Ravnatelj Hrvatskog Zavoda za javno zdravstvo doc.dr. Krunoslav Capak danas je objavio rezultate studije na 1500 ispitanika različite dobi iz cijele Hrvatske.

Podaci Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo pokazuju da je 25% građana Hrvatske steklo IgG protutijela na Covid-19. Novi rezultati gotovo su identični rezultatima koje su 22. veljače ove godine objavili prof. Dragan Primorac i Prof.dr. Gordan Lauc prezentirajući rezultate projekta „Procjena serološkog odgovora populacije Grada Zagreba na kontakt sa SARS-CoV-2“. Tada je studija koju je provedena na Odjelu za laboratorijsku dijagnostiku Specijalne bolnice Sv. Katarina pod vodstvom prof.dr. Renate Zadro pokazala da 26 % ispitanika u Gradu Zagrebu ima protutijela klase IgG na S protein virusa SARS-CoV-2. U studiji su sudjelovali ispitanici stariji od 18 godina, a među njima je bilo 455 žena i 550 muškaraca.

Zanimljivo je što je tada pokazano da u 25% osoba kojima je RTqPCR ili antigenskim testom potvrđeno da su bili u kontaktu s SARS-CoV-2 nisu utvrđena detektabilna IgG (S) protutijela.

Uzorci su prikupljani od ispitanika iz 11 zagrebačkih tvrtki te od ispitanika kojima je sukladno Zakonu o zaštiti na radu poslodavac bio obvezan osigurati zdravstveni pregled. Navedeno istraživanje je bilo financirano iz vlastitih sredstava Specijalne bolnice Sv. Katarina, laboratorija tvrtke Genos uz potporu tvrtke Euroimmun.

S druge strane rezultati posljednjih istraživanja ističu da IgG protutijela na S protein virusa postoje u osoba koje su preboljele Covid-19 i 8 mjeseci nakon akutne infekcije. A što se događa s imunosnim sustavom nakon pada IgG protutijela na S protein virusa u veljači je objasnio prof.dr. Primorac.

„Uz naravno sva ograničenja koje male studije poput naše nose, iznimno značajno je za primijetiti da veliki broj osoba koje su bile u kontaktu sa SARS-CoV-2 ili ga čak preboljele nemaju protutijela. Slično je primijećeno i nakon SARS epidemije 2003/2004 godine, kad je utvrđeno da usprkos nestanku specifičnih protutijela na SARS-CoV stanični imunitet prvenstveno putem imunosne memorije, a tu prvenstveno mislim na memorijske B stanice koje proizvode protutijela, te na CD4+T i CD8+T stanice preuzima ključnu ulogu u borbi organizma protiv re-infekcija.

Drugim riječima, najvjerojatnije gubitak protutijela nakon preboljelog COVID-19 neće bitno utjecati na zaštitu organizma od ponovne infekcije, a o tome govori i sjajan rad upravo objavljen u časopisu Science“, naveo je Primorac. 

Primorac je pozivajući se na nedavne rezultate objavljene u časopisu Science nedavno izjavio:

“Rezultati istraživanja sugeriraju da titar cirkulirajućih protutijela u osoba koje su preboljele Covid-19 nije prediktibilan čimbenik vezan uz T-memorijske stanice, niti determinira broj ili trajnost memorijskih stanica na SARS-VoV-2."

Ravnatelj Hrvatskog Zavoda za javno zdravstvo doc.dr. Krunoslav Capak danas je objavio rezultate studije na 1500 ispitanika različite dobi iz cijele Hrvatske.

Podaci Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo pokazuju da je 25% građana Hrvatske steklo IgG protutijela na Covid-19. Novi rezultati gotovo su identični rezultatima koje su 22. veljače ove godine objavili prof. Dragan Primorac i Prof.dr. Gordan Lauc prezentirajući rezultate projekta „Procjena serološkog odgovora populacije Grada Zagreba na kontakt sa SARS-CoV-2“. Tada je studija koju je provedena na Odjelu za laboratorijsku dijagnostiku Specijalne bolnice Sv. Katarina pod vodstvom prof.dr. Renate Zadro pokazala da 26 % ispitanika u Gradu Zagrebu ima protutijela klase IgG na S protein virusa SARS-CoV-2. U studiji su sudjelovali ispitanici stariji od 18 godina, a među njima je bilo 455 žena i 550 muškaraca.

Zanimljivo je što je tada pokazano da u 25% osoba kojima je RTqPCR ili antigenskim testom potvrđeno da su bili u kontaktu s SARS-CoV-2 nisu utvrđena detektabilna IgG (S) protutijela.

Uzorci su prikupljani od ispitanika iz 11 zagrebačkih tvrtki te od ispitanika kojima je sukladno Zakonu o zaštiti na radu poslodavac bio obvezan osigurati zdravstveni pregled. Navedeno istraživanje je bilo financirano iz vlastitih sredstava Specijalne bolnice Sv. Katarina, laboratorija tvrtke Genos uz potporu tvrtke Euroimmun.

S druge strane rezultati posljednjih istraživanja ističu da IgG protutijela na S protein virusa postoje u osoba koje su preboljele Covid-19 i 8 mjeseci nakon akutne infekcije. A što se događa s imunosnim sustavom nakon pada IgG protutijela na S protein virusa u veljači je objasnio prof.dr. Primorac.

„Uz naravno sva ograničenja koje male studije poput naše nose, iznimno značajno je za primijetiti da veliki broj osoba koje su bile u kontaktu sa SARS-CoV-2 ili ga čak preboljele nemaju protutijela. Slično je primijećeno i nakon SARS epidemije 2003/2004 godine, kad je utvrđeno da usprkos nestanku specifičnih protutijela na SARS-CoV stanični imunitet prvenstveno putem imunosne memorije, a tu prvenstveno mislim na memorijske B stanice koje proizvode protutijela, te na CD4+T i CD8+T stanice preuzima ključnu ulogu u borbi organizma protiv re-infekcija.

Drugim riječima, najvjerojatnije gubitak protutijela nakon preboljelog COVID-19 neće bitno utjecati na zaštitu organizma od ponovne infekcije, a o tome govori i sjajan rad upravo objavljen u časopisu Science“, naveo je Primorac. 

Primorac je pozivajući se na nedavne rezultate objavljene u časopisu Science nedavno izjavio:

“Rezultati istraživanja sugeriraju da titar cirkulirajućih protutijela u osoba koje su preboljele Covid-19 nije prediktibilan čimbenik vezan uz T-memorijske stanice, niti determinira broj ili trajnost memorijskih stanica na SARS-VoV-2."
