Državno odvjetništvo (DORH) u subotu je izvijestilo će nakon očitovanja zagrebačkog županijskog državnog odvjetnika donijeti odluku o tužiteljici za koju su mediji otkrili da joj je suprug za bivšeg direktora Janafa Dragana Kovačevića sakrio "prljavi" novac.

Po saznanju činjenica vezanih za postupanje Uskoka protiv supruga zamjenice županijskog državnog odvjetnika u Županijskom državnom odvjetništvu u Zagrebu, kao okrivljenika u posljednjem proširenju istrage od 1. listopada 2020., DORH je zatražio očitovanje od zagrebačkog županijskog državnog odvjetnika.

Na upit N1 televizije Državnom odvjetništvu jesu li zaprimili očitovanje i koji će biti sljedeći koraci, stigao je sljedeći odgovor:

"Povodom trenutne profesionalne i osobne situacije zamjenice županijskog državnog odvjetnika u Županijskom državnom odvjetništvu u Zagrebu povezane s kaznenim predmetom u kojem postupa Ured za suzbijanje korupcije i organiziranog kriminaliteta, bez odlaganja su zatražene i pribavljene potrebne obavijesti i podaci relevantni za utvrđivanje zakonskih pretpostavki za stegovno postupanje.  

Glavna državna odvjetnica Republike Hrvatske ujedno je zatražila i neposredno primila izvješće Županijskog državnog odvjetništva u Zagrebu te će odluka biti donesena u najkraćem mogućem roku u skladu sa Zakonom o državnom odvjetništvu i Zakonom o Državnoodvjetničkom vijeću", stoji u odgovoru koji potpisuje glasnogovornica DORH-a. 

Podsjetimo, Jutarnji list u subotu je objavio da je prijatelj Dragana Kovačevića na kojega je proširena istraga jer mu je pristao sakriti novac za koji je znao da potječe od kaznenog djela Goran Puklin, suprug zamjenice županijskog državnog odvjetnika u Zagrebu Mirele Alerić Puklin. Riječ je o jednoj od tri tužiteljice koje su pisale optužnicu u slučaju Agrokor.

Uskok je ranije, ne otkrivajući identitet, izvijestio da je Puklin pristao Kovačeviću sakriti 2.593.800 kuna, 247.200 eura i 20.000 švicarskih franaka. Novac je navodno sakrio u svom stanu "u cilju da onemogući pronalazak i oduzimanje gotovine koju je pribavio počinjenjem kaznenog djela".

Državno odvjetništvo (DORH) u subotu je izvijestilo će nakon očitovanja zagrebačkog županijskog državnog odvjetnika donijeti odluku o tužiteljici za koju su mediji otkrili da joj je suprug za bivšeg direktora Janafa Dragana Kovačevića sakrio "prljavi" novac.

Po saznanju činjenica vezanih za postupanje Uskoka protiv supruga zamjenice županijskog državnog odvjetnika u Županijskom državnom odvjetništvu u Zagrebu, kao okrivljenika u posljednjem proširenju istrage od 1. listopada 2020., DORH je zatražio očitovanje od zagrebačkog županijskog državnog odvjetnika.

Na upit N1 televizije Državnom odvjetništvu jesu li zaprimili očitovanje i koji će biti sljedeći koraci, stigao je sljedeći odgovor:

"Povodom trenutne profesionalne i osobne situacije zamjenice županijskog državnog odvjetnika u Županijskom državnom odvjetništvu u Zagrebu povezane s kaznenim predmetom u kojem postupa Ured za suzbijanje korupcije i organiziranog kriminaliteta, bez odlaganja su zatražene i pribavljene potrebne obavijesti i podaci relevantni za utvrđivanje zakonskih pretpostavki za stegovno postupanje.  

Glavna državna odvjetnica Republike Hrvatske ujedno je zatražila i neposredno primila izvješće Županijskog državnog odvjetništva u Zagrebu te će odluka biti donesena u najkraćem mogućem roku u skladu sa Zakonom o državnom odvjetništvu i Zakonom o Državnoodvjetničkom vijeću", stoji u odgovoru koji potpisuje glasnogovornica DORH-a. 

Podsjetimo, Jutarnji list u subotu je objavio da je prijatelj Dragana Kovačevića na kojega je proširena istraga jer mu je pristao sakriti novac za koji je znao da potječe od kaznenog djela Goran Puklin, suprug zamjenice županijskog državnog odvjetnika u Zagrebu Mirele Alerić Puklin. Riječ je o jednoj od tri tužiteljice koje su pisale optužnicu u slučaju Agrokor.

Uskok je ranije, ne otkrivajući identitet, izvijestio da je Puklin pristao Kovačeviću sakriti 2.593.800 kuna, 247.200 eura i 20.000 švicarskih franaka. Novac je navodno sakrio u svom stanu "u cilju da onemogući pronalazak i oduzimanje gotovine koju je pribavio počinjenjem kaznenog djela".

DORH zaprimio očitovanje o tužiteljici čiji je suprug sakrio Kovačevićev ‘prljavi‘ novac: Odluka će biti donesena u najkraćem mogućem roku

Državno odvjetništvo (DORH) u subotu je izvijestilo će nakon očitovanja zagrebačkog županijskog državnog odvjetnika donijeti odluku o tužiteljici za koju su mediji otkrili da joj je suprug za bivšeg direktora Janafa Dragana Kovačevića sakrio "prljavi" novac.

Po saznanju činjenica vezanih za postupanje Uskoka protiv supruga zamjenice županijskog državnog odvjetnika u Županijskom državnom odvjetništvu u Zagrebu, kao okrivljenika u posljednjem proširenju istrage od 1. listopada 2020., DORH je zatražio očitovanje od zagrebačkog županijskog državnog odvjetnika.

Na upit N1 televizije Državnom odvjetništvu jesu li zaprimili očitovanje i koji će biti sljedeći koraci, stigao je sljedeći odgovor:
