.a.). Nešto manji trebaju dobiti oni s mirovinom do 4.000 kuna, a oni preko 4000 su dobili početkom ove godine neko malo porezno rasterećenje i doista ne mislim da je onaj koji ima 7.000, 8.000 kuna penzije ugrožen - kaže te dodaje da HSU smatra da oni s mirovinama do 2710 kuna trebaju dobiti 2.500 kuna dodatka, a oni s mirovinama do 4.000 kuna 1.500 kuna dodatka.
- To je predstavljeno predsjedniku Vlade, izgleda da je kod njega naišlo na pozitivan odjek, ali o tome će se pregovarati. Pitanje je što će na to sve skupa reći ministar financija, on će vjerojatno biti odlučujući faktor - kaže Hrelja.
Kaže i da će on uvijek biti u koaliciji s kojom je došao u Sabor, ali da će uvijek glasati za prijedlog zakona koji smatra dobrim.
- U koaliciju s nekom drugom stankom, s kojom nisam išao na izbore, ja ne idem. Za projekte od dugoročne važnosti bih dao cijelu ruku, recimo, da naše sugrađanke, njih 200.000 dobiju obiteljske mirovinu. Želju riješiti problem imam, a poštivat ću onu koaliciju s kojom sam došao i osvojio mandat - ističe.
Zašto imamo ljude koji su dugo godina radili, a u mirovini su socijalni slučajevi?
Što se tiče nacionalne mirovine, Hrelja je za nju digao ruku, ali smatra da ima boljih rješenja.
- Mislim da oni koji rade i projektiraju zakone ne idu u to s čistom slikom, nemaju čistu sliku siromaštva u Hrvatskoj i onda postave niske kriterije - kaže ističući činjenicu da nacionalnu mirovinu primaju oni s prihodima nižima od 1.600 kuna, a ne ispod 2.710 kuna, što je granica siromaštva u Hrvatskoj.
- Ako nemate čistu sliku o stvarnom stanju, kako ljudi žive, koliko ih ima tako nisku mirovinu, kako žive od tako niske mirovine, onda ćete se razbiti o zidove vlastitih nelogičnosti, vlastitih neznanja. Nismo dobili odgovor na pitanje zašto imamo ljude koji su dugo godina radili, a u mirovini su socijalni slučajevi.
Što se mene tiče, najniža mirovina bi trebala biti na razini 100 kuna za godinu staža. I na tom principu se može graditi nova platforma za zaštitu od siromaštva. Mi samo uspoređujemo iznose mirovina, ne! Treba gledati kako su drugi to riješili. Slovenija je 2012. godine napustila nacionalnu mirovinu, ali je uspostavila koncept zaštite svojih građana do određene razine i kroz mirovinski sustav te socijalna davanja se bori da ljudi ne stradaju od siromaštva - pojašnjava.
Komentirao je i skandal tzv. 'prekorednog cijepljenja'.
- Ja se osobno čudim toj razini iščuđavanja, a kod nas je sve preko reda i preko veze, po principu 'snađi se druže'. Nemamo se što čuditi, to se njeguje u ovom društvu. Naše umirovljenike užasno nerviraju prekoredni, to parazitiranje, ta prepotentnost, ta oholost. To nije dobro za naše društvo - smatra.
On se nije cijepio iako je kao saborsku zastupnik mogao. A je li se se zapisao za cijepljenje i kada će se cijepiti?
- Cijepit ću se onog trenutka kad kad na red dođu 63-godišnjaci s dijagnozom dijabetesa, ovisni o inzulinu. Tada je moj red - zaključuje Hrelja za N1.
