Europska komisija, točnije DG Competition, je danas informirala Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture da je prema pravilima EU-a o državnim potporama odobreno produljenje koncesijskog ugovora s tvrtkom Bina Istra čime su stvoreni preduvjeti za početak gradnje druge cijevi tunela Učka.

Ovom odlukom će se Bini Istri, kao koncesionaru, omogućiti investicija vrijedna 197 milijuna eura te produljenje ugovora o koncesiji za dodatnih pet godina.

Ovo ulaganje će se najvećim dijelom odnositi na izgradnju druge cijevi tunela Učka u dužini od 5,63 km, dugoočekivanog projekta čija je izgradnja potrebna i za ispunjavanje minimalnih sigurnosnih zahtjeva na ovom dijelu ipsilona. Na ovoj dionici će se izgraditi nekoliko novih vijadukata, podvožnjaka i nadvožnjaka te će se obnoviti odmorište Kvarner.

Podsjetimo, Hrvatska je u lipnju 2020. godine, nakon postupka prednotifikacije, službeno obavijestila Komisiju o namjeri produljenja ugovora o koncesiji a sve u svrhu omogućavanja financiranja nastavka izgradnje podfaze 2B2-1 koja se sastoji se od izgradnje drugog kolničkog traka od čvora Vranja do tunela Učka te uključuje i izgradnju druge cijevi tunela.

Komisija je ispitala navedenu mjeru u skladu s pravilima EU-a o državnim potporama za usluge od općeg gospodarskog interesa i sukladno pravilima o javnoj nabavi, posebno Direktivom EU-a o dodjeli koncesijskih ugovora.

Komisija je ovom odlukom utvrdila da su ispunjeni svi potrebni preduvjeti te da će ova odluka pozitivno utjecati rast i investicijska ulaganja, bez nepotrebnog narušavanja konkurencije između država članica u skladu s pravilima od državnim potporama i pravilima o javnoj nabavi.

Europska komisija, točnije DG Competition, je danas informirala Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture da je prema pravilima EU-a o državnim potporama odobreno produljenje koncesijskog ugovora s tvrtkom Bina Istra čime su stvoreni preduvjeti za početak gradnje druge cijevi tunela Učka.

Ovom odlukom će se Bini Istri, kao koncesionaru, omogućiti investicija vrijedna 197 milijuna eura te produljenje ugovora o koncesiji za dodatnih pet godina.

Ovo ulaganje će se najvećim dijelom odnositi na izgradnju druge cijevi tunela Učka u dužini od 5,63 km, dugoočekivanog projekta čija je izgradnja potrebna i za ispunjavanje minimalnih sigurnosnih zahtjeva na ovom dijelu ipsilona. Na ovoj dionici će se izgraditi nekoliko novih vijadukata, podvožnjaka i nadvožnjaka te će se obnoviti odmorište Kvarner.

Podsjetimo, Hrvatska je u lipnju 2020. godine, nakon postupka prednotifikacije, službeno obavijestila Komisiju o namjeri produljenja ugovora o koncesiji a sve u svrhu omogućavanja financiranja nastavka izgradnje podfaze 2B2-1 koja se sastoji se od izgradnje drugog kolničkog traka od čvora Vranja do tunela Učka te uključuje i izgradnju druge cijevi tunela.

Komisija je ispitala navedenu mjeru u skladu s pravilima EU-a o državnim potporama za usluge od općeg gospodarskog interesa i sukladno pravilima o javnoj nabavi, posebno Direktivom EU-a o dodjeli koncesijskih ugovora.

Komisija je ovom odlukom utvrdila da su ispunjeni svi potrebni preduvjeti te da će ova odluka pozitivno utjecati rast i investicijska ulaganja, bez nepotrebnog narušavanja konkurencije između država članica u skladu s pravilima od državnim potporama i pravilima o javnoj nabavi.

Europska komisija dala ‘zeleno svijetlo‘ za produljenje koncesijskog ugovora s Bina Istrom i gradnju druge cijevi tunela Učka

Europska komisija, točnije DG Competition, je danas informirala Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture da je prema pravilima EU-a o državnim potporama odobreno produljenje koncesijskog ugovora s tvrtkom Bina Istra čime su stvoreni preduvjeti za početak gradnje druge cijevi tunela Učka.

Ovom odlukom će se Bini Istri, kao koncesionaru, omogućiti investicija vrijedna 197 milijuna eura te produljenje ugovora o koncesiji za dodatnih pet godina.

Ovo ulaganje će se najvećim dijelom odnositi na izgradnju druge cijevi tunela Učka u dužini od 5,63 km, dugoočekivanog projekta čija je izgradnja potrebna i za ispunjavanje minimalnih sigurnosnih zahtjeva na ovom dijelu ipsilona. Na ovoj dionici će se izgraditi nekoliko novih vijadukata, podvožnjaka i nadvožnjaka te će se obnoviti...
