Predsjednik Hrvatske liječničke komore Krešimir Luetić bio je gost Newsrooma N1 Televizije gdje je komentirao cijepljenje preko reda, općeniti Plan cijepljenja kojega je Vlada usvojila 23. prosinca prošle godine te priziv savjesti u medicini.
Komentirajući tzv. “prekoredno cijepljenje da se ne baci”, predsjednik Hrvatske liječničke komore Krešimir Luetić kaže sljedeće: “Što se te teme tiče, ona je došla zbog nedovoljne količine cjepiva koje imamo u Hrvatskoj i jednog legitimnog preispitivanja svake uporabljene doze u vrijeme oskudice i nestašice”, kaže.
“Što se Liječničke komore tiče, mi smo zasad dobili jednu prijavu potencijalnog cijepljenja preko reda, koji ćemo naravno proučiti i uputiti Ministarstvu zdravstva, jer ono ima svake alate da se svaka takva prijava provjeri”, dodaje.
“Liječnička komora svako cijepljenje preko reda smatra etički neprihvatljivim i u tom kontekstu, kao uvijek, zalažemo se za najviše standarde”, kaže te ističe da se radi o etičkom pitanju, ne stručnom.
“U cijepljenju preko reda se ne radi o nestručnom postupanju jer cijepljenje je jedna javnozdravstvena aktivnost na koju imaju pravo svi punoljetni građani koji izraze namjeru i želju. Ovdje se može govoriti o etičkim propustima i etičkoj odgovornosti liječnika, a ne stručnoj”, ističe.
Što se tiče objave registra cijepljenih osoba, kaže da je to pravno pitanje. Smatra, međutim, da više neće biti ovakvih slučajeva. A i nada se.
Što se plana cijepljenja tiče, kaže: “Izostala je primjerena ili jedna kvalitetna komunikacija plana, kako prema općoj javnosti, ali i samoj stručnoj javnosti, onima koji plan trebaju provesti na terenu”, istaknuo je.
“Iz prve faze cijepljenja, konkretno zdravstvenih radnika, imamo više stotina liječnika koji još nisu cijepljeni.
Dakle, Komori se javljaju brojni liječnici, članovi, koji još nisu došli na red. Umjesto cijepljenja dobivaju odgovor da se jave obiteljskom liječniku”, upozorava Luetić.
“Javno je komunicirano da je 26 ili 27 tisuća cijepljenih zdravstvenih radnika. Mi dnevno dobivamo nekoliko desetaka upita naših članova koji nisu cijepljeni, o tome što Komora može učiniti da se i oni cijepe. Potičemo županijske zavode za javno zdravstvo da daju informacije našim kolegama gdje i kada će biti cijepljeni”, dodaje.
“Slažem se da plan cijepljenja nije detaljno razrađen, da je dio ostavljen na prosudbi samim izvršiteljima na terenu, što naravno može dovesti do različitog postupanja”, također je kazao te ponovio da je bitnije cijepiti se i to što prije, a ne čekati dostupnost više cjepiva i riskirati zarazu.
Komentirao je i slučajeve priziva savjesti liječnika koji ne žele cijepiti pacijente. “Konkretno za taj slučaj ne znam. Navodno postoji zasad jedna osoba koji se pozvao na tako nešto, ali nisam vidio predmet. Mislim da je tu u pitanju tumačenja priziva svijesti važno može li se u ovom dijelu netko pozvati na priziv savjesti i odbiti medicinsku intervenciju.
Priziv savjesti zakonski je uređen instrument – to je u hrvatskim zakonima i većina EU zemalja, mislim sve, imaju priziv savjeti kao mogućnost koju pruža zakon. Pri tome, kad se netko poziva na priziv savjesti ne smije se ni na koji način oduzeti pružanje zdravstvene zaštite pacijentima”, zaključuje.

Predsjednik Hrvatske liječničke komore Krešimir Luetić bio je gost Newsrooma N1 Televizije gdje je komentirao cijepljenje preko reda, općeniti Plan cijepljenja kojega je Vlada usvojila 23. prosinca prošle godine te priziv savjesti u medicini.
Komentirajući tzv. “prekoredno cijepljenje da se ne baci”, predsjednik Hrvatske liječničke komore Krešimir Luetić kaže sljedeće: “Što se te teme tiče, ona je došla zbog nedovoljne količine cjepiva koje imamo u Hrvatskoj i jednog legitimnog preispitivanja svake uporabljene doze u vrijeme oskudice i nestašice”, kaže.
“Što se Liječničke komore tiče, mi smo zasad dobili jednu prijavu potencijalnog cijepljenja preko reda, koji ćemo naravno proučiti i uputiti Ministarstvu zdravstva, jer ono ima svake alate da se svaka takva prijava provjeri”, dodaje.
“Liječnička komora svako cijepljenje preko reda smatra etički neprihvatljivim i u tom kontekstu, kao uvijek, zalažemo se za najviše standarde”, kaže te ističe da se radi o etičkom pitanju, ne stručnom.
“U cijepljenju preko reda se ne radi o nestručnom postupanju jer cijepljenje je jedna javnozdravstvena aktivnost na koju imaju pravo svi punoljetni građani koji izraze namjeru i želju. Ovdje se može govoriti o etičkim propustima i etičkoj odgovornosti liječnika, a ne stručnoj”, ističe.
Što se tiče objave registra cijepljenih osoba, kaže da je to pravno pitanje. Smatra, međutim, da više neće biti ovakvih slučajeva. A i nada se.
Što se plana cijepljenja tiče, kaže: “Izostala je primjerena ili jedna kvalitetna komunikacija plana, kako prema općoj javnosti, ali i samoj stručnoj javnosti, onima koji plan trebaju provesti na terenu”, istaknuo je.
“Iz prve faze cijepljenja, konkretno zdravstvenih radnika, imamo više stotina liječnika koji još nisu cijepljeni.
Dakle, Komori se javljaju brojni liječnici, članovi, koji još nisu došli na red. Umjesto cijepljenja dobivaju odgovor da se jave obiteljskom liječniku”, upozorava Luetić.
“Javno je komunicirano da je 26 ili 27 tisuća cijepljenih zdravstvenih radnika. Mi dnevno dobivamo nekoliko desetaka upita naših članova koji nisu cijepljeni, o tome što Komora može učiniti da se i oni cijepe. Potičemo županijske zavode za javno zdravstvo da daju informacije našim kolegama gdje i kada će biti cijepljeni”, dodaje.
“Slažem se da plan cijepljenja nije detaljno razrađen, da je dio ostavljen na prosudbi samim izvršiteljima na terenu, što naravno može dovesti do različitog postupanja”, također je kazao te ponovio da je bitnije cijepiti se i to što prije, a ne čekati dostupnost više cjepiva i riskirati zarazu.
Komentirao je i slučajeve priziva savjesti liječnika koji ne žele cijepiti pacijente. “Konkretno za taj slučaj ne znam. Navodno postoji zasad jedna osoba koji se pozvao na tako nešto, ali nisam vidio predmet. Mislim da je tu u pitanju tumačenja priziva svijesti važno može li se u ovom dijelu netko pozvati na priziv savjesti i odbiti medicinsku intervenciju.
Priziv savjesti zakonski je uređen instrument – to je u hrvatskim zakonima i većina EU zemalja, mislim sve, imaju priziv savjeti kao mogućnost koju pruža zakon. Pri tome, kad se netko poziva na priziv savjesti ne smije se ni na koji način oduzeti pružanje zdravstvene zaštite pacijentima”, zaključuje.
